| 1 | 慢性乙型肝炎患者使用他汀类药物与肝细胞癌发生风险的关系显示文摘【据《Hepatology》2019年10月报道】题:慢性乙型肝炎患者使用他汀类药物与肝细胞癌发生风险的关系(作者Goh MJ等)他汀类药物具有多效性,包括化学预防作用。一些观察性研究表明他汀类药物可以预防肝细胞癌(HCC),但其在慢性乙型肝炎中与HCC的关系尚未得到充分研究。该研究旨在探索慢性乙型肝炎患者使用他汀类药物与HCC发生风险的关系。来自韩国首尔的Goh等进行了一项基于医院的回顾性队列研究,作者于2008年1月-2012年12月在韩国首尔单中心收集了7713例慢性乙型肝炎患者,主要研究结局为发生HCC。他汀类药物的使用依据世界卫生组织推荐的每日用药剂量(DDD),随访期间使用的任意种类的他汀类药物的累计每日用药剂量定义为cDDD。随访期间使用他汀类药物cDDD至少28次的患者,被定义为他汀类药物使用者(n=713),为探索他汀类药物的剂量效应关系,将他汀类药物使用剂量分成5组,分别为<28、28~365、366~730、731~1095、>1095。应用时间相关协变量的多变量Cox回归模型来分析使用他汀类药物与HCC发病率的关系。 | 周胜云 段志辉 GOH MJ SINN DH KIM S | 2020 | 临床肝胆病杂志2020，36，1： | 4 |
