| 1 | Investigation of micro vortex generators on controlling flow separation over SCCH high-lift configuration显示文摘For the problem that the flow separation on the flap lowers the aerodynamic performance of high lift system,an investigation was carried out on using micro vortex generators(VGs) to control the separation on flap of the swept constant chord half-model(SCCH) high-lift configuration,at a small to medium angle of attack,by experimental and numerical methods.The basic flow characteristics of SCCH landing configuration were analyzed by using numerical method to provide required information for the design of micro VGs.Then,by keeping the cruise configuration intact,the preliminary design procedure and design methods of micro VGs were established.In addition,the micro VGs were designed.The effects of VG's arrangement and geometric parameters,such as the arrangement mode,chordwise position,arrangement angle,height and spanwise distance,on controlling efficiency were investigated by using numerical method.Then the parameters of preliminary VGs were adjusted as the basis configuration for wind tunnel test.The experiments were accomplished in NH-2 wind tunnel for validating the numerical method,as well as obtaining the design principles and methods of micro VGs.The parameters of VGs were also optimized based on the experiments.The experimental results showed that the numerical design method can serve as an efficient and accurate design tool.The lift and drag were increased by 10% and 14%,respectively in landing state,which satisfied the requirements for landing.Finally,it was concluded that the established design principles and methods for micro VGs in this investigation can be used in engineering application. | CHU HuBing ZHANG BinQian CHEN YingChun LI YaLin MAO Jun | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,7: | 4 |
| 2 | Preclinical evaluation and pilot clinical study of [^(18)F]AlF-labeled FAPI-tracer for PET imaging of cancer associated fibroblasts显示文摘In recent years,fibroblast activation protein(FAP)has emerged as an attractive target for the diagnosis and radiotherapy of cancers using FAP-specific radioligands.Herein,we aimed to design a novel^(18)Flabeled FAP tracer([^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI)for FAP imaging and evaluated its potential for clinical application.The[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI novel tracer was prepared in an automated manner within 42 min with a non-decay corrected radiochemical yield of 32±6%(n=8).Among A549-FAP cells,[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI demonstrated specific uptake,rapid internalization,and low cellular efflux.Compared to the patent tracer[^(18)F]FAPI-42,[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI exhibited lower levels of cellular efflux in the A549-FAP cells and higher stability in vivo.Micro-PET imaging in the A549-FAP tumor model indicated higher specific tumor uptake of[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI(7.0±1.0%ID/g)compared to patent tracers[^(18)F]FAPI-42(3.2±0.6%ID/g)and[68 Ga]Ga-FAPI-04(2.7±0.5%ID/g).Furthermore,in an initial diagnostic application in a patient with nasopharyngeal cancer,[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI and[^(18)F]FDG PET/CT showed comparable results for both primary tumors and lymph node metastases.These results suggest that[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI can be conveniently prepared,with promising characteristics in the preclinical evaluation.The feasibility of FAP imaging was demonstrated using PET studies. | Kongzhen Hu Junqi Li Lijuan Wang Yong Huang Li Li Shimin Ye Yanjiang Han Shun Huang Hubing Wu Jin Su Ganghua Tang | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2: | 4 |
| 3 | Effects of water stress at different growth stages on comprehensive fruit quality and yield in different bunches of tomatoes in greenhouses显示文摘The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of tomato quality and yield between different bunches and the differences between the two comprehensive evaluation methods on tomato quality ranking under water stress.Two degrees of water stress including mild water stress(W1)and moderate water stress(W2),and three growth stages that water stress applied including seedling stage(S1),flowering stage(S2)and fruit expanding stage(S3)were tested in this study.The yield and quality of different bunches of tomatoes under water stress during different growth stages were determined as responses,and the comprehensive fruit quality ranking and yield of the second and third bunches were evaluated.The results showed that water stress was important for the improvement of fruit quality,but fruit yield decreased during water stress.The yield of the third tomato bunch decreased from 11.69%(W1S1)to 30.60%(W2S2)compared to control(97.57 t/hm^(2)),and the effects of mild water stress on fruit yield were minimal at the early growth stage.However,the fruit quality in terms of soluble sugar(SS),total soluble solids(TSS),vitamin C(VC),and firmness(F)improved under water stress compared to control.The combined effects of water stress and its application period significantly affected SS and TSS.Water stress significantly improved the content of SS and TSS in the later growth period compared to seedling and flowering stages.Meanwhile,there was a significant difference in tomato quality between the second and third bunches of fruit,especially in the content of SS,organic acid(OA)and lycopene(L).Principal Component Analysis(PCA)and Grey Relational Analysis(GRA)were used to evaluate comprehensive fruit quality,and the best treatment in terms of the fruit quality was W1S3 for both bunches.The rank-sum ratio(RSR)method was used to evaluate fruit quality and yield,the results showed that W1S3 ranked first based on PCA and W1S1 ranked first based on GRA.Water stress enhanced tomato quality but inevitably reduced its yield during each growth stage.The application of mild water stress during the fruit expanding stage(W1S3)was considered to be the best treatment to provide satisfactory fruit quality and yield based on RSR. | Shuxue Hao Hongxia Cao Hubing Wang Xiaoyan Pan | 2019 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,3: | 3 |

| 6 | Radio core dominance of Fermi/LAT-detected AGNs显示文摘We present a sample of 4388 AGNs with available radio core-dominance parameters—defined as the ratio of the core flux densities to the extended ones, R = S_(core)/S_(ext).—which includes 630 Fermi-detected AGNs from the fourth source catalog(4FGL) of the Fermi Large Area Telescope(Fermi/LAT);the rest are non-Fermi-detected AGNs. In our sample, 584 blazars are Fermi-detected and 1310 are not. The sample also contains other subclasses, such as Seyferts, Fanaroff-Riley I/II galaxies, and normal galaxies.We investigate various properties of the Fermi-detected and non-Fermi-detected AGNs by using core-dominance parameters,capitalizing on a previous study which showed that R is a good indicator of beaming. We then calculate radio spectral indices for the whole sample, and adopt γ-ray-photon indices for the Fermi AGNs from the 4FGL catalog to discuss the properties of different subclasses. We obtain a relation between the core-dominance parameters and the radio spectral indices for both Fermi and non-Fermi sources, assuming a two-component model in the radio band. Our previous study ruled out the assumption that the core-dominance parameters and radio spectral indices are quite different for different AGN subclasses. This holds not only for Fermi sources but also for non-Fermi sources. In particular, R is, on average, greater for the former AGNs than for the latter.In this study, we enlarge our sample with available values of R to 4388 AGNs, and the obtained conclusions are consistent with our previous study. We assume that the same two-component model holds for the γ-ray band as for the radio band, and therefore,adopt the same relation between the core-dominance parameters and the γ-ray-photon indices for Fermi AGNs.
