| 1 | Research and application of enterprise resource planning system for foundry enterprises显示文摘PPDB issues-four aspects of current management issues of foundry enterprises are discussed in this paper,including Production Management,Process Control,Duration Monitoring and Business Intelligence Data Analysis.Also a whole Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) solution for foundry enterprises is proposed.The solution contains many models,four of which are used to solve the PPDB issues.These are called SPDB models,which separately are the Single-piece management model(based on casting lifecycle),Process management model(based on task-driven technology),Duration monitoring model(based on surplus period),and Business intelligence data analysis model(based on data mining).An ERP system for foundry enterprises,named HZERP,was researched and developed,and applied to a sand casting company of single piece and small batch production.Qualitatively and quantitatively comparing the application effect before and after implementing the HZERP system,the result demonstrated that the foundry ERP system based on the SPDB models can help metal casting enterprises achieve the single-piece management,better regulate the production processes,improve production and delivery management,shorten the production cycle,reduce costs,and speed up the capital turnover to a large extent. | Zhou Jianxin Ji Xiaoyuan Liao Dunming Guan Bifeng Guan Bihong Pang Shengyong Tang Hongtao | 2013 | China Foundry2013,10,1: | 16 |
| 2 | Flow characteristic and wastewater treatment performance of a pilot-scale airlift oxidation ditch显示文摘A pilot-scale airlift oxidation ditch using bubble diffuser and baffle as aerator was operated in a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)to investigate its flow characteristic and wastewater treatment performance.Compared with the conventional oxidation ditch process,effective depth and oxygen utilization efficiency of this new process was improved by underwater aeration.Furthermore,it had a reversed velocity distribution,which decreased from the bottom to the top on vertical section.Velocity measurement showed that a velocity over 0.2 m/s at the bottom was sufficient to prevent sludge settlement during long term operation.Application of these concepts would save land area and energy consumption by about 25%–50%and 55%,respectively.In this new system,organic biodegradation and nitrification could be well achieved.Denitrification could occur steadily in the straight part by adjusting the airflow rate.An average TN removal rate of 63%was achieved with dissolved oxygen(DO)concentrations between 0.6 mg/L and 1.5 mg/L.The main pollutants in the effluent could meet the strictest discharge standard(COD<50 mg/L,NH4_(+)^(–)N<5 mg/L,and TN<15 mg/L)in China now. | Hongtao PANG Hanchang SHI Huiming SHI | 2009 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2009,3,4: | 3 |

| 4 | Partial anammox achieved in full scale biofilm process for typical domestic wastewater treatment显示文摘The slow initiation of anammox for treating typical domestic wastewater and the relatively high footprint of wastewater treatment infrastructures are major concerns for practical wastewater treatment systems.Herein,a 300 m^(3)/d hybrid biofilm reactor(HBR)process was developed and operated with a short hydraulic retention time(HRT)of 8 h.The analysis of the bacterial community demonstrated that anammox were enriched in the anoxic zone of the HBR process.The percentage abundance of Candidatus Brocadia in the total bacterial community of the anoxic zone increased from 0 at Day 1 to 0.33%at Day 130 and then to 2.89%at Day 213.Based upon the activity of anammox bacteria,the removal of ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N)in the anoxic zone was approximately 15%.This showed that the nitrogen transformation pathway was enhanced in the HBR system through partial anammox process in the anoxic zone.The final effluent contained 12 mg/L chemical oxygen demand(COD),0.662 mg/L NH_(4)^(+)-N,7.2 mg/L total nitrogen(TN),and 6 mg/L SS,indicating the effectiveness of the HBR process for treating real domestic wastewater. | Feng Hou Ting Zhang Yongzhen Peng Xiaoxin Cao Hongtao Pang Yanqing Shao Xianchun Lu Ju Yuan Xi Chen Jin Zhang | 2022 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2022,16,3: | 2 |

| 7 | Recognition and Prediction of Source Rocks of the Madingo Formation in the Lower Congo Basin显示文摘We investigated the petrological and seismic properties of Madingo Formation, the highquality source rocks in the Madingo Formation in the Lower Congo Basin are highly heterogeneous. Due to little drilling and oil-based mud pollution, samples that are able to be used to measure the TOC(total organic carbon) content of source rock in the Madingo Formation are few and unevenly distributed;hence, it is difficult to carry out their quantitative evaluation. We investigated the petrological and seismic properties of Madingo Formation between TOC and well logging parameters including density, natural gamma, and acoustic time difference via multiple regression analysis. The TOC data volume is calculated using a neural network model between the predicted TOC content and seismic attributes of the sidetrack. The results of TOC three-dimensional quantitative prediction in the study area show that the source rocks in the Madingo Formation have a strong heterogeneity in the vertical direction, and the plane distribution is low in the northeast and high in the southwest. | 8 | Parallelism and Optimization of Numerical Ocean Forecasting Model显示文摘According to the characteristics of Chinese marginal seas, the Marginal Sea Model of China(MSMC) has been developed independently in China. Because the model requires long simulation time, as a routine forecasting model, the parallelism of MSMC becomes necessary to be introduced to improve the performance of it. However, some methods used in MSMC, such as Successive Over Relaxation(SOR) algorithm, are not suitable for parallelism. In this paper, methods are developedto solve the parallel problem of the SOR algorithm following the steps as below. First, based on a 3D computing grid system, an automatic data partition method is implemented to dynamically divide the computing grid according to computing resources. Next, based on the characteristics of the numerical forecasting model, a parallel method is designed to solve the parallel problem of the SOR algorithm. Lastly, a communication optimization method is provided to avoid the cost of communication. In the communication optimization method, the non-blocking communication of Message Passing Interface(MPI) is used to implement the parallelism of MSMC with complex physical equations, and the process of communication is overlapped with the computations for improving the performance of parallel MSMC.
