| 1 | 米糠油的营养与应用综述显示文摘米糠油或稻米油从很多方面来看都是一种健康植物油。与其他植物油相比,米糠油具有均衡的脂肪酸,拥有较高含量且独特的微量成分、微量营养素或不皂化物。目前研究表明,米糠油中的谷维素含量超过1.5%,提供了营养和药物功能。更多的研究在开展中来证明米糠油多方面的广泛功能。米糠油富含植物甾醇,有许多研究关注其营养应用价值。此外,米糠油含有生育酚和生育三烯酚,尤其后者具有许多特殊功能,如预防乳腺癌等。越来越多地营养学或生物学研究证明,当米糠油适当加工后在食品中使用时,具有特殊功能。因此,在学术研究和产业实践中,都在探索米糠油在食品和制药领域的应用。对米糠油的营养应用进展做简要综述。 | Riantong Singanusong Jorg J.Jacoby | 2021 | 粮油食品科技2021，29，5： | 8 |
| 2 | 益生菌制剂对钙缺乏骨质疏松症的防治作用显示文摘目的运用饲喂低钙饲料的方法建立大鼠骨质疏松模型,结合骨密度、骨矿含量及uc OC/c OC等指标,探讨含VK2(MK-7)的益生菌粉、VD2及Ga的复配产品对防治骨质疏松的作用。方法 220 g^250 g雌性SD大鼠分为正常饲喂对照组、低钙饲料饲喂组、低剂量复配产品治疗组、高剂量复配产品治疗组,每组8只大鼠,试验进行前及试验结束后对每组大鼠进行DEXA测定,并对试验结束后每组大鼠的uc OC/c OC等血液指标进行测定。结果相对于正常对照组,低钙饲料饲喂组大鼠骨密度及骨矿含量值显著降低(P<0.05)。灌胃复配产品高低剂量组大鼠骨密度及骨矿含量与低钙饲喂组相比显著提高(P<005),且uc OC/c OC值显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 VK2(MK-7)的益生菌粉、VD2的益生菌粉及Ga的复配产品具有防治骨质疏松的作用。 | 张颜廷 Joerg J.Jacoby 王静 刘虹 张化朋 王丽春 | 2016 | 中国骨质疏松杂志2016，22，1： | 4 |

| 4 | Characterization of bright betatron radiation generated by direct laser acceleration of electrons in plasma of near critical density显示文摘Directed x-rays produced in the interaction of sub-picosecond laser pulses of moderate relativistic intensity with plasma of near-critical density are investigated. Synchrotron-like (betatron) radiation occurs in the process of direct laser acceleration (DLA) of electrons in a relativisticlaser channel when the electrons undergo transverse betatron oscillations in self-generated quasi-static electric and magnetic fields. In anexperiment at the PHELIX laser system, high-current directed beams of DLA electrons with a mean energy ten times higher than the ponderomotive potential and maximum energy up to 100 MeV were measured at 10^(19) W/cm^(2)laser intensity. The spectrum of directed x-raysin the range of 5–60 keV was evaluated using two sets of Ross filters placed at 0°and 10°to the laser pulse propagation axis. The differential x-ray absorption method allowed for absolute measurements of the angular-dependent photon fluence. We report 10^(13) photons/sr withenergies >5 keV measured at 0°to the laser axis and a brilliance of 10^(21) photons s^(−1) mm^(−2) mrad−2(0.1%BW)−1. The angular distributionof the emission has an FWHM of 14°–16°. | 5 | Nutrition and Applications of Rice Bran Oil: a Mini-overview显示文摘Rice bran oil is a healthy oil from many aspects.The oil has a balanced fatty acid profile comparing with many other vegetable oils.The key difference is the minor components or micronutrients or unsaponifiable matters contained in the oil that are very special and in larger percentages.The oil contains more than 1.5%oryzanol that gives nutritional and pharmaceutical functions from the studies so far.More studies are needed to demonstrate the wide functions in many aspects.The oil also contains large percentage of phytosterols which received huge amount of studies for nutritional applications.Furthermore,the oil contains tocopherols and tocotrienols,in which for the later particularly it gives many special functions including prevention of breast cancers for example.When the oil is properly processed and used in foods,those functions are more and more demonstrated in nutritional or biological studies.Thus the oil in food and pharmaceutical applications is in exploring both in academic studies and industrial practice.In this work,an overview of such progress is given. | Riantong Singanusong Jorg J.Jacoby | 2021 | 粮油食品科技2021，29，5： | 0 |
