1Synthesis, Characterization and Evaluation of Sulfur Transfer Catalysts for FCC Flue Gas显示文摘In this work, Zr-M(M=Cu, Mn, Ce) type sulfur transfer agent was prepared by impregnation method. Under the condition similar to that in the regenerator of FCC units, the influence of different active metal components and their contents on sulfur transfer agent were investigated. Moreover, the crystalline structure of sulfur transfer agent was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). The result showed that the Zr-Mn sulfur transfer agent could effectively reduce the SO2 content in FCC regenerator flue gas, featuring high SO2 adsorption capacity. The sulfur transfer agent was inactivated in 40—60 min during the test. 13Laser induced photoemission electron and the generation of high Rydberg states of atoms and molecules显示文摘Laser induced photoemission electron was produced by directing 532 nm and/or 355 nm onto stainless steel plate on a time of flight mass spectrometer. Multiple charged ions and high Rydberg states of atoms or molecules were successfully generated by impacts of the photoemission electrons. The high Rydberg states ( n ~40-100) thus produced were separated from ions, produced by direct electron impact ionization, by a 3 V DC electric field and then ionized by a delayed pulsed HV electric field in a ZEKE-PFI manner. Relationship between generation/property of high Rydberg states of atoms/molecules and experimental conditions could be investigated. 14Dynamics of excited m-dichlorobenzene显示文摘Dynamics of excited m-dichlorobenzene is investigated in real time by femtosecond pump-probe method, combined with time-of-flight mass spectrometric detection in a supersonic molecular beam. The yields of the parent ion and daughter ion C6H4Cl+ are examined as a func-tion of the delay between the 270 and 810 nm femtosecond laser pulses, respectively. The life-time of the first singlet excited state S1 of m-dichlorobenzene is measured. The origin of this daughter ion C6H4Cl+ is discussed. The ladder mechanism is proposed to form the fragment ion. 15Application of Combined Production Logging Technology in Horizontal Wells显示文摘随着海上油气田开发的不断深化,水平井技术已在增储上产中起到了巨大作用,但也面临着出水及含水不断升高的问题。进行水平段储层生产测井,确定井下层内生产情况及储层动用情况,是后期控水稳产、措施挖潜的关键。水平井因井眼轨迹与储层平行、流体重力分异明显、上/下坡流共存等因素,常规居中测量中心流速的测井技术已不适用;同时,水平井为单层开采,剩余油饱和度分布无标准水层刻度,为生产层剩余油分布监测提出了挑战。提出了阵列式多相流测井仪组合(MAPS)和剩余油饱和度测井技术(RPM)的组合测井方式,通过水平段截面速度剖面、流体性质分布以及剩余油饱和度分布三者间的相互验证、综合解释的解决方案,取得了良好效果。Jiling Li Peng Niu Huanying Ma Jijiu Zhang Lizhu Jia 2017石油天然气学报2017,39,3:0
16Cross-Domain Data Traceability Mechanism Based on Blockchain显示文摘With the application and development of blockchain technology,many problems faced by blockchain traceability are gradually exposed.Such as cross-chain information collaboration,data separation and storage,multisystem,multi-security domain collaboration,etc.To solve these problems,it is proposed to construct trust domains based on federated chains.The public chain is used as the authorization chain to build a cross-domain data traceability mechanism applicable to multi-domain collaboration.First,the architecture of the blockchain cross-domain model is designed.Combined with the data access strategy and the decision mechanism,the open and transparent judgment of cross-domain permission and cross-domain identity authentication is realized.And the public chain consensus node election mechanism is realized based on PageRank.Then,according to the characteristics of a nonsingle chain structure in the process of data flow,a data retrievalmechanism based on a Bloom filter is designed,and the cross-domain traceability algorithm is given.Finally,the safety and effectiveness of the traceability mechanism are verified by security evaluation and performance analysis.Shoucai Zhao Lifeng Cao Jinhui Li Jiling Wan Jinlong Bai 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,76,8:0
17Access to High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylenes through High Temperature Ethylene Polymerization Catalysed by Ethylene-Bridged ansa-(3-R-Cyclopentadienyl)(Fluorenyl) Zirconocene Complexes显示文摘A series of C1-symmetric ethylene-bridged ansa-(3-R-cyclopentadienyl)(fluorenyl) metallocene complexes(Zr: 1-5;Hf: 6) have been synthesized, characterized and investigated as catalyst precursors for the high temperature ethylene polymerization. Using methylaluminoxane(MAO) as the cocatalyst, zirconium complexes 1-5 bearing a bulky substituent on the 3-position of the cyclopendienyl ring showed high catalytic activities up to 1.48×10^(7) g PE·mol_(Zr)^(-1)·h^(-1) toward the polymerization of ethylene and afforded polyethylenes with high molecular weights(1.49×10^(5)-6.31×10^(5) g/mol), meanwhile exhibting great thermal stability at high temperatures up to 120 ℃ together with a long catalytic life time up to 2 h. By adopting low Al/Zr ratios, such as 125, polyethylenes with ultra high molecular weights up to 2.86×106 g/mol were obtained. It is worthy of noting that zirconium complexes 1-4 bearing a substituent with an aryl pendant showed temperature-dependent activities, which increased rapidly with the increase of polymerization temperature, thus weak interaction of the pendent aryl group with the cationic active center is proposed to account for the very low activities displayed at low temperatures. In contrast to zirconocene complexes 1-5, hafnocene complex 6 only displayed very low catalytic activities toward the polymerization of ethylene and afforded polyethylenes with molecular weights ten times smaller than those obtained by zirconocene complexes 1-5. 18Hippocampal CA1 pyramidal cells and neurotrophic factors in a rat model of vascular dementia following Xiongma drop pill versus Ginkgo leaf tablets显示文摘BACKGROUND: Previous studies have demonstrated the neuroprotective effects of Xiongma droppill (XMDP) in a mouse model of vascular dementia. Neurotrophic factors play an important role inrepair and regeneration of injured neurons.OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of XMDP and Ginkgo leaf tablets on the appearance andnumber of hippocampal CA1 pyramidal neurons, as well as neurotrophic factor content in braintissues, during vascular dementia formation to explore the neuroprotective mechanisms of XMDP.DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A randomized, controlled, animal experiment was performed at theLaboratory of Pharmacology, College of Pharmacy, Harbin University of Commerce between April2007 and December 2008.MATERIALS: XMDP was prepared by the College of Pharmacy, Harbin University of Commerce,with each 40 mg pill containing ferulic acid (≥ 0.149 mg) and gastrodin (≥ 0.171 mg). Ginkgo leaftablets were purchased from Taiyuan Qianyuan Pharmacy, China.METHODS: Healthy, adult, male, Wistar rats were randomly assigned to 6 groups: sham-operation,model, XMDP (high-, middle-, and low- dose), and Ginkgo leaf tablets. The 6 groups weresubdivided into two subgroups according to administration days, i.e., 30 and 60 days, with 8 animalsin each subgroup. Rats in the model, XMDP, and Ginkgo leaf tablets groups were subjected topermanent bilateral ligation of the common carotid artery to establish a vascular dementia model. At8 days after model establishment, all groups received intragastric administration once daily of thefollowing: 10 mL/kg normal saline in the sham-operation and model groups; 0.4, 0.2, and 0.1 g/kgXMDP in the high-, middle-, and low-dose XMDP groups, respectively; and 50 mg/kg Ginkgo leaftablets in the Ginkgo leaf tablets group.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Hematoxylin-eosin staining was used to observe appearance andto quantify the number of hippocampal CA1 pyramidal neurons. Brain-derived neurotrophic factorand nerve growth factor concentrations in brain tissues were detected by enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assay.RESULTS: Following model establishment, hippocampal CA1 neurons exhibited pathologicalchanges. Compared with the sham-operation group, the number of pyramidal neurons significantlydecreased (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 ), and neurotrophic factor concentration increased in the model rats(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). XMDP attenuated neuronal injury in a dose-dependent manner: the numberof pyramidal neurons and neurotrophic factor concentrations were significantly increased comparedwith the model group (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01). High- and middle-dose XMDP resulted in equivalenteffects to Ginkgo leaf tablets. In addition, neurotrophic factor concentrations in all XMDP groups,after 60 days of administration, were remarkably greater than corresponding concentrations at 30days (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).CONCLUSION: Hippocampal CA1 pyramidal cells exhibited pathological injury followingestablishment of the vascular dementia model. 19FGW1, a protein containing DUF630 and DUF632 domains, regulates grain size and filling in Oryza sativa L.显示文摘Grain filling influences grain size and quality in cereal crops. The molecular mechanisms that regulate grain endosperm development remain elusive. In this study, we characterized a filling-defective and grain width mutant, fgw1, whose mutation increased rice seed width mainly via cell division and expansion in grains. Sucrose contents were higher but starch contents lower in the fgw1 mutant during the grainfilling stage, resulting in inferior endosperm of opaque, white appearance with loosely packed starch granules. Map-based cloning revealed that FGW1 encoded a protein containing DUF630/DUF632domains, localized in the plasma membrane with preferential expression in the panicle. RNA interference in FGW1 resulted in increased grain width and weight, whereas overexpression of FGW1 led to slightly narrower kernels and better grain filling. In a yeast two-hybrid assay, FGW1 interacted directly with the 14–3–3 protein GF14f, bimolecular fluorescence complementation verified that the site of interaction was the membrane, and the mutated FGW1 protein failed to interact with GF14f. The expression of GF14f was down-regulated in fgw1, and the activities of AGPase, StSase, and SuSase in the endosperm of fgw1increased similarly to those of a reported GF14f-RNAi. Transcriptome analysis indicated that FGW1 also regulates cellular processes and carbohydrate metabolism.
