| 1 | 高度近视伴色觉缺失的家系分析(英文)显示文摘目的:评估高度近视伴色觉缺失患者的遗传学特征和临床表现方法:就同一家族4代42个成员中有8位患者给予了详细的眼科检查,Ishihara盘和FM100H试验检测患者有无红绿色觉缺失,全视野视网膜电图评价其视网膜功能。结果:患者8位均因高度近视视力下降,其中6例有红绿色觉缺失,眼底检查显示以弥漫性视网膜脉络膜萎缩为特征的近视改变。2例患者ERG检查出现视杆细胞的暗适应异常和视锥细胞的反应消失,根据家系,红绿色觉缺失属X连锁的隐性遗传。结论:在这个家族成员中,同时发生的高度近视和色觉缺失可能有共同的遗传学基础。 | Nimet nay Gündogan Ay■e Gül Koak Altinta■ Nezih Durmazlar Koray Gümüs Zerrin Yilmaz Kemal Ksemehmetoglu | 2007 | 国际眼科杂志2007,7,3: | 2 |

| 3 | Effect of 1%brinzolamide and 0.5%timolol fixed combination on intraocular pressure after cataract surgery with phacoemulsification显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the effect of brinzolamide-timolol fixed combination on intraocular pressure(IOP)after cataract surgery.METHODS:The study included 92 eyes of 87 patients who underwent cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation.Patients scheduled for phacoemulsification were assigned to 1 of 2 groups.The treatment group received 1 drop of brinzolamide-timolol fixed combination immediately after surgery,and the control group received no treatment.The IOP was measured preoperatively and at 2h and 24h postoperatively.RESULTS:The mean IOP change was lower in the treatment group than in the control group at 2h postoperatively.The difference between the mean IOP values of the two groups at 2h postoperatively was found to be statistically significant.Twenty-four hours after the surgery,the mean IOP change was still higher in the control group when compared to the treatment group.CONCLUSION:The fixed combination brinzolamidetimolol can effectively reduce IOP after cataract surgery. | Kemal rnek Nesrin Byktortop Nurgl rnek Reyhan Ogurel Inci Elif Erbahceci Zafer Onaran | 2013 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2013,6,6: | 2 |

| 13 | Serum vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 and adropin levels in age-related macular degeneration显示文摘AIM: To investigate the serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2(VEGFR-2) and adropin in age-related macular degeneration(AMD)patients.·METHODS: Ninety-eight AMD patients were included in the study. Seventy-eight age- and sex-matched healthy volunteers were recruited as the control group.Fundus florescein angiography and optical coherence tomography were performed to assess the posterior segment details. Serum VEGFR-2 and adropin levels were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays and compared between the study groups.· RESULTS: AMD group had significantly increased foveal retinal thickness, serum LDL and HDL levels and significantly decreased subfoveal choroidal thickness(P =0.01, 0.047, 0.025 and <0.001, respectively). Serum VEGFR-2level revealed a significant decrease in AMD patients compared to controls(26.48 ±6.44 vs 30.42 ±7.92 ng/m L,P <0.001). There was an insignificant increase in serum adropin level in AMD patients(6.17±3.19 vs 5.79±2.71 ng/m L,P =0.4). Serum level of VEGFR-2 in AMD patients had a significant negative correlation with foveal retinal thickness(r =-0.226, P =0.025) and a significant positive correlation with subfoveal choroidal thickness(r=0.2, P=0.048).·CONCLUSION: The current study demonstrated that the decreased serum VEGFR-2 level may be considered in the development of AMD. | 16 | Influence of nickel addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al2O3–5vol%ZrO2 ceramic composites prepared via precipitation method显示文摘The aim of this work was to investigate the microstructure and mechanical properties of 1vol%-Ni-added yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) toughened alumina composites. First, Ni powders were heterogeneously precipitated in an alumina–zirconia powder mixture suspended in water;the prepared specimens were then pressureless sintered at 1550°C/2 h in a 90vol%Ar/10vol% H2 atmosphere. The structure of phases and microstructure of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, respectively. Mechanical characterization of the specimens was carried out through Vickers hardness, Vickers indentation toughness, and three-point flexural bending tests. The fine Ni particles were homogeneously dispersed throughout the alumina matrix because of the employed processing method. | 18 | Neural cell adhesion molecule-180 expression as a prognostic criterion in colorectal carcinoma:Feasible or not?显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the frequency of neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM)-180 expression in fresh tumor tissue samples and to discuss the prognostic value of NCAM-180 in routine clinical practice. METHODS: Twenty-six patients (16 men,10 women) with colorectal cancer were included in the study. Fresh tumor tissue samples and macroscopically healthy proximal margins of each specimen were subjected to flow-cytometric analysis for NCAM-180 expression. RESULTS: Flow-cytometric analysis determined NCAM-180 expression in whole tissue samples of macroscopically healthy colorectal tissues. However,NCAM-180 expression was positive in only one case (3.84%) with well-differentiated Stage Ⅱ?disease who experienced no active disease at 30 mon follow-up. | 19 | A theoretical study on chemical ordering of 38-atom trimetallic Pd-Ag-Pt nanoalloys显示文摘In this study,truncated octahedron(TO)structure is selected for further analysis and we focus on 38-atom Pd-Pt-Ag trimetallic nanoalloys.The best chemical ordering structures of PdnAg32-nPt6 trimetallic nanoalloys are obtained at Gupta level.The structures with the lowest energy at Gupta level are then re-optimized by density functional theory(DFT)relaxations and DFT results confirm the Gupta level calculations with small shifts on bond lengths indicating TO structure is favorable for 38-atom of PdnAg32-nPt6 trimetallic nanoalloys.The DFT excess energy analysis shows that Pd8Ag24Pt6 composition has the lowest excess energy value in common with excess energy analysis at Gupta level.In Pd8Ag24Pt6 composition,eight Pd atoms are central sites of 8(111)hexagonal facets of TO,24 Ag atoms locate on surface,and 6 Pt atoms locate at the core of the structure.It is also obtained that all of the compositions except Pd18Ag14Pt6 and Pd20Ag12Pt6 exhibit a octahedral Pt core.Besides,it is observed that there is a clear tendency for Ag atoms to segregate to the surface and also Pt atoms prefer to locate at core due to order parameter(R)variations. | Songül Taran Ali Kemal Garip Haydar Arslan | 2020 | Chinese Physics B2020,29,7: | 0 |
