| 1 | Application of Tandem Cascade to Design of Fan Stator with Supersonic Inflow显示文摘This article proposes a tandem cascade constructed to tackle the thorny problem of designing the high-loaded stator with a supersonic inflow and a large turning angle.The front cascade adopts a supersonic profile to reduce the shock wave intensity turning the flow into subsonic,while the rear cascade adopts a subsonic profile with a large camber offering the flow a large turning angle.It is disclosed that the losses would be minimized if the leading edge of the rear cascade lies close to the pressure side of the front cascade at a distance of 20% pitch in pitch-wise direction without either axial spacing or overlapping in axial direction.The 2D numerical test results show that,with the inflow Mach number of 1.25 and the turning angle of 52°,the total pressure loss coefficient of the tandem cascade reaches 0.106,and the diffusion factor 0.745.Finally,this article has designed and simulated a high-loaded fan stage with the proposed tandem stator,which has the pressure ratio of 3.15 and the efficiency of 86.32% at the rotor tip speed of 495.32m/s. | Li Qiushi,Wu Hong,Zhou Sheng School of Jet Propulsion,Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics,Beijing 100191,China | 2010 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2010,23,1: | 9 |
| 2 | Application and Comparison of SST Model in Numerical Simulation of the Axial Compressors显示文摘The shear-stress transport(SST)turbulence model is incorporated into Navier-Stokes equations to simulate a turbomachinery flowfield.A staggered finite volume method is used to make the mean flow equations and turbulence model equations strongly coupled and enhance the stability of the numerical computation.The implicit treatment of the source terms is applied to the SST model.A steady state solution is obtained using five-stage Runge-Kutta time-stepping scheme with local time stepping and residual smoothing to accelerate convergence. | 3 | 儿童NTRK重排间叶源性肿瘤临床病理学观察显示文摘目的:探讨儿童NTRK重排间叶源性肿瘤临床和病理学特征,以提高对该类疾病的认识。方法:收集上海交通大学医学院附属上海儿童医学中心及新加坡KK Women′s and Children′s Hospital从2017年1月至2019年9月5例手术切除标本,采用EnVision法检测免疫组织化学表型,荧光原位杂交(FISH)检测相关基因并对NTRK基因重排进行克隆性分析。结果:该组5例患儿,3例男性,2例女性。年龄从3个月到13岁,部位包括软组织(膝、胸腔、腹壁)和肾,肿瘤大小为4.5~12.5 cm。组织学检查主要呈梭形细胞肿瘤,浸润性生长,可伴有炎性细胞。免疫表型上,肿瘤细胞阳性表达Pan-TRK,分子检测均存在NTRK基因重排,包括DCTN1-NTRK1的发现。除2例目前接受靶向药物治疗,其余均为无疾病进展病例,随访时间9~29个月。结论:NTRK重排间叶源性肿瘤,其肿瘤发生部位广泛,组织学图像多变。免疫组织化学Pan-TRK可以帮助诊断,NTRK基因检测确认其存在重排是诊断的金标准,对不能完整切除或有复发、转移病例建议靶向药物治疗。 | 殷敏智 马靖 何巧 沈萍 陈洁枫 金晓婷 张忠德 Chik Hong Kuick Chen Huiyi Eileen Hui Qi Ng Sze Jet Aw Kenneth Tou En Chang | 2020 | 中华病理学杂志2020,49,7: | 6 |
| 4 | A numerical simulation on the infrared radiation of hot exhausting nozzles with a coupled flow and heat transfer model显示文摘A coupled model among flow field,solid temperature,species concentration and gas radiation,which was based on statistical narrow-band correlated-k model,was employed to predict the infrared radiations from hot exhausting nozzles. The parameters of narrow-band model were deduced from HITEMP line-by-line database. Several methods to increase computational efficiency and to save computational resources were employed,thus all the complicated computations could be operated on a personal computer. The predictions for three cases have been conducted to validate the accuracy of the methods mentioned above,including the temperature distribution of a water-cooling nozzle in rocket engines,the carbon dioxide absorptivity at the wavelength of 4.3 micron and the infrared radiation of a cylindrical furnace. Finally,the aerothermodynamic and infrared characteristics of two nozzles were predicted. | 8 | Local heat transfer measurements on a rotating flat blade model with a single film hole显示文摘An experimental study was performed to measure the heat transfer coeffcient distributions on a flat blade model under rotating oper-ating conditions. A steady-state thermochromic liquid crystal technique was employed to measure the surface temperature, and all the signals from the rotating reference frame were collected by the telemetering instrument via a wireless connection. Both air and CO2 were used as coolant. Results show that the rotational effect has a significant influence on the heat transfer coeffcient distributions. The pro-files of hg/h0, which is the ratio of heat transfer coeffcient with film cooling to that without film cooling, deffect towards the high-radius locations on both the pressure surface and suction surface as the rotation number (Rt) increases, and the deffective tendency is more evident on the suction surface. The variations in mainstream Reynolds number (ReD) and blowing ratio (M) present different distribu-tions of hg/h0 on the pressure and suction surfaces, respectively.
