| 1 | Construction and analysis of a subtracted cDNA library of Betula platyphylla female inflorescence显示文摘Female inflorescence of Betula platyphylla was sampled at an interval of each two days to analyze the background of gene expression in floral phase. On the basis of SMART strategy, the driver cDNA was obtained from total RNA of the last sample and the tester cDNA was from that of the others by RT-PCR which were subsequently used to construct a subtracted cDNA library. The result of the ESTs (expression sequence tags) blastX showed that the genes in the subtracted cDNA library could be mainly clustered into 5 groups related to metabolism, transportation and signal transduction, cell cycle, stress response, and regulation. | 2 | Effects of in-situ ZrB_2 particle on grain refinement of ZrB_2/AZ91D magnesium matrix composite显示文摘In-situ ZrB2/AZ91D magnesium matrix composite was successfully synthesized with Al/K2ZrF6+NH4BF4 by means of Direct Melt Reaction.The fabricated ZrB2/AZ91D magnesium matrix composite through direct melt mixing method was investigated.Results from X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) confirmed the existence of ZrB2 particles in the AZ91D alloy,and most ZrB2 particles were in the size range of just several microns,some even to 100 nm.The cast specimens were studied through corrosion testing and heat treatment.The average grain size of AZ91D decreased markedly from about 250μm to 50μm.In addition,the shape and size of the β-Mg17Al12 phase as well as the morphologies of primary α-Mg in the magnesium matrix composite were greatly changed.The network structure of the β-Mg17Al12 phase was broken into small blocks and the size of α-Mg decreased significantly. | Wu Jiangjing Zhao Yutao Zhang Songli Chen Gang Zhang Zhenya | 2012 | China Foundry2012,9,1: | 2 |
| 3 | Natural gas geochemistry of low evolutionary stage of mediumand small-sized basins in Yunnan Province, southwestern China显示文摘The biogenic gas and premature-low mature associated gases in some medium and small-sized basins of Yannan Province, such as Luliang, Yanglin, Baoshan and Jinggu basins, have beed researched. The results show that the biogenic-gas consists mainly of methane which is more than 99% in gasous hydrocarbons and of lighter carbon isotopic composition with δ13C1 values from -60.0‰ to - 75.4‰.
