1Robust Coordinated Control for a Type of Hypersonic Aircraft显示文摘We investigate couplings between variables of attitude dynamics for a hypersonic aircraft,and present a nonlinear robust coordinated control scheme for it.First,we design three kinds of coordinated factors to restrain the strong couplings.Then,we use projection mapping to estimate the uncertain nonlinear functions of the aircraft.Combining the coordinated factors and the designed control laws,we obtain a coordinated torque and assign it to the control deflection commands by using the allocation matrix.A stability analysis demonstrates that all the signals of the closed-loop system are uniformly and fully bounded.Finally,the robust coordinated performance of the designed scheme is verified through numerical simulations.Mu Jinzhen Wang Yuhui Wu Qingxian Ying Junyu 2018Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2018,35,6:0
2Macrophage polarization in diabetic wound healing显示文摘Impaired wound healing is one of the severe complications of diabetes.Macrophages have been shown to play a vital role in wound healing.In different wound environments,macrophages are classified into two phenotypes:classically activated macrophages and alternatively activated macrophages.Dysregulation of macrophage phenotypes leads to severely impaired wound healing in diabetes.Particularly,uncontrolled inflammation and abnormal macrophage phenotype are important reasons hindering the closure of diabetic wounds.This article reviews the functions of macrophages at various stages of wound healing,the relationship between macrophage phenotypic dysregulation and diabetic wound healing and the mechanism of macrophage polarization in diabetic wound healing.New therapeutic drugs targeting phagocyte polarization to promote the healing of diabetic wounds might provide a new strategy for treating chronic diabetic wound healing.Xingqian Wu Wenjie He Xingrui Mu Ye Liu Junyu Deng Yiqiu Liu Xuqiang Nie 2022Burns & Trauma2022,10,1:0
3Molecular events in the jaw vascular unit:A traditional review of the mechanisms involved in inflammatory jaw bone diseases显示文摘Inflammatory jaw bone diseases are common in stomatology,including periodontitis,peri-implantitis,medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw,radiation osteomyelitis of the jaw,age-related osteoporosis,and other specific infections.These diseases may lead to tooth loss and maxillofacial deformities,severely affecting patients'quality of life.Over the years,the reconstruction of jaw bone deficiency caused by inflammatory diseases has emerged as a medical and socioeconomic challenge.Therefore,exploring the pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases associated with jaw bones is crucial for improving prognosis and developing new targeted therapies.Accumulating evidence indicates that the integrated bone formation and dysfunction arise from complex interactions among a network of multiple cell types,including osteoblast-associated cells,immune cells,blood vessels,and lymphatic vessels.However,the role of these different cells in the inflammatory process and the'rules'with which they interact are still not fully understood.Although many investigations have focused on specific pathological processes and molecular events in inflammatory jaw diseases,few articles offer a perspective of integration.Here,we review the changes and mechanisms of various cell types in inflammatory jaw diseases,with the hope of providing insights to drive future research in this field.Ruyu Wang Haoran Wang Junyu Mu Hua Yuan Yongchu Pang Yuli Wang Yifei Du Feng Han 2023The Journal of Biomedical Research2023,37,5:0
