| 1 | Petrogenesis of the Xihuashan Granite in Southern Jiangxi Province,South China:Constraints from Zircon U-Pb Geochronology,Geochemistry and Nd Isotopes显示文摘Mesozoic granitic intrusions are widely distributed in the Nanling region,South China.Yanshanian granites are closely connected with the formation of tungsten deposits.The Xihuashan granite is a typical representative of tungsten-bearing granite.The Xihuashan granite consists mainly of medium-grained porphyritic biotite granite,medium-grained biotite granite and fine-grained two-mica granite,which correspond to LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb ages of 155.5±0.4 Ma,153.0±0.6 Ma and 152.8±0.9 Ma,respectively.Rocks from the Xihuashan mining area displays high SiO2(73.85% to 76.49%) and Na2O+K2O contents(8.09% to 9.43%),belonging to high-K calc-alkaline series.They are metaluminous to weakly peraluminous with A/CNK values ranging from 0.96 to 1.06.All granites in this study area are rich in Rb,Th,U and Pb,and depleted in Ba,Sr,P,Ti,Nb and Eu,especially depleted in medium-grained biotite granite and fine-grained two-mica granite.The medium-grained porphyritic biotite granites usually have high LREE concentrations,whereas medium-grained biotite granite and fine-grained two-mica granite displays high HREE contents.Our geochemical data reveal that the studied rocks are highly fractionated I-type granite.The magma underwent strong magma differentiation with decreasing temperature and increasing oxygen fugacity,which may explain the formation of three types of distinct granites.Variations of Rb,Sr and Ba concentrations in different type granites were controlled by fractional crystallization of biotite and feldspar.Fractional crystallization of monazite,allanite and apatite resulted in LREE changes in granite,and formation of garnet mainly caused HREE changes.Granites from the Xihuashan mining area have relatively high εNd(t) values(-9.77 to -11.46),indicating that they were probably generated by partial melting of underlying Proterozoic metasedimentary rocks with minor addition of juvenile crust or mantle-derived magmas. | YANG Jiehua PENG Jiantang ZHAO Junhong FU Yazhou YANG Chen HONG Yinglong | 2012 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,1: | 17 |
| 2 | 实时荧光定量RT-PCR检测鼻咽癌Survivin mRNA基因表达(英文)显示文摘Objective: To establish the method of real time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR for detecting the expression of Survivin mRNA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) tissues. Methods: The total RNA was extracted from NPC cell line CNE-2 and tissues with Trizol and then been transcribed reversely to cDNA, a method of real time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR for detecting the expression of Survivin mRNA in NPC tissues had been established, in which chronic nasopharyngitis patients' nasopharynx tissues treated as control group. Results: The expression of Survivin mRNA all could be detected either in CNE-2 cells, NPC tissues or in chronic nasopharyngitis patients' nasopharynx tissues, and there was higher the expression level of Survivin mRNA in NPC tissues than which in chronic nasopharyngitis patients' nasopharynx tissues, the difference was significant (P < 0.01). The expression of Survivin mRNA could be detected both in stage I + II and stage III + IV NPC, and there was no significant difference in relative quantifications of gene expression between these two groups (P > 0.05). There was no relationship between Survivin mRNA expression and age and sex of NPC patients (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Real time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR is a rapid, effective and high sensitive method for detecting the expression of Survivin mRNA in NPC tissues. | 5 | Autophagy,not apoptosis,plays a role in lumen formation of eccrine gland organoids显示文摘Background:Sweat secreted by eccrine sweat glands is transported to the skin surface through the lumen.The eccrine sweat gland develops from the initial solid bud to the final gland structure with a lumen,but how the lumen is formed and the mechanism of lumen formation have not yet been fully elucidated.This study aimed to investigate the mechanism of lumen formation of eccrine gland organoids(EGOs).Methods:Human eccrine sweat glands were isolated from the skin for tissue culture,and the primary cultured cells were collected and cultured in Matrigel for 14 daysin vitro.EGOs at different development days were collected for hematoxylin and eosin(H&E)staining to observe morphological changes and for immunofluorescence staining of proliferation marker Ki67,cellular motility marker filamentous actin(F-actin),and autophagy marker LC3B.Western blotting was used to detect the expression of Ki67,F-actin,and LC3B.Moreover,apoptosis was detected using a terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL)apoptosis assay kit,and the expression of poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase and Caspase-3 was detected by Western blot.In addition,3-methyladenine(3MA)was used as an autophagy inhibitor to detect whether the formation of sweat glands can be effectively inhibited.Results:The results showed that a single gland cell proliferated rapidly and formed EGOs on day 4.The earliest lumen formation was observed on day 6.From day 8 to day 14,the rate of lumen formation in EGOs increased significantly.The immunofluorescence and Western blot analyses showed that the expression of Ki67 gradually decreased with the increase in days,while the F-actin expression level did not change.Notably,the expression of autophagy marker LC3B was detected in the interior cells of EGOs as the apoptosis signal of EGOs was negative.Compared with the control group,the autophagy inhibitor 3MA can effectively limit the formation rate of the lumen and reduce the inner diameter of EGOs.Conclusion:Using our model of eccrine gland 3D-reconstruction in Matrigel,we determined that autophagy rather than apoptosis plays a role in the lumen formation of EGOs. | Lijie Du Lei Zhang Junhong Zhao Zixiu Chen Xiang Liu Manxiu Cao Lei You Yonghong Zhang Xiaobing Fu Haihong Li | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022,,3: | 0 |
| 6 | Insights into biobased epoxidized fatty acid isobutyl esters from biodiesel:Preparation and application as plasticizer显示文摘Biodiesel was used to prepare epoxidized fatty acid isobutyl esters(Ep-FABEs)as a biobased plasticizer in this work.Transesterification of biodiesel with isobutanol catalyzed by tetrabutyl titanate was carried out in a gas-liquid tower reactor.The conversion achieved nearly 100%within 5 h under the reaction temperature,the mass ratio of catalyst to fatty acid methyl esters(FAMEs),and isobutanol to FAMEs total molar ratio of 180℃,0.4%(mass),and 5.4:1,respectively.In addition,kinetic model of the transesterification reaction was developed at 150–190℃.The calculated activation energy was 48.93 kJ·mol^(-1).Then,the epoxidation of obtained fatty acid isobutyl esters(FABEs)was conducted in the presence of formic acid and hydrogen peroxide.The Ep-FABEs was further analyzed for its plasticizing effectiveness to replace dioctyl phthalate(DOP)and compared with conventional epoxy plasticizer epoxidized fatty acid methyl esters(Ep-FAMEs).The results indicated that the thermal stability and mechanical properties of PVC films with Ep-FABEs plasticizer were significantly improved compared with those plasticized with DOP.In addition,the extraction resistance and migration stability of Ep-FABEs were better than those of EpFAMEs.Overall,the prepared Ep-FABEs via structural modification of biodiesel proved to be a promising biobased plasticizer. | Xiaojiang Liang Fengjiao Wu Qinglong Xie Zhenyu Wu Jinjin Cai Congwen Zheng Junhong Fu Yong Nie | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,4: | 0 |
| 7 | Selective and stable Au-Cu bimetallic catalyst for CO-PROX显示文摘Gold-based catalysts are promising in CO preferential oxidation(CO-PROX)reaction in H_(2)-rich stream on account of their high intrinsic activity for CO elimination even at ambient temperature.However,the decrease of CO conversion at elevated temperature due to the competition of H_(2)oxidation,together with the low stability of gold nanoparticles,has posed a dear challenge.Herein,we report that Au-Cu bimetallic catalyst prepared by galvanic replacement method shows a wide temperature window for CO total conversion(30-100℃)and very good catalyst stability without deactivation in a 200-h test.Detailed characterizations combined with density functional theory(DFT)calculation reveal that the synergistic effect of Au-Cu,the electron transfer from Au to Cu,leads to not only strengthened chemisorption of CO but also weakened dissociation of H_(2),both of which are helpful in inhibiting the competition of H_(2)oxidation thus widening the temperature window for CO total conversion. | Feng Hong Guanjian Cheng Weihao Hu Shengyang Wang Qike Jiang Junhong Fu Botao Qiao Jiahui Huang | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,7: | 0 |
