2Application of Next-generation Sequencing Technology in Forensic Science显示文摘Next-generation sequencing(NGS) technology, with its high-throughput capacity and low cost, has developed rapidly in recent years and become an important analytical tool for many genomics researchers. New opportunities in the research domain of the forensic studies emerge by harnessing the power of NGS technology, which can be applied to simultaneously analyzing multiple loci of forensic interest in different genetic contexts, such as autosomes, mitochondrial and sex chromosomes. Furthermore, NGS technology can also have potential applications in many other aspects of research. These include DNA database construction, ancestry and phenotypic inference,monozygotic twin studies, body fluid and species identification, and forensic animal, plant and microbiological analyses. 4Vehicle Planar Motion Stability Study for Tyres Working in Extremely Nonlinear Region显示文摘Many researches on vehicle planar motion stability focus on two degrees of freedom(2DOF) vehicle model,and only the lateral velocity (or side slip angle) and yaw rate are considered as the state variables.The stability analysis methods,such as phase plane analysis,equilibriums analysis and bifurcation analysis,are all used to draw many classical conclusions.It is concluded from these researches that unbounded growth of the vehicle motion during unstable operation is untrue in reality thus one limitation of the 2DOF model.The fundamental assumption of the 2DOF model is that the longitudinal velocity is treated as a constant,but this is intrinsically incorrect.When tyres work in extremely nonlinear region,the coupling between the vehicle longitudinal and lateral motion becomes significant.For the purpose of solving the above problem,the effect of vehicle longitudinal velocity on the stability of the vehicle planar motion when tyres work in extremely nonlinear region is investigated.To this end,a 3DOF model which introducing the vehicular longitudinal dynamics is proposed and the 3D phase space portrait method is employed for visualization of vehicle dynamics.Through the comparisons of the 2DOF and 3DOF models,it is discovered that the vehicle longitudinal velocity greatly affects the vehicle planar motion,and the vehicle dynamics represented in phase space portrait are fundamentally different from that of the 2DOF model.The vehicle planar motion with different front wheel steering angles is further represented by the corresponding vehicle route,yaw rate and yaw angle.These research results enhance the understanding of the stability of the vehicle system particularly during nonlinear region,and provide the insight into analyzing the attractive region and designing the vehicle stability controller,which will be the topics of future works.LIU Li SHI Shuming SHEN Shuiwen CHU Jiangwei 2010Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,2:8

7Characterization of miRNomes in Acute and Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Cell Lines显示文摘Myeloid leukemias are highly diverse diseases and have been shown to be associated with microRNA(miRNA) expression aberrations. The present study involved an in-depth miRNome analysis of two human acute myeloid leukemia(AML) cell lines, HL-60 and THP-1, and one human chronic myeloid leukemia(CML) cell line, K562, via massively parallel signature sequencing. mRNA expression profiles of these cell lines that were established previously in our lab facilitated an integrative analysis of miRNA and mRNA expression patterns. miRNA expression profiling followed by differential expression analysis and target prediction suggested numerous miRNA signatures in AML and CML cell lines. Some miRNAs may act as either tumor suppressors or oncomiRs in AML and CML by targeting key genes in AML and CML pathways. Expression patterns of cell type-specific miRNAs could partially reflect the characteristics of K562, HL-60 and THP-1 cell lines, such as actin filament-based processes, responsiveness to stimulus and phagocytic activity. miRNAs may also regulate myeloid differentiation, since they usually suppress differentiation regulators. Our study provides a resource to further investigate the employment of miRNAs in human leukemia subtyping, leukemogenesis and myeloid development. 8Fabrication of a nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite with intercrystalline mesopores for conversion of methanol to gasoline显示文摘Carbon deposition during methanol to hydrocarbons leads to the quick deactivation of ZSM-5 catalyst and it is one of the major problems for this technology. Decreasing the crystal size or introducing mesopores into ZSM-5 zeolites can improve its diffusion property and decrease the coke formation. In this paper, nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite with intercrystalline mesopores combining the mesoporous and nanosized structure was fabricated. For comparison, the mesoporous ZSM-5 and nano-sized ZSM-5 were also prepared. These catalyst samples were characterized by XRD, BET, NH3-TPD, TEM, Py-IR and TG techniques and used on the conversion of methanol to gasoline in a fixed-bed reactor at T = 405 °C, WHSV = 4.74 h-1and P = 1.0 MPa. It was found that the external surface area of the nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite with intercrystalline mesopores reached 104 m2/g, larger than that of mesoporous ZSM-5(66 m2/g) and nanosized ZSM-5(76 m2/g). Catalytic lifetime of the nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite with intercrystalline mesopores was 93 h, which was only longer than that of mesoporous ZSM-5(86 h), but shorter than that of nanosized ZSM-5(104 h). Strong acidity promoted the coke formation and thus decreased the catalytic lifetime of the nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite with intercrystalline mesopores though it presented large external surface that could improve the diffusion property. The special zeolite catalyst was further dealuminated to decrease the strong acidity. After this, its coke formation rate was slowed and catalytic lifetime was prolonged to 106 h because of the large external surface area and decreased weak acidity. 10Research into comprehensive gas extraction technology of single coal seams with low permeability in the Jiaozuo coal mining area显示文摘For a low permeability single coal seam prone to gas outbursts,pre-drainage of gas is difficult and inefficient,seriously restricting the safety and efficiency of production.Radical measures of increasing gas extraction efficiency are pressure relief and infrared antirefiection.We have analyzed the effect of mining conditions and the regularity of mine pressure distribution in front of the working face of a major coal mine of the Jiaozuo Industrial(Group) Co.as our test area,studied the width of the depressurization zone in slice mining and analyzed gas efficiency and fast drainage in the advanced stress relaxation zone.On that basis,we further investigated and practiced the exploitation technology of shallow drilling,fan drilling and grid shape drilling at the working face.Practice and our results show that the stress relaxation zone is the ideal region for quick and efflcient extraction of gas.By means of an integrated extraction technology,the amount of gas emitted into the zone was greatly reduced,while the risk of dangerous outbursts of coal and gas was lowered markedly.This exploration provides a new way to control for gas in working faces of coal mines with low permeability and risk of gas outbursts of single coal seams in the Jiaozuo mining area.Fu Jiangwei Fu Xuehai Hu Xiao Chen Li Ou Jianchun 2011Mining Science and Technology2011,21,4:5

12Cyclometalated platinum(Ⅱ) complexes with sterically bulky camphor-derived groups as β-diketonate ancillary ligand:a new route to efficiently reducing π-π interactions and Pt-Pt interactions显示文摘A new series of mono-cyclometalated square planar platinum(Ⅱ) complexes have been synthesized and the single-crystal X-ray structures of complex 1 and 2 have been determined.The complexes have the general formula ppyPt(O^O),where ppy is 2-phenylpyridyl,and O^O is β-diketonate ancillary ligands with the acyl substituent group in position 3 of(D)-(+)-camphor.Although,like the many Pt(Ⅱ) complexes with square-planar geometry,these complexes have plane stacking modes in crystal structure,the sterically bulky camphor-derived groups compel extensive slipping of the molecular stacking planes,resulting in the negligible overlapping of the aromatic ring fragments between molecules and the considerable Pt-Pt distance.The resolved spectra and a little shifted emission in solid state of complexes show that there is significant reduction of π-π interactions and Pt-Pt interactions,and suggest these complexes may be good candidates for doped phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes(PhOLEDs) and even for nondoped PhOLEDs.LUO KaiJun,XIE Yu,XU LingLing,WANG JiangWei,ZHANG LiFang & ZHAO KeQing College of Chemistry and Materials Science,Sichuan Normal University,Chengdu 610068,China 2010Science China Chemistry2010,53,1:5
13The spatial variation of soil bacterial community assembly processes affects the accuracy of source tracking in ten major Chinese cities显示文摘Urban soils harbor billions of bacterial cells and millions of species.However,the distribution patterns and assembly processes of bacterial communities remain largely uncharacterized in urban soils.It is also unknown if we can use the bacteria to track soil sources to certain cities and districts.Here,Illumina MiSeq sequencing was used to survey soil bacterial communities from 529 random plots spanning 61 districts and 10 major cities in China.Over a 3,000 km range,community similarity declined with increasing geographic distance(Mantel r=0.62),and community composition was clustered by city(R^(2)=0.50).Within cities(<100 km),the aforementioned biogeographic patterns were weakened.Process analysis showed that homogenizing dispersal and dispersal limitation dominated soil bacterial assembly at small and large spatial scales,respectively.Accordingly,the probabilities of accurately tracking random soil sources to certain cities and districts were 90.0% and 66.7%,respectively.When the tested samples originated from cities that were more than 1,265 km apart,the soil sources could be identified with nearly 100% accuracy.Overall,this study demonstrates the strong distance-decay relationship and the clear geographic zoning of urban soil bacterial communities among cities.The varied importance of different community assembly processes at multiple spatial scales strongly affects the accuracy of microbial source tracking.Teng Yang Yu Shi Jun Zhu Chang Zhao Jianmei Wang Zhiyong Liu Xiao Fu Xu Liu Jiangwei Yan Meiqing Yuan Haiyan Chu 2021Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,9:4
14Prediction-based Manufacturing Center Self-adaptive Demand Side Energy Optimization in Cyber Physical Systems显示文摘Cyber physical systems(CPS)recently emerge as a new technology which can provide promising approaches to demand side management(DSM),an important capability in industrial power systems.Meanwhile,the manufacturing center is a typical industrial power subsystem with dozens of high energy consumption devices which have complex physical dynamics.DSM,integrated with CPS,is an effective methodology for solving energy optimization problems in manufacturing center.This paper presents a prediction-based manufacturing center self-adaptive energy optimization method for demand side management in cyber physical systems.To gain prior knowledge of DSM operating results,a sparse Bayesian learning based componential forecasting method is introduced to predict24-hour electric load levels for specific industrial areas in China.From this data,a pricing strategy is designed based on short-term load forecasting results.To minimize total energy costs while guaranteeing manufacturing center service quality,an adaptive demand side energy optimization algorithm is presented.The proposed scheme is tested in a machining center energy optimization experiment.An AMI sensing system is then used to measure the demand side energy consumption of the manufacturing center.Based on the data collected from the sensing system,the load prediction-based energy optimization scheme is implemented.By employing both the PSO and the CPSO method,the problem of DSM in the manufacturing center is solved.The results of the experiment show the self-adaptive CPSO energy optimization method enhances optimization by 5%compared with the traditional PSO optimization method.SUN Xinyao WANG Xue WU Jiangwei LIU Youda 2014Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,3:4
15Experimental and simulation of the reactive dividing wall column based on ethyl acetate synthesis显示文摘Reactive dividing wall column(RDWC) is a highly integrated unit which combines reaction distillation(RD) with dividing wall column separation technology into one shell, and it realized the chemical reaction and the separation of multiple product fractions simultaneously. In this paper, the reaction of esterification with acetic acid and ethanol to produce ethyl acetate was used as the research system, experiments and simulations of the RDWC were carried out. This system in the traditional process mostly used the homogeneous catalyst(e.g. sulfuric acid). However, in view of the corrosion of the equipment caused by the acidity of the catalyst, we used the heterogeneous catalysts – iron exchange resins – Amberlyst15 and proposed a novel catalyst loading method. Firstly,the reliability of the model of the simulation was verified by the experimental study on the change of liquid split ratio and reflux ratio. After that, the four-column model was established in Aspen Plus to analyze the effects of the amount of azeotropic agent, reflux ratio and acetic acid concentration. Finally, for a fair comparison, the economic analysis was conducted between traditional RD column and RDWC. 16Reservoir accumulation conditions and key exploration&development technologies for Keshen gas field in Tarim Basin显示文摘The Keshen gas field is located in the central part of Kuqa foreland thrust belt in Tarim Basin,and is another large gas field discovered in Kuqa depression after Kela 2 gas field.Since the breakthrough in 2008,a number of large and medium scale gas reservoirs including Keshen 2,Keshen 5 and Keshen 8 have been discovered,that are characterized by ultra depth,ultra-high pressure,ultra-low porosity,ultra-low permeability,high temperature and high pressure.With natural gas geological reserves of nearly trillion cubic meters and production capacity of nearly 5.5 billion cubic meters,the Keshen gas field is the main natural gas producing area in Tarim Oilfield.The Keshen gas field is located in a series of thrusting imbrication structures in the Kelasu structural belt of Kuqa foreland thrust belt.The salt roof structure,plastic rheology of salt beds and pre-salt faulted anticlinal structure constitute the large wedge-shaped thrust body.The thick delta sandstone of the Cretaceous Bashijike Formation is widely distributed,and it forms the superior reservoir-caprock combination with overlying Paleogene thick gypsum-salt bed.The deep Jurassic-Triassic oil and gas migrate vertically along fault system formed in Late Himalaya,break through the thick Cretaceous mudstone and move laterally along the fracture system of the pre-salt reservoirs,to form anticline and fault anticline high pressure reservoir groups.Through near ten years of studies,the three-dimensional seismic acquisition and processing technology for complex mountainous areas,extrusion salt-related structural modeling technology and fractured low-porosity sandstone reservoir evaluation technology have been established,which lay a foundation for realization of oil and gas exploration objectives.Logging acquisition and evaluation technology for high temperature,high pressure,ultra-deep and low-porosity sandstone gas reservoirs,and efficient development technology for fractured tight sandstone gas reservoirs have been developed,which provide a technical support for efficient exploration&development and rapid production of the Keshen gas field.Haijun Yang Yong Li Yangang Tang Ganglin Lei Xiongwei Sun Peng Zhou Lu Zhou Anming Xu Jingjie Tang Wenhui Zhu Jiangwei Shang Weili Chen Mei Li 2019Petroleum Research2019,4,4:3

186 GHz hyperfast rotation of an optically levitated nanoparticle in vacuum显示文摘We report an experimental observation of a record-breaking ultrahigh rotation frequency about 6 GHz in an optically levitated nanoparticle system. We optically trap a nanoparticle in the gravity direction with a high numerical aperture (NA) objective lens,which shows significant advantages in compensating the influences of the scattering force and the photophoretic force on the trap,especially at intermediate pressure (about100 Pa). This allows us to trap a nanoparticle from atmospheric to low pressure (10^(-3)Pa) without using feedback cooling. 19Motif-mediated Au25(SPh)5(PPh3)ioX2 nanorods with conjugated electron delocalization显示文摘We developed a general and effective strategy to afford rod-like [Au25(SPh)5(PPh3)10X2]X2 (X = Cl/Br) nanoclusters, capped by conjugated delocalized pπ electron mediated ligands. The detailed atomic structure of these materials was resolved by synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction (SRXRD) combined with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) and UV–vis analyses. The Au17(SR)3(PPh3)6X2minimum asymmetric unit, with exposed Au atoms at the center, can serve as an important model to understand the transformation of homogold nanoclusters into alloy nanoclusters. The conjugated delocalized pπ electrons of the thiolate ligands can effectively tune the electronic properties of the Au25 kernel, as qualitatively evidenced by the energy gaps measured by UV–vis experiments and density functional theory (DFT) calculations. The delocalized electrons distinctly flow to the orbitals of the Au25 kernel via the S atoms of the aromatic thiolates. The ESI-MS analysis indicates that Au3 clusters are formed during the etching reactions, which provide an opportunity to gain insight into the intriguing conversion pathway of the Aun(PPh3)mXy precursor to the final Au25 nanorods. Finally, the thiophenol-protected Au25 nanorods, immobilized on activated carbon, show good catalytic activity in the aerobic oxidation of glucose to gluconic acid (74% glucose conversion and 100% selectivity for gluconic acid), much higher than that of the aliphatic Au25 analogue. The Au25(SPh)5(PPh3)10X2 catalyst yields a turnover frequency (TOF) of 13.5 s^–1, higher than that of commercial catalysts such as Pd/activated carbon (AC) and Pd-Bi/AC. 20N-doped carbon dots coupled NiFe-LDH hybrids for robust electrocatalytic alkaline water and seawater oxidation显示文摘Electrolysis of seawater offers a highly promising and sustainable route to attain carbon-neutral hydrogen energy without demanding on high-purity water resource.However,it is severely limited by the undesirable chlorine oxidation reaction(ClOR)on the anode and the releasing toxic chlorine species,inducing anode corrosion and multiple pollutions to reduce the efficiency and sustainability of this technology.The effective way is to limit the overpotential of oxygen evolution reaction(OER)below 480 mV and thus suppress the ClOR.Herein,we demonstrate that nitrogen-doped carbon dots strongly coupled NiFe layered double hydroxide nanosheet arrays on Ni foam(N-CDs/NiFe-LDH/NF)can efficiently facilitate OER with an ultralow overpotential of 260 mV to deliver the geometric current density of 100 mA·cm^(−2)and a Tafel slope of as low as 43.4 mV·dec−1 in 1.0 M KOH.More importantly,the N-CDs/NiFe-LDH/NF electrode at 100 mA·cm^(−2)shows overpotentials of 285 and 273 mV,respectively,by utilizing 1.0 M KOH with 0.5 M NaCl and 1.0 M KOH with 1.0 M NaCl as the simulated seawater,well avoid triggering ClOR.Notably,despite the complex environment of real seawater,N-CDs/NiFe-LDH/NF still effectively promotes alkaline seawater(1.0 M KOH+seawater)electrolysis with a lifetime longer than 50 and 20 h,respectively,in 1.0 M KOH and alkaline seawater electrolytes.The investigation result reveals that M–N–C bonding generated between N-CDs and NiFe-LDH intrinsically optimizes the charge transfer efficiency,further promoting the OER kinetics.Peng Ding Haoqiang Song Jiangwei Chang Siyu Lu 2022Nano Research2022,15,8:3
