| 1 | Protective effect of lemongrass oil against dexamethasone induced hyperlipidemia in rats:possible role of decreased lecithin cholesterol acetyl transferase activity显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the anti-hyperlipidemic activity of lemongrass oil against in dexamethasone induced hyperlipidemia in rats.Methods:Administration of dexamethasone was given at 10 mg/kg,sc.to the adult rats for 8 d induces hyperlipidemia characterized by marked increase in serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels along with increase in atherogenic index.Results:Lemongrass oil(100 and 200 mg/kg,po.) treatment has showed significant inhibition against dexamethasone hyperlipidemia by maintaining the serum levels of cholesterol, triglycerides and atherogenic index near to the normal levels and the antihyperlipidemic effect of the lemongross oil was comparable with atorvastatin 10 mg/kg,po.The possible mechanism may be associated with decrease in lecithin cholesterol acetyl transferase(LCAT) activity.Conclusions:These results suggested that Lemon gross oil possess significant antihyperlipidemic activity. | VR Santhosh Kumar Md Naseeruddin Inamdar Nayeemunnisa GL Viswanatha | 2011 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2011，4，8： | 8 |
| 2 | 冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗冠心病合并糖尿病患者有效性和安全性的Meta分析显示文摘目的采用Meta分析方法评价冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)与经皮冠状动脉支架置入术(DES-PCI)比较治疗冠脉多支病变合并糖尿病患者的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索e Cochrane Library、PubMed、MEDLINE、EMbase、CBM、CNKI、WanFang Data和VIP等数据库,并手工检索已发表的资料和会议论文,追索纳入文献的参考文献,收集有关冠脉多支病变合并糖尿病患者血运重建策略的随机对照试验,检索时限均从建库至2010年。由2位评价者根据纳入排除标准独立选择文献、提取资料和评价纳入研究的方法学质量,然后采用RevMan 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8个RCT,合计3 689例患者,其中CABG组1 814例,DES-PCI组1 875例。Meta分析结果显示:与DES-PCI组相比,CABG组能显著降低术后再次血运重建率[OR=0.27,95%CI(0.10,0.69),P=0.006]及主要心脑血管事件发生率[OR=0.49,95%CI(0.38,0.62),P<0.000 01],但在降低病死率[OR=0.84,95%CI(0.64,1.10),P=0.21]、脑血管事件发生率[OR=2.00,95%CI(0.97,4.14),P=0.06]及心肌梗死发生率[OR=0.92,95%CI(0.53,1.59),P=0.75]方面,两组差异均无统计学意义。结论 CABG治疗冠脉多支病变合并糖尿病患者的疗效明显优于DES-PCI。受纳入研究质量和数量所限,上述结论仍需更多大样本、多中心、前瞻性的随机对照研究加以验证。 | 李俊红 艾克拜尔 Kamran Y Inamdar 木拉提 | 2012 | 中国循证医学杂志2012，12，9： | 6 |
| 3 | Endoscopic ultrasound-guided vascular interventions: Current insights and emerging techniques显示文摘Endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)is one of the significant breakthroughs in the field of advanced endoscopy.In the last two decades,EUS has evolved from a diagnostic tool to a real-time therapeutic modality.The luminal gastrointestinal(GI)tract provides a unique opportunity to access multiple vascular structures,especially in the mediastinum and abdomen,thus permitting a variety of EUS-guided vascular interventions.The addition of the doppler and contrast-enhanced capability to EUS has further helped provide real-time visualization of blood flow in vessels through the GI tract.EUS-guided vascular interventions rely on standard endoscopic accessories and interventional tools such as fine-needle aspiration needles and fine-needle biopsy.EUS allows the visualization of various structures in real-time by differentiating tissue densities and vascularity,thus,avoiding radiation exposure.EUS-guided techniques also allow real-time microscopic examination after target biopsy.Furthermore,many necessary interventions can be done during the same procedure after diagnosis.This article provides an overview of EUS-guided vascular interventions such as variceal,non-variceal bleeding interventions,EUSguided portal vein(PV)access with the formation of an intrahepatic portosystemic shunt,and techniques related to diagnosis of GI malignancies.Furthermore,we discuss current insights and future outlook of therapeutic modalities like PV embolization,PV sampling,angiography,drug administration,and portal pressure measurement. | Rupinder Mann Hemant Goyal Abhilash Perisetti Saurabh Chandan Sumant Inamdar Benjamin Tharian | 2021 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2021，27，40： | 4 |
