1工时定额动态参数建模及可视化研究显示文摘工时定额数据获取的快速基于动态参数的工时定额计算方法。对影响工时定额计算结果的诸多参数进行分析,根据参数的性和准确性影响着制造成本和作业计划。传统计算方法效率低、准确性差,为解决这一问题提出了信息表达方式进行分类,建立动态参数计算模型。利用VRML技术构造可视化加工特征模型,将动态参数映射到加工特征模型上,实现工时定额计算参数的图形化拾取。该技术已应用于企业生产过程中,取得良好的效果。陆远 Shahid Ikramullah Butt 2008系统仿真学报2008,20,S1:4
2An Improved Production Activity Control Architecture for Shop Floor Control显示文摘This paper presents a further improved Production Activity Control Architecture to deal with the complexity of information by creating Sub-Producers and Sub-Movers which will not only give a better control at workstation level but also reduce load on the Dispatcher. 3An Improved PAC Architecture for Shop Floor Information System in Digital Manufacturing显示文摘In order to overcome the weakness of the former production activity control (PAC) architecture, this paper presents an improved PAC architecture. The BIT-PAC architecture has been applied with the use of information technology. It facilitates the information flow from Shop Floor to other areas of the organization and makes the organizations more integrated and productive. This architecture also facilitates the expansion of the Shop Floor functions without disturbing the basic infrastructure. 10Dynamic Scheduling of Flexible Job Shops显示文摘Aim of this research is to minimize makespan in the flexible job shop environment by the use of genetic algorithms and scheduling rules. Software is developed using genetic algorithms and scheduling rules based on certain constraints such as non-preemption of jobs, recirculation, set up times, non-breakdown of machines etc. Purpose of the software is to develop a schedule for flexible job shop environment, which is a special case of job shop scheduling problem. Scheduling algorithm used in the software is verified and tested by using MT10 as benchmark problem, presented in the flexible job shop environment at the end. 14The RFID-Based Manufacturing and Inventory Revolution显示文摘Radio frequency identification (RFID) is a contactless form of automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) technology. This paper explores the use of RFID in the new field of manufacturing automation and quality control. This paper consists of five parts. The first part gives a brief background and introduction of technology. The proposed use of RFID technology in the field of manufacturing automation and quality control is discussed in second part. The third part covers its use in the field of warehouse management system. Part four is a local review and analysis of RFID technology in manufacturing and warehousing which would support the potential use of this technology locally at China. 15Feasibility-Guided Constraint-Handling Techniques for Engineering Optimization Problems显示文摘The particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is an established nature-inspired population-based meta-heuristic that replicates the synchronizing movements of birds and sh.PSO is essentially an unconstrained algorithm and requires constraint handling techniques(CHTs)to solve constrained optimization problems(COPs).For this purpose,we integrate two CHTs,the superiority of feasibility(SF)and the violation constraint-handling(VCH),with a PSO.These CHTs distinguish feasible solutions from infeasible ones.Moreover,in SF,the selection of infeasible solutions is based on their degree of constraint violations,whereas in VCH,the number of constraint violations by an infeasible solution is of more importance.Therefore,a PSO is adapted for constrained optimization,yielding two constrained variants,denoted SF-PSO and VCH-PSO.Both SF-PSO and VCH-PSO are evaluated with respect to ve engineering problems:the Himmelblau’s nonlinear optimization,the welded beam design,the spring design,the pressure vessel design,and the three-bar truss design.The simulation results show that both algorithms are consistent in terms of their solutions to these problems,including their different available versions.Comparison of the SF-PSO and the VCHPSO with other existing algorithms on the tested problems shows that the proposed algorithms have lower computational cost in terms of the number of function evaluations used.We also report our disagreement with some unjust comparisons made by other researchers regarding the tested problems and their different variants.Muhammad Asif Jan Yasir Mahmood Hidayat Ullah Khan Wali Khan Mashwani Muhammad Irfan Uddin Marwan Mahmoud Rashida Adeeb Khanum Ikramullah Noor Mast 2021Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,6:0
16Use of Quality Control Circles-A Fad or Need显示文摘Different techniques including Quality Control Circles, Business Process Reengineering and Statistical Process Control (SPC), Total Quality Management have been in use to reduce waste in the industry. Waste is considered as necessary evil and there are many types of waste in the industry. There are many ways and means to reduce waste but the less costly is to use Quality Control Circles technique effectively and efficiently. In quality control circles human resources that consist of small groups of employees are selected, who voluntarily meet at regular intervals to identify, analyze and solve quality and other problems in their work areas. In the Quality Control Circles different techniques of the quality improvement and total quality management are utilized which could be numeric or non- numeric such as statistical quality control techniques and fish bone diagram or brain storming respectively.
