| 11 | Analysis of Powdery Mildew Resistance in Wild Melon MLO Mutants显示文摘Wild species have a potential value in crop breeding. Explore MLO gene which related with powdery mildew natural resistance is very important for improving the quality of melon. Resistance to powdery mildew was examined in cultivar and wild species by leaf inoculation. The wild germplasms showed resistance to powdery mildew Race1. Cloning and sequence analysis of the Cm MLO2 gene identified an 85 bp difference between the wild and cultivated species. The Cm MLO2 gene was expressed in the wild germplasm after fluorescence-labeled Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. A positive transgenic plant showed successful invasion by powdery mildew Race1. | 12 | Design of obstacle avoidance controller for agricultural tractor based on ROS显示文摘The obstacle avoidance controller is a key autonomous component which involves the control of tractor system dynamics,such as the yaw lateral dynamics,the longitudinal dynamics,and nonlinear constraints including the speed and steering angles limits during the path-tracking process.To achieve the obstacle avoidance ability of control accuracy,an independent path re-planning controller is proposed based on ROS(Robot Operating System)nonlinear model prediction in this paper.In the design process,the obstacle avoidance function and an objective function are introduced.Based on these functions,the obstacle avoidance maneuvering performance is transformed into a nonlinear quadratic optimization problem with vehicle dynamic constraints.Moreover,the tractor dynamics maneuvering performance can be effectively adjusted through the proposed objective function.To validate the proposed algorithm,a ROS based tractor dynamics model and the SLAM(Simultaneous Localization and Mapping)are established for numerical simulations under different speed.The maximum obstacle avoidance deviation in the simulation is 0.242 m at 10 m/s,and 0.416 m at 30 m/s.The front-wheel rotation angle and lateral velocity are within the constraint range during the whole tracking process.The numerical results show that the designed controller can achieve the tractor obstacle avoidance ability with good accuracy under different conditions. | Zhengduo Liu Zhaoqin Lü Wenxiu Zheng Wanzhi Zhang Xiangxun Cheng | 2019 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,6: | 4 |
| 13 | Progress and trends in hydrate based desalination(HBD) technology:A review显示文摘The shortage of freshwater boosts the development of seawater desalination technology. As a novel method, the hydrate based desalination technology has been put forward for decades and achieved considerable development in the past years. This review focuses on the experimental progress at the aspects of the hydrate former choice, formation promotion and ion removal efficiency and conceptive innovation of hydrate separation and energy utilization. It should be noted that gaseous hydrate former with low formation pressure and insoluble liquid hydrate former are worthy for further study. Besides, the water migration caused by propane deserves to be investigated much more deeply for the potential value of wide application. Moreover, the utilization proposal of LNG cold energy brings more possibility of commercial application. | 14 | Biosorption of Methylene Blue by Chemically Modifi ed Cellulose Waste显示文摘Citric acid modifi ed cellulose waste(CMCW) was prepared via esterifi cation and used as a low-cost biosorbent for the removal of methylene blue(MB) from aqueous solutions. The effects of biosorbent concentration, initial pH of MB solution, biosorption temperature, contact time, and initial MB concentration on the biosorption of MB were investigated using batch biosorption technique under static conditions. The experimental results showed that CMCW exhibited excellent biosorption characteristics for MB. The maximum biosorption capacity of MB was up to 214.5 mg/g at an adsorption temperature of 293 K. The removal rate of MB onto CMCW reached the maximum at pH>4 and the biosorption reached an equilibrium at about 50 min. The kinetic data can be described well with the pseudo-second-order model and the isotherm data was found to fi t the Langmuir isotherm with a monolayer adsorption capacity of 211.42 mg/g.
