1	人工全膝关节中多孔钽金属型和骨水泥型胫骨假体周围骨矿物质密度比较显示文摘背景:多孔钽金属近年来用作全膝关节置换的金属植入材料。其多孔性、低弹性模量和高摩擦性能可保证良好的生理负荷传导并保留假体周围的骨储备。但就我们所知,这种小梁金属(TrabecularMetal)胫骨假体对周围骨矿物质密度的影响未见文献报道。本文的目的是对使用非骨水泥的小梁金属胫骨假体和骨水泥型胫骨假体关节周围骨矿物质密度进行比较。方法:对使用小梁金属胫骨假体和使用骨水泥固定的钴铬钼合金胫骨假体各28个膝分别在术前2周、术后2周、术后6、12、18和24个月进行双能x线吸收光谱扫描,以评价假体周围骨矿物质密度。所有手术均由一名医师操作并采用髌旁内侧入路。结果:术前两组股骨颈、腕关节、腰椎椎体或膝关节的骨密度均无明显差异。术后两组的胫骨骨密度均下降。但术后24个月的胫骨侧位x线片显示小梁金属胫骨假体周围的骨密度减低明显小于骨水泥型胫骨假体组(平均值±标准差,-6.7%±22.9%与-36.8%+24.2%;p=0.002)。两组患者的膝关节学会(Knee Society)评分、膝关节活动度和腰椎椎体骨密度在术后24个月无明显差异。假体微动和假体周围骨折在两组膝关节中均未见到。结论:全膝关节置换术使用小梁金属胫骨假体的胫骨外侧平台的骨密度降低小于使用骨水泥型胫骨假体的膝关节。确定多孔钽金属胫骨假体用于全膝关节置换的长期临床疗效尚待进一步研究。	Yukihide Minoda Akio Kobayashi Hiroyoshi Iwaki Mitsuhiko Ikebuchi Fumiaki Inori Kunio Takaoka 赵建宁(译) 包倪荣(译)	2010	中华骨科杂志2010，30，6：	4
