| 1 | Evaluation of spermatogenesis and fertility in F1 male rats after in utero and neonatal exposure to extremely low frequency electromagnetic fields显示文摘Aim: To determine whether in utero and neonatal exposure to a 60Hz extremely low frequency electromagnetic field (EMF) results in spermatotoxicity and reproductive dysfunction in the F1 offspring of rats. Methods: Age-matched,pregnant Sprague-Dawley rats were exposed continuously (21h/day) to a 60 Hz EMF at field strengths of 0 (sham control), 5, 83.3 or 500 μT from day 6 of gestation through to day 21 of lactation. The experimentally generated magnetic field was monitored continuously (uninterrupted monitoring over the period of the study) throughout the study. Results: No exposure-related changes were found in exposed or sham-exposed animals with respect to the anogenital distance, preputial separation, testis weight, testicular histology, sperm count, daily sperm production,sperm motility, sperm morphology and reproductive capacity of F1 offspring. | 3 | 澳大利亚不同品种甜羽扇豆消化能测定及其消化能预测方程的研究进展显示文摘试验选用63头体重49.5±0.5kg的公猪(长白×大白)对不同品种不同生长区域狭长叶羽扇豆的消化能差异进行分析,并根据羽扇豆的物理和化学组分建立消化能的预测方程。试验猪按4×2双因子设计随机分配,4个品种(Belar、Coromup、Manudelup和Tanjil),2个生长地区(西澳大利亚的南北农业区)。另外,采用小麦对照作为羽扇豆消化能统计的参考。羽扇豆用锤片粉碎机粉碎,用4mm筛片筛选,平均粒度为888μm。试验中日粮能量水平为维持能的3倍[3×(0.458×BW^(0.75))/消化能×0.97],范围从13.3~15.7MJ/kg不等,平均值为14.2MJ/kg。羽扇豆的品种对消化能影响极显著(P<0.01),而且北方农业区的羽扇豆消化能显著高于南方农业区同种羽扇豆(P<0.01)。羽扇豆消化能的差异主要是由于北方农业区Coromup羽扇豆的高消化能引起的。试验结果表明,在羽扇豆的生长中,遗传因素和环境条件对生长猪利用羽扇豆有显著的影响。简单回归分析表明,消化能的预测可能与豆皮比例[R^2=0.88,相对标准偏差(RSD)=1.11 6,P<0.001]、千粒重(R^2=0.95,PSD=1.072,P<0.001)和可溶性阿拉伯木聚糖含量(R^2=0.64,RSD=1.072,P<0.05)有关。多重线性分析则将总非淀粉多糖(R^2=0.96,PSD=1.187,P<0.01)和可溶性非淀粉多糖(R^2=0.95,RSD=1.200,P<0.01)同豆皮比例和千粒重一起考虑,这明显提高了预测的精确性。结果显示,羽扇豆的消化能达到2.4MJ/kg,而且根据羽扇豆的物理和化学特性可预测其消化能值,且精确度高。 | J.C.Kim B.P.Mullan J.M.Heo A.Hernandez J.R.Pluske 赵颖 | 2012 | 饲料与畜牧(新饲料)2012,,9: | 0 |

| 5 | Synthesis and Magnetic Properties of Nanoparticles of Fe-Co Alloys and Their Oxides Prepared by Chemical Vapor Condensation显示文摘Nanoparticles of Fe-Co alloys and their oxides with the particle size below 20 nm were prepared by chemical vapor condensation process. The pure Ar, Ar+1%O2, Ar+3%O2 and Ar+6%O2 were used as carrier gases, with iron carbonyl and cobalt carbonyl as the precursors. XRD patterns showed that Fe-Co metallic nanoparticles were synthesized by using pure Ar as carrier gas,and only metal oxides were obtained using Ar+(>3)%O2 as carrier gas. The HRTEM images and TG-DTA curves were used to study the core-shell structure of the different nanoparticles. The nanoparticles obtained in pure Ar consist of black core and light shell with thickness of 2~4 nm. | 6 | Synthesis and Characterization of Nanocapsules of α-Fe(NiCoAl) Solid-solution显示文摘α-Fe(NiCoAl) solid-solution nanocapsules were prepared with pure powders of Fe, Ni, Co and Al by the plasma arcdischarging using a copper crucible. The shapes of the nanocapsules are in polyhedrons with the core/shell structure. The body centered cubic (BCC) phase is formed in the core. The size of the nanocapsules is in the range of 10-120 nm and the thickness of the shell is 4-11 nm.
