1康复机器人辅助人体站立的关节力矩模拟与试验研究显示文摘无法站立患者的康复训练往往依赖于家人和专业理疗师辅助完成,但人工辅助训练既无法保证每次站立都沿相同轨迹完成,又无法保证足够的训练强度[1].专业的辅助站立训练器具可以解决上述问题,但目前的辅助站立器具存在如下缺点:无法保证辅助站立轨迹的精度,控制器易受噪声信号的干扰,无法记录训练参数等.对站立过程分析可知,患者在站立时需要足够的关节力矩来保证身体的平衡并防止摔倒[2-3].针对上述问题,本文设计了康复机器人系统,目的是为了结合患者主动力和机器人辅助力来完成站立训练,并保证对站立轨迹的精确追踪.王志强 姜洪源 ROMAN Kamink 2014中国康复医学杂志2014,29,9:5
