1应用鸡腿血管进行显微吻合术训练显示文摘目的探讨用鸡腿血管作为血管显微吻合训练的独特方法.方法采用带肋鸡腿30只.解剖出鸡腿股动脉,连接红色颜料的输液器,对鸡股动脉进行灌注,然后分离出髋关节段的股动脉.在显微镜下寻找分支动脉和伴行静脉,沿着背侧和腹侧分离出长4~5 cm的分支动脉,测量直径约1 mm.分离出直径约1 mm血管90支,这些血管在显微镜下可进行动脉间端-端吻合30次,动脉间端-侧吻合30次,动脉与静脉间端-侧吻合30次.结果30次动脉间端-端吻合,经Milk法证实,吻合口通畅为28次,欠通畅2次;30次动脉间端-侧吻合,经证实吻合口通畅26次,欠通畅4次;动脉与静脉间端-侧吻合30次,证实通畅24次,欠通畅6次.结论鸡腿血管的管径和结构类似于人类大脑皮质血管,可以作为血管显微吻合训练的模型,模拟、演练真实的术中血管吻合.莫大鹏 凌锋 李萌 张智萍 MATULA C KNOSP E 2004中国脑血管病杂志2004,1,12:7
