1INTERFACIAL STRUCTURE AND PHASE REACTION IN SiC/NiCr ALLOY JOINT显示文摘Bonding of SiC to SiC using Ni and Ni - 25at%Cr foils was performed at high temperature.Interface structures and reaction phases were investigated by EPMA analyses and XRD diffraction method, re- spectively. At a bonding temperature of 1273K Ni reacts with SiC and forms various Ni silicides con- taining graphite baside SiC. Ni3Si without graphite was formed at Ni side.The interface structure of SiC/Ni joint was SiC/Ni2Si + C/Ni31 Si12 + G/Ni3 Si/Ni. At the interface between SiC and Ni- 25at%Cr alloy the Ni silicide was only Ni2Si at the same bonding temperature,and further(Cr, Ni)7 (Si, C)3 carbide was formed between Ni silicide + graphite zone and Ni - 25at%Cr alloy.The interface structure of SiC/Ni - 25at%Cr alloy was SiC/Ni2Si + C/(Cr, Ni)7 (Si, C)3+Ni(ss. 2牙釉质再矿化综述显示文摘目的:目的在于总结目前牙齿再矿化的技术与进展。数据来源:搜索的文献源自'Scopus'和'Web of Knowledge'数据库中1971年以后的英文版原创文章和综述,搜索关键词为'miner*','teeth'和'enamel'。会议文章和海报不在本综述搜索之列。结论:最近几年来,口腔卫生与健康越来越引起消费者的关注。关于牙齿再矿化方面的药剂、产品以及治疗方法也呈现出持续稳定的增长态势。同时,关于牙齿再矿化的研究进展也被不断报道。迄今为止,氟化物依然是最常用的牙齿再矿化的活性成分。与此同时,研究者也在不断地尝试各种方法,从而进一步提高氟化物的牙齿再矿化功效。例如,通过添加钙盐或含钙的材料来提高氟化物在口腔中的有效沉积。同时,添加的钙盐能够提供额外的钙离子,从而进一步加速牙齿的再矿化进程或者延缓脱矿过程。受生物活性骨修复材料的启发,近年来钙硅基生物材料开始被应用于牙釉质的保护与修复。李小科 王进防 Andrew Joine 常江 2017口腔护理用品工业2017,27,2:6
3Effect of Na_2CO_3 on Energy Consumption of Micro-arc Oxidation of Magnesium Alloy显示文摘Micro-arc oxidation(MAO)coatings were fabricated on AZ31 magnesium alloy and the effect of Na2CO3 on the energy consumption was studied.The results show that the concentration of Na2CO3 has a critical effect on the discharge behavior of MAO process.With increasing the Na2CO3 concentration in the electrolyte,the arcing voltage and working voltage decrease.A proper concentration is needed to achieve the highest growth rate of the coatings and the lowest energy consumption per unit coating volume.The addition of Na2CO3 decreases the arcing and working voltage of MAO discharge.It is attributed to that the Na2CO3 leads to much more micropores due to the decomposition of MgCO3 to produce more gas.Wang Xiaobo,Tian Xiubo,Gong Chunzhi,Yang Shiqin State Key Laboratory of Advanced Welding and Joining,Harbin Institute of Technology,Harbin 150001,China 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:3

9BEHAVIOUR OF BUFFER LAYER IN JOINING OF SIALON CERAMICS TO STEEL 40Cr显示文摘The buffer layer material itself may be influential to the bond strength between active brazingfiller and ceramics.For Ag57Cu38Ti5 filler metal,Cu or Ta is excellent buffer layer material,but Kovar or Ni-15Cr-15Co is worse.It was important to design a layer of soft buffer,suchas Cu,to relax interfacial stress rather than hard buffer layer,such as Mo,to avoid stress.There is an optimum thickness range of soft buffer layer,saying h/L=0.02—0.1.
