3Chinese expert consensus statement on the diagnosis and treatment of fulminant myocarditis显示文摘Fulminant myocarditis is primarily caused by infection with any number of a variety of viruses. It arises quickly, progresses rapidly, and may lead to severe heart failure or circulatory failure presenting as rapid-onset hypotension and cardiogenic shock, with mortality rates as high as 50%–70%. Most importantly, there are no treatment options, guidelines or an expert consensus statement. Here, we provide the first expert consensus, the Chinese Society of Cardiology Expert Consensus Statement on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Fulminant Myocarditis, based on data from our recent clinical trial(NCT03268642). In this statement, we describe the clinical features and diagnostic criteria of fulminant myocarditis, and importantly, for the first time,we describe a new treatment regimen termed life support-based comprehensive treatment regimen. The core content of this treatment regimen includes(i) mechanical life support(applications of mechanical respirators and circulatory support systems, including intraaortic balloon pump and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation),(ii) immunological modulation by using sufficient doses of glucocorticoid, immunoglobulin and(iii) antiviral reagents using neuraminidase inhibitor. The proper application of this treatment regimen may and has helped to save the lives of many patients with fulminant myocarditis.Daowen Wang Sheng Li Jiangang Jiang Jiangtao Yan Chunxia Zhao Yan Wang Yexin Ma Hesong Zeng Xiaomei Guo Hong Wang Jiarong Tang Houjuan Zuo Li Lin Guanglin Cui Section of Precision Medicine Group of Chinese Society of Cardiology,Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Cardiology &Working Group of Adult Fulminant Myocarditis 2019Science China(Life Sciences)2019,62,2:18

13Entropy correction of charged black hole via fermions tunneling beyond semi-classical approximation显示文摘Motivated by the idea of tunneling beyond semi-classical approximation of Majhi et al., we discuss entropy correction of Dirac particles tunneling from the Reissner-Nordstrm black hole with a global monopole. To get the corrections correctly, we regard the proportionality constants of quantum correction terms to the semi-classical term of action as the inverse of the square of the Planck Length but not that of the Planck Mass. Our study shows that corrections to the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy, namely the logarithmic term and the inverse area term, may be reproduced as the quantum effect is considered.ZENG XiaoXiong 1 , LI Ling 2 & HU XinYun 3 1 Journal of Sichuan University of Arts and Science, Dazhou 635000, China 2 Department of Maths and Finance-Economics, Sichuan University of Arts and Science, Dazhou 635000, China 3 Library of Sichuan University of Arts and Science, Dazhou 635000, China 2010Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2010,53,1:3

16Electronic Structure of Doped Trans-Polyacetylene显示文摘The behavior of electronic structures of doped trans-polyacetylene is revealed by a simple method. (C 24H 26) +n is used to simulate p-type doped trans-polyacetylene at various doping concentrations. The electronic structure is calculated by CNDO/2 method. These calculations show that at low doping level, the decrease of electronic energy compensates the increase of elastic energy, thus the bond alternation exists, and the charge carriers are solitons. When doping level is high, the increase of elastic energy is larger than the decrease of electronic energy, the bond alternation disappears, solitons no longer exist, and polyacetylene is in a metalic state.Ren Da-zhi 1,2, Zhuang Wei 2, Wang Jun 2 1. 17Chinese Guideline for Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in Patients with Left Main Bifurcation Disease显示文摘The coronary left main(LM)artery is characterized by large caliber, length varying from<8 to>15 mm,and 2 large daughter vessels branching from it;it supplies blood to a large area(>75%)of the myocardium.LM bifurcation lesion is defined as the presence of atherosclerosis involving either or both of the 2 daughter vessels. Thus, the optimal strategy of revascularization for diseased LM has been an interesting research topic for a long time. With developments in percutaneous techniques, design, and materials of drug-eluting stents;intravascular imaging;new generation of antiplatelet medications;and particularly recent pooled evidence from randomized clinical trials comparing percutaneous coronary intervention with coronary artery bypass grafting, implantation of a drug-eluting stenting with or without other approved techniques is considered an important therapeutic approach for LM bifurcation lesions.Mirroring the anatomical complexity of the LM,stenting LM bifurcations is technically demanding, and intraprocedural complications can be catastrophic given the large amount of jeopardized myocardium. Therefore, the Chinese Society of Cardiology designed a writing committee with members from 3 working groups(ie,clinical research, intravascular imaging and physiology, and interventional cardiology)for the first time,to write a guideline on percutaneous treatment for LM bifurcation lesions, with view to improve the procedural quality and clinical outcomes. This guideline consists of introduction, anatomical description of the LM tree, risk stratification, strategies of revascularization, antiplatelet strategy,follow-up,and long-term management for patients with LM bifurcation lesions.Chinese Society of Cardiology,Chinese Medical Association Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Cardiology Shaoliang Chen Yaling Han 2022Cardiology Discovery2022,2,3:2
