1硒化镉发光量子点的制备及其在有机发光器件中的应用(英文)显示文摘硒化镉量子点具有随粒径尺寸改变,而产生发光波长调变的特性,目前已被广泛研究。本研究是由化学溶胶法合成不同粒径尺寸的核壳型CdSe/ZnS硒化镉量子点,其表面包覆十六烷基胺,避免分子团聚现象。在由硒化镉成核温度的控制,成功地制备一系列具有各种尺寸粒径的核壳型硒化镉量子点(2~6nm)。本研究也合成了含有纳米金粒子于核壳型硒化镉量子点,实验结果发现:硒化镉发光效率明显的提高。在有机发光器件的应用方面,将发光波长为505nm核壳型CdSe/ZnS量子点掺入溶有发光波长为570nm铱化合物的氯仿溶液时,其溶液的光致发光光谱表明,原量子点的发光特性消失,只有铱化合物的发光依然存在,且其发光强度呈现明显增强趋势,我们推测此现象源自于量子点到铱化合物能量转移的机制。我们也以含有核壳型硒化镉量子点的铱化合物与PVK混合材料为发光层,成功的制作发光二极管器件,器件的发光效率因核壳型硒化镉的掺杂,明显提高2倍多。刘弘伟 LASKAR IR 黄静萍 陈登铭 2005发光学报2005,26,3:9
2Emerging blood-based biomarkers for detection of gastric cancer显示文摘Early detection and efficient monitoring of tumor dynamics are prerequisites for reducing disease burden and mortality, and for improving the management of patients with gastric cancer(GC). Blood-based biomarker assays for the detection of early-stage GC could be of great relevance both for population-wide or risk groupbased screening programs, while circulating biomarkers that reflect the genetic make-up and dynamics of the tumor would allow monitoring of treatment efficacy, predict recurrences and assess the genetic heterogeneity of the tumor. Recent research to identify blood-based biomarkers of GC has resulted in the identification of a wide variety of cancer-associated molecules, including various proteins, autoantibodies against tumor associated antigens, cell-free DNA fragments, m RNAs and various non-coding RNAs, circulating tumor cells and cancer-derived extracellular vesicles. Each type of these biomarkers provides different information on the disease status, has different advantages and disadvantages, and distinct clinical usefulness. 4Excretion of biliary compounds during intrauterine life显示文摘In adults,the hepatobiliary system,together with the kidney,constitute the main routes for the elimination of several endogenous and xenobiotic compounds into bile and urine,respectively.However,during intrauterine life the biliary route of excretion for cholephilic compounds,such as bile acids and biliary pigments,is very poor.Although very early in pregnancy the fetal liver produces bile acids,bilirubin and biliverdin,these compounds cannot be efficiently eliminated by the fetal hepatobiliary system,owing to the immaturity of the excretory machinery in the fetal liver.Therefore,the potentially harmful accumulation of cholephilic compounds in the fetus is prevented by their elimination across the placenta.Owing to the presence of detoxifying enzymes and specifi c transport systems at different locations of the placental barrier,such as the endothe-lial cells of chorionic vessels and trophoblast cells,this organ plays an important role in the hepatobiliary-like function during intrauterine life.The relevance of this excretory function in normal fetal physiology is evident in situations where high concentrations of biliary compounds are accumulated in the mother.This may result in oxidative stress and apoptosis,mainly in the placenta and fetal liver,which might affect normal fetal development and challenge the fate of the pregnancy.The present article reviews current knowledge of the mechanisms underlying the hepatobiliary function of the fetal-placental unit and the repercussions of several pathological conditions on this tandem.Rocio IR Macias Jose JG Marin Maria A Serrano 2009World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,7:6

9Juvenile ferric iron prevents microbiota dysbiosis and colitis in adult rodents显示文摘AIM: To assess whether juvenile chronic ferric iron ingestion limit colitis and dysbiosis at adulthood in rats and mice. METHODS: Two sets of experiments were designed. In the first set, recently weaned mice were either orally administered ferrous (Fe2+) iron salt or ferric (Fe3+) microencapsulated iron for 6 wk. The last week of experiments trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS) colitis was induced. In the second set, juvenile rats received the microencapsulated ferric iron for 6 wk and were also submitted to TNBS colitis during the last week of experiments. In both sets of experiments, animals were sacrificed 7 d after TNBS instillation. Severity of the inflammation was assessed by scoring macroscopic lesions and quantifying colonic myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity. Alteration of the microflora profile was estimated usingquantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) by measuring the evolution of total caecal microflora, Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes and enterobacteria. RESULTS: Neither ferrous nor ferric iron daily exposures at the juvenile period result in any effect in control animals at adulthood although ferrous iron repeated administration in infancy limited weight gain. Ferrous iron was unable to limit the experimental colitis (1.71 ± 0.27 MPO U/mg proteinvs 2.47 ± 0.22 MPO U/mg protein in colitic mice). In contrast, ferric iron significantly prevented the increase of MPO activity (1.64 ± 0.14 MPO U/mg protein) in TNBS-induced colitis. Moreover, this positive effect was observed at both the doses of ferric iron used (75 and 150 mg/kg per day po - 6 wk). In the study we also compared, in both rats and mice, the consequences of chronic repeated low level exposure to ferric iron (75 mg/kg per day po - 6 wk) on TNBS-induced colitis and its related dysbiosis. We confirmed that ferric iron limited the TNBS-induced increase of MPO activity in both the rodent species. Furthermore, we assessed the ferric iron incidence on TNBS-induced intestinal microbiota dysbiosis. At first, we needed to optimize the isolation and quantify DNA copy numbers using standard curves to perform by qPCR this interspecies comparison. Using this approach, we determined that total microflora was similar in control rats and mice and was mainly composed of Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes at a ratio of 10/1. Ferric juvenile administration did not modify the microflora profile in control animals. Total microflora numbers remained unchanged whichever experimental conditions studied. Following TNBS-induced colitis, the Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes ratio was altered resulting in a decrease of the Firmicutes numbers and an increase of the Bacteroidetes numbers typical of a gut inflammatory reaction. In parallel, the subdominant population, the enterobacteria was also increased. 10Developing a global interconnected power system model显示文摘Decarbonizing the power sector is a necessary step towards a low-carbon future. Interconnecting power systems on different continents could be a method to contribute to such a future, by utilizing highly efficient renewable resources around the globe, while simultaneously providing additional benefits of power system integration. In this paper, we describe the process of constructing and simulating a global interconnected power system model with high technical and temporal resolution. Being the first of its kind on the global scale, this paper is designed to showcase the proof of concept as an intermediate step to a high resolution global model, by integrating an existing European power system model with the North-American continent. The work to date has been focused on testing the methodology and building up necessary knowledge to realistically simulate the functionality of a possible future global grid. Some initial results are analysed to support the viability of the model and the concept in general.
