1Liuwei Dihuang pill suppresses metastasis by regulating the wnt pathway and disrupting β-catenin/T cell factor interactions in a murine model of triple-negative breast cancer显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate if the Liuwei Dihuang pill(LWDHP)can inhibit metastasis to the liver and lungs in mice bearing triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC),and the molecular mechanism underpinning this action.METHODS:Ninety-nine TNBC bearing-mice were distributed randomly to five groups:control(Con),paclitaxel(PTX),low-dose LWDHP(LLP,2.3 g·kg^-1·d^-1),middle-dose LWDHP(MLP,4.6 g·kg^-1·d^-1)and high-dose LWDHP(HLP,9.2 g·kg^-1·d^-1).The LWDHP were administered(p.o.)to the agonal stage.The morphology of BC cells was observed by hematoxylin&eosin staining.Expression of axin-2,β-catenin,T cell factor(TCF),cyclin-D1 and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)was detected by western blotting or immunofluorescence.β-catenin/TCF-1 interaction was measured using a co-immunoprecipitation assay.RESULTS:After LWDHP treatment,metastasis of BC cells to the lungs and liver was inhibited,expression of axin-2 was increased,expression of TCF-1,β-catenin,cyclin-D1 and VEGF was decreased,andβ-catenin/TCF-1 interaction was disrupted.CONCLUSION:The LWDHP could inhibit metastasis of BC cells to the liver and lungs.The molecular mechanism underlying this action may be regulation of protein expression andβ-catenin/TCF-1 interactions in the Wnt pathway.Zheng Lixiang Zheng Qing Yu Zhipeng Wang Jian Ren Xiaoying Gong Yan Yang Xue Hunag Ping Weng Meizhi Liu Hongning Liu Haizhou 2019Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,6:9
2显示文摘The phase formation regularities in nanometer powders of ternary alloys prepared by gas evaporation process with induction current as the heating source were investigated. Al-Cu-Mn and Al-Cu-Cr were chosen as the samples in this study. The experimental results show that the necessary conditions for forming ternary compound phases in a ternary alloy nanometer powder are that they must be able to form in a conventional bulk alloy. To obtain a ternary compound phase in nanometer powders, composition of the master alloy must be in a certain range. Changing the composition of the master alloy and evaporation temperature can control the kinds of the phases and their relative amount in the alloy nanometer powders. In present study, AlMn, Al8Mn5 and AlCu2Mn phases formed in as-prepared nanometer powders of Al-Cu-Mn alloy, and the highest relative amount of AlCu2Mn phase is about 99%. 3Uplift differential of active fold zones during the late Quaternary, northern piedmonts of the Tianshan Mountains, China显示文摘On the north piedmont of Tianshan Mountains, China, the Kuytun River and Manas River transverse the Dushanzi and Manas folds, resulted in 7-level and 6-level pedestal terraces, respectively, which are the tectonomorphic marks of folding and uplift of the Dushanzi and Manas anticlines since the late Quaternary. We have collected samples from deposits of all terraces for OSL (optically stimulated luminescence) geological dating using the SMAR (single-multiple-aliquot-regeneration) method on fine grains. We have also performed dating using the 14 C method on the samples from the deposit of terrace T1 along the Kuytun River. The results show that all these deposits are of the later phase of the late Pleistocene. Comparison of terrace dating and climate change since 200 ka suggests that the terraces T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5 along the Manas River formed in 6, 8.5, 10, 14 and 32 ka, respectively. The incision time of Kuitun River's T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6 and T7 terraces were 1.7, 14, 20, 25, 32, 50 and 100 ka years ago, respectively. The terrace T4 along the Manas River and T2 along the Kuytun River were formed during the late part of the late Pleistocene, i.e., 14 ka. Since 14 ka, the incision of the Manas River has generated three levels of pedestal terraces, while that of the Kuytun River has only produced one level of such terraces. The latest folding and uplift of the Dushanzi anticline took place in 1.7 ka, while that of the Manas anticline occurred in 5 ka.
