| 1 | pH-sensitive and biodegradable charge-transfer nanocomplex for second near-infrared photoacoustic tumor imaging显示文摘The emerging technique of photoacoustic imaging,especially in the near infra-red(NIR)window,permits high resolution,deep-penetration,clinically reliable sensing.However,few contrast agents are available that can specifically respond to intricate biological environments,and which are biodegradable and biocompatible.Herein,we in troduce a new class of pH-sensitive orga nic photoacoustic con trast age nt that operates in the second NIR window(NIR-II,960-1,700 nm),which is derived from the self-assembled charge-transfer nanocomplex(CTN)by 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)and its dication structure(TMB++).The unique NIR-ll-responsive CTN can specifically respond to pH change in the physiological range and allows noninvasive and sensitive visualization of the tumor acidic microenvironment(e.g.at pH5)in mice with higher signal-to-noise ratio.The CTN is biodegradable under physiological conditions(e.g.pH 7.4),which alleviates the biosafety concern of nan oparticle accumulati on in vivo.These results clearly show the pote ntial of the TMB/TMB++-based CTN as a promisi ng pH-activated and biodegradable molecular probe for specific tumor photoacoustic imaging in the NIR-II region. | Zhimin Wang Paul Kumar Upputuri Xu Zhen Ruochong Zhang Yuyan Jiang Xiangzhao Ai Zhijun Zhang Ming Hu Zhenyu Meng Yunpeng Lu Yuanjing Zheng Kanyi Pu Manojit Pramanik Bengang Xing | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,1: | 3 |

| 16 | Correlation Holography with A Single-Pixel Detector:A Review显示文摘Correlation holography uses incoherent light to reconstruct holograms.This technique reconstructs objects as distributions of two-point coherence function rather than using optical fields,as in conventional holography.The basic principle of correlation holography is derived from the van Cittert--Zernike theorem and relies on the similarity between the optical field and the coherence functions.Experimental implementation of the correlation holography techniques requires a field or intensity interferometer,and fringe analysis and crosscovariance measurement in these interferometers require a conventional camera with array detectors.With the availability of digitally controlled diffractive elements,it is possible to replace the incoherent light source,such as a rotating ground glass,with a digital source loaded with the random patterns in sequence.Such strategies ease the burden on the detector and allow for correlation holography with a single-pixel detector(SPD)to be used.This review paper discusses a close connection between digital holography and correlation holography.The principles of correlation holography with the SPD are reviewed in detail,and the advantages of using digital sources to mimic incoherent illumination in the correlation holography are examined in the context of three-dimensional and complex field imaging. | Tushar Sarkar Aditya Chandra Mandal Chen Ziyang Pu Jixiong Rakesh Kumar Singh | 2021 | 激光与光电子学进展2021,58,10: | 1 |
| 17 | Scheme Based on Multi-Level Patch Attention and Lesion Localization for Diabetic Retinopathy Grading显示文摘Early screening of diabetes retinopathy(DR)plays an important role in preventing irreversible blindness.Existing research has failed to fully explore effective DR lesion information in fundus maps.Besides,traditional attention schemes have not considered the impact of lesion type differences on grading,resulting in unreasonable extraction of important lesion features.Therefore,this paper proposes a DR diagnosis scheme that integrates a multi-level patch attention generator(MPAG)and a lesion localization module(LLM).Firstly,MPAGis used to predict patches of different sizes and generate a weighted attention map based on the prediction score and the types of lesions contained in the patches,fully considering the impact of lesion type differences on grading,solving the problem that the attention maps of lesions cannot be further refined and then adapted to the final DR diagnosis task.Secondly,the LLM generates a global attention map based on localization.Finally,the weighted attention map and global attention map are weighted with the fundus map to fully explore effective DR lesion information and increase the attention of the classification network to lesion details.This paper demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method through extensive experiments on the public DDR dataset,obtaining an accuracy of 0.8064. | Zhuoqun Xia Hangyu Hu Wenjing Li Qisheng Jiang Lan Pu Yicong Shu Arun Kumar Sangaiah | 2024 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2024,140,7: | 0 |
