| 3 | Intrinsic electrochemical activity of Ni in Ni_(3)Sn_(4) anode accommodating high capacity and mechanical stability for fast-charging lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Fast interfacial kinetics derived from bicontinuous three-dimensional(3D)architecture is a strategic feature for achieving fast-charging lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).One of the main reasons is its large active surface and short diffusion path.Yet,understanding of unusual electrochemical properties still remain great challenge due to its complexity.In this study,we proposed a nickel–tin compound(Ni_(3)Sn_(4))supported by 3D Nickel scaffolds as main frame because the Ni_(3)Sn_(4) clearly offers a higher reversible capacity and stable cycling performance than bare tin(Sn).In order to verify the role of Ni,atomic-scale simulation based on density functional theory systematically addressed to the reaction mechanism and structural evolution of Ni_(3)Sn_(4) during the lithiation process.Our findings are that Ni enables Ni_(3)Sn_(4) to possess higher mechanical stability in terms of reactive flow stress,subsequently lead to improve Li storage capability.This study elucidates an understanding of the lithiation mechanism of Ni_(3)Sn_(4) and provides a new perspective for the design of high-capacity and high-power 3D anodes for fast-charging LIBs. | Janghyuk Moon Trung Dinh Hoang Seong Soo Park Seowan Park Dong Young Rhee Junwon Lee Sang A Han Min-Sik Park Jung Ho Kim | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,8: | 1 |

| 9 | Improving Method of Anomaly Detection Performance for Industrial IoT Environment显示文摘Industrial Control System(ICS),which is based on Industrial IoT(IIoT),has an intelligent mobile environment that supports various mobility,but there is a limit to relying only on the physical security of the ICS environment.Due to various threat factors that can disrupt the workflow of the IIoT,machine learning-based anomaly detection technologies are being presented;it is also essential to study for increasing detection performance to minimize model errors for promoting stable ICS operation.In this paper,we established the requirements for improving the anomaly detection performance in the IIoT-based ICS environment by analyzing the related cases.After that,we presented an improving method of the performance of a machine learning model specialized for IIoT-based ICS,which increases the detection rate by applying correlation coefficients and clustering;it provides a mechanism to predict thresholds on a per-sequence.Likewise,we adopted the HAI dataset environment that actively reflected the characteristics of IIoT-based ICS and demonstrated that performance could be improved through comparative experiments with the traditional method and our proposed method.The presented method can further improve the performance of commonly applied error-based detection techniques and includes a primary method that can be enhanced over existing detection techniques by analyzing correlation coefficients between features to consider feedback between ICS components.Those can contribute to improving the performance of several detection models applied in ICS and other areas. | Junwon Kim Jiho Shin Ki-Woong Park Jung Taek Seo | 2022 | Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,9: | 0 |
| 10 | Enhanced delivery of a low dose of aducanumab via FUS in 5×FAD mice,an AD model显示文摘Background:Aducanumab(Adu),which is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets oligomer and fibril forms of beta-amyloid,has been reported to reduce amyloid pathology and improve impaired cognition after administration of a high dose(10 mg/kg)of the drug in Alzheimer’s disease(AD)clinical trials.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a lower dose of Adu(3 mg/kg)with enhanced delivery via focused ultrasound(FUS)in an AD mouse model.Methods:The FUS with microbubbles opened the blood-brain barrier(BBB)of the hippocampus for the delivery of Adu.The combined therapy of FUS and Adu was performed three times in total and each treatment was performed biweekly.Y-maze test,Brdu labeling,and immunohistochemical experimental methods were employed in this study.In addition,RNA sequencing and ingenuity pathway analysis were employed to investigate gene expression profiles in the hippocampi of experimental animals.Results:The FUS-mediated BBB opening markedly increased the delivery of Adu into the brain by approximately 8.1 times in the brains.The combined treatment induced significantly less cognitive decline and decreased the level of amyloid plaques in the hippocampi of the 5×FAD mice compared with Adu or FUS alone.Combined treatment with FUS and Adu activated phagocytic microglia and increased the number of astrocytes associated with amyloid plaques in the hippocampi of 5×FAD mice.Furthermore,RNA sequencing identified that 4 enriched canonical pathways including phagosome formation,neuroinflammation signaling,CREB signaling and reelin signaling were altered in the hippocami of 5×FAD mice receiving the combined treatment.Conclusion:In conclusion,the enhanced delivery of a low dose of Adu(3 mg/kg)via FUS decreases amyloid deposits and attenuates cognitive function deficits.FUS-mediated BBB opening increases adult hippocampal neurogenesis as well as drug delivery.We present an AD treatment strategy through the synergistic effect of the combined therapy of FUS and Adu. | Chanho Kong Eun-Jeong Yang Jaewoo Shin Junwon Park Si-Hyun Kim Seong-Wook Park Won Seok Chang Chang-Han Lee Hyunju Kim Hye-Sun Kim Jin Woo Chang | 2022 | Translational Neurodegeneration2022,11,1: | 0 |
