| 1 | Effects of the crystallization time on the mesoporous structure,texture, morphology and styrene oxidation performances of V-MCM-41显示文摘The new V-MCM-41 molecular sieves with good ordered hexagonal mesoporous structure and crystallinity were synthesized through in-situ hydrothermal preparation method. The effects of the crystallization time were discussed. The synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, N2adsorption/desorption, Fourier transformed infrared and scanning electron microscopy. The different structures, textures, morphologies of V-MCM-41 obtained with different crystallization times were observed and analyzed on the basis of the characterized results. The results showed that the V-MCM-41 molecular sieve obtained at 110 °C for 48 h crystallization times was of good spherical morphology, ordered hexagonal structure, most uniform pore size distribution and high surface area compared with other samples. Meanwhile, the V-MCM-41 molecular sieve with the high skeleton Si condensation and the good crystallinity was obtained. The heteroatom could be incorporated into MCM-41 framework with increasing crystallization times, which was beneficial to improve the catalytic activity and selectivity of pure siliceous MCM-41. The V-MCM-41 showed the good catalytic selectivity in catalytic oxidation of styrene using hydrogen peroxide, and the selectivity of the benzaldehyde and phenylacetic acid reached 30.68%and 49.44%, respectively. | Junqiang Xu Qiang Zhang Fang Guo Jingping Hong Wei Chu | 2016 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2016,25,6: | 2 |

| 4 | Effects of Ru nanoparticle sizes confined in cavities of SBA-16 on the catalytic performance of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction显示文摘Ru nanoparticles with different sizes confined in the cavities of mesoporous SBA-16 have been successfully synthesized by incipient wetness impregnation method with a Ru loading of 4 wt%. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, H2-TPR, H2-TPD, O2-titration and TEM. The catalytic performance of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis over the catalyst was tested in a fixed-bed reactor. The addition of citric acid in the impregnation procedure shows a significant influence on the size of Ru nanoparticles. The selectivity to C5+ increases, while the selectivities to methane and C2-C4 light hydrocarbons decrease with Ru average particles size from 2.0 nm to 9.3 nm,. | 5 | Evolutionary genomics of structural variation in the tea plant,Camellia sinensis显示文摘Structural variants(SVs)are a type of genetic variation that contribute substantially to phenotypic diversity and evolution.Further study of SVs will help us understand the influence of SVs associated with tea quality and stress resistance and provide new insight into tea plant breeding improvement and genetic research.However,SVs have not been thoroughly discovered in the tea plant genomes.Herein,we constructed a large-scale SV map across a population of 107 resequenced genomes,including both ancient and cultivated tea plants.A total of 44,240 highconfident SVs were identified,including 34,124 DEL(deletions),4,448 DUP(duplications),2,503 INV(inversions),544 INS(insertions)and 2,621 TRA(translocations).In total,12,400 protein-coding genes were overlapped with SVs,of which 49.5%were expressed in all five tea tissues.SVbased analysis of phylogenetic relationships and population structure in tea plants showed a consistent evolutionary history with the SNP-based results.We also identified SVs subject to artificial selection and found that genes under domestication were enriched in metabolic pathways involving theanine and purine alkaloids,biosynthesis of monoterpenoid,phenylpropanoid,fatty acid,and isoflavonoid,contributing to traits of agronomic interest in tea plants.In addition,a total of 27 terpene synthase(TPS)family genes were selected during domestication.These results indicate that these SVs could provide extensive genomic information for tea quality improvement. | Shuai Chen Jingping Fang Yibin Wang Pengjie Wang Shengcheng Zhang Zhenyang Liao Hong Lu Xingtan Zhang | 2022 | Tropical Plants2022,1,1: | 0 |
| 6 | Effect of glow discharge plasma on rhodium-based catalyst for oxygenates synthesis显示文摘Rhodium-based catalysts were prepared by impregnation,treated with glow discharge plasma,character-ized by X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,H2 temperature-programmed reduction,H2 temperature-programmed desorption and CO temperature-programmed desorption,and investigated for oxygenate synthesis from CO hydrogenation.Based on the characterization results,plasma treatment endowed the samples with smaller particle size,higher dispersion of active components,and an enrichment of active components on the surface as well.As a result,the reducibility and adsorption properties were modified.In cata-lytic tests,the catalytic activity for CO hydrogenation over the samples treated by plasma was improved remarkably:the conversion of CO and the yield of oxygenates increased at most by a factor of 78.62%and 51.96%,respectively,while the selectivity of ethanol and methanol in the oxygenates was enhanced as well. | HUANG Lihong CHU Wei XU Junqiang HONG Jingping YI Min | 2007 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2007,1,1: | 0 |
