3沸石咪唑酯骨架结构材料ZIF-8催化Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应(英文)显示文摘A zeolite imidazolate framework,ZIF-8,was synthesized and characterized by dynamic laser light scattering,X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,Fourier transform infrared,atomic absorption spectrophotometry,and nitrogen adsorption measurements.The ZIF-8 was highly crystalline and porous with a surface area of over 1600 m2 /g.Friedel-Crafts acylation of anisole and benzoyl chloride proceeded well in the presence of ZIF-8(2-6 mol%) without the need for an inert atmosphere.The reaction afforded a selectivity of 93%-95% to the p-isomer.The solid catalyst can be separated from the reaction mixture by simple centrifugation and reused without significant degradation in catalytic activity.There was no leaching of active acid species into the reaction solution.Lien T. 4住院期间反复跌倒的老年患者认知损伤特点的临床回顾性研究显示文摘目的:探索导致老年患者住院期间反复跌倒的相关因素,焦点在其认知损伤的特点,目的是探索可借鉴的管理经验。方法:回顾性地研究了在澳大利亚新南威尔士州Bankstown-Lidcombe医院老年科住院治疗期间发生跌倒的患者,其中住院期间跌倒1次以上的70例、1次的269例,并随机抽取没发生过跌倒的70例为对照组。同时,分析了部分患者的简易智能检查量表(MMSE)总分和各亚项目分数。结果:住院老年患者反复跌倒的独立危险因素是痴呆、脑卒中、房颤和住院时间>5周,保护性因素有英语背景。反复跌倒的患者的MMSE分值明显低于单次跌倒和未发生跌倒的患者(分别为17.3±6.7,20.2±6.2,24.0±5.1,P<0.01),反复跌倒患者在'瞬间记忆'、'注意力和计算力'和'视空间结构'方面分值明显低于单次跌倒患者。结论:认知功能障碍是住院老年患者反复跌倒的主要原因,尤其是在瞬间记忆、延时记忆和视空间结构方面。老年人住院期间跌倒应规范管理,预防为主,尤其是认知功能损伤的患者。王玉波 陈雪丽 Qing Shen Daniel KY Chan Huong Van Nguyen 2010中国康复医学杂志2010,25,8:12

7Friction characteristics of mechanically exfoliated and CVD-grown single-layer MoS_2显示文摘In this work, the friction characteristics of single-layer MoS_2 prepared with chemical vapor deposition(CVD) at three different temperatures were quantitatively investigated and compared to those of single-layer MoS_2 prepared using mechanical exfoliation. The surface and crystalline qualities of the MoS_2 specimens were characterized using an optical microscope, atomic force microscope(AFM), and Raman spectroscopy. The surfaces of the MoS2 specimens were generally flat and smooth. However, the Raman data showed that the crystalline qualities of CVD-grown single-layer MoS2 at 800 °C and 850 °C were relatively similar to those of mechanically exfoliated MoS2 whereas the crystalline quality of the CVD-grown single-layer MoS_2 at 900 °C was lower. The CVD-grown single-layer MoS_2 exhibited higher friction than mechanically exfoliated single-layer MoS_2, which might be related to the crystalline imperfections in the CVD-grown MoS_2. In addition, the friction of CVD-grown single-layer MoS_2 increased as the CVD growth temperature increased. In terms of tribological properties, 800 °C was the optimal temperature for the CVD process used in this work. Furthermore, it was observed that the friction at the grain boundary was significantly larger than that at the grain, potentially due to defects at the grain boundary. This result indicates that the temperature used during CVD should be optimized considering the grain size to achieve low friction characteristics. 10Copper transportion of WD protein in hepatocytes from Wilson disease patients in vitro显示文摘AIM: To study the effect of copper transporting P-type ATPase in copper metabolism of hepatocyte and pathogenesis of Wilson disease (WD).METHODS: WD copper transporting properties in some organelles of the cultured hepatocytes were studied from WD patients and normal controls. These cultured hepatocytes were incubated in the media of copper 15mg.L-1 only, copper 15 mg. L-1 with vincristine (agonist of P-type ArPase) 0.5mg. L-1, or copper 15 mg. L-1 withvanadate (antagonist of P-type ATPase) 18.39 mg. L-1separately. Microsome (endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus), lysosome, mitochondria, and cytosol were isolated by differential centrifugation. Copper contents in these organelles were measured with atomic absorption spectrophotometer, and the influence in copper transportion of these organelles by vanadate and vincristine were comparatively analyzed between WD patients and controls.WD copper transporting P-type ATPase was detected by SDS-PAGE in conjunction with Western blot in liver samples of WD patients and controls.RESULTS: The specific WD proteins (Mr155 000 lanes) were expressed in human hepatocytes, including the control and WD patients. After incubation with medium containing copper for 2 h or 24 h, the microsome copper concentration in WD patients was obviously lower than that of controls,and the addtion of vanadate or vincristine would change the copper transporting of microsomes obviously. When incubated with vincristine, levels of copper in microsome were significantly increased, while incubated with vanadate,the copper concentrations in microsome were obviously decreased. The results indicated that there were Wdproteins, the copper transportion P-type ATPase in the microsome of hepatocytes. 13Distribution of Prestin on Outer Hair Cell Basolateral Surface显示文摘Prestin has been identified as a motor protein responsible for outer hair cell (OHC) electromotility and is expressed on the OHC surface. Previous studies revealed that OHC electromotility and its associated nonlinear capacitance were mainly located at the OHC lateral wall and absent at the apical cuticular plate and the basal nucleus region. Immunofluorescent staining for prestin also failed to demonstrate prestin expression at the OHC basal ends in whole-mount preparation of the organ of Corti. However, there lacks a definitive demonstration of the pattern of prestin distribution. The OHC lateral wall has a trilaminate organization and is composed of the plasma membrane, cortical lattice, and subsurface cisternae. In this study, the location of prestin proteins in dissociated OHCs was examined using immunofluorescent staining and confocal microscopy. We found that prestin was uniformly expressed on the basolateral surface, including the basal pole. No staining was seen on the cuticular plate and stereocilia. When co-stained with a membrane marker di-8-ANEPPS, prestin-labeling was found to be in the outer layer of the OHC lateral wall. After separating the plasma membrane from the underlying subsurface cisternae using a hypotonic extracellular solution, prestin-labeling was found to be in the plasma membrane, not the subsurface cisternae.
