| 1 | Studies on classification,criteria and control of rockbursts显示文摘This paper attempts to present the findings involving rockbursts classification,rockburst failure criteria,and related control measures.Experimental investigations were performed using the strainburst testing machine and impact-induced rockburst testing machine.According to the stress paths and experimental methods,rockbursts were classified into two major groups,i.e.the strainbursts and impact-induced bursts.The mechanisms and criteria of rockburst obtained from experimental investigations were discussed.Then,the developments of constant-resistance and large-deformation bolt(CRLDB),which can adapt itself to the external loading at a constant resistance by elongating continually,were introduced.The deformation energy of country rocks with large deformation can be absorbed by CRLDBs.Finally,the principles and the experimental results for control and prevention of rockburst using the CRLDBs were presented. | Manchao He Hongman Xia Xuena Jia Weili Gong Fei Zhao Kangyuan Liang | 2012 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2012，4，2： | 21 |
| 2 | Brassinosteroid Enhances Jasmonate-Induced Anthocyanin Accumulation in Arabidopsis Seedlings显示文摘Jasmonate (JA) regulates plant development, mediates defense responses, and induces anthocyanin biosynthesis as well. Previously, we isolated the psc1 mutant that partially suppressed coi1 insensitivity to JA, and found that brassinosteroid (BR) was involved in JA signaling and negatively regulated JA inhibition of root growth in Arabidopsis. In this study it was shown that JA-induced anthocyanin accumulation was reduced in BR mutants or in wild type treated with brassinazole, an inhibitor of BR biosynthesis, whereas it was induced by an application of exogenous BR. It was also shown that the'late'anthocyanin biosynthesis genes including DFR, LDOX , and UF3GT, were induced slightly by JA in the BR mutants relative to wild type. Furthermore, the expression level of JA-induced Myb/bHLH transcription factors such as PAP1, PAP2, and GL3, which are components of the WD-repeat/Myb/bHLH transcriptional complexes that mediate the 'late' anthocyanin biosynthesis genes, was lower in the BR mutants than that in wild type. | 3 | An Algorithm Based on Markov Chain to Improve Edge Cache Hit Ratio for Blockchain-Enabled IoT显示文摘Reasonable allocation of storage and computing resources is the basis of building big data system.With the development of IoT(Internet of Things),more data will be brought.A three-layer architecture includes smart devices layer,edge cloud layer and blockchain-based distributed cloud layer.Blockchain is used in IoT for building a distributed decentralize P2P architecture to deal with the secure issue while edge computing deals with increasing volume of data.Edge caching is one of the important application scenarios.In order to allocate edge cache resources reasonably,to improve the quality of service and to reduce the waste of bandwidth resources,this paper proposes a content selection algorithm of edge cache nodes.The algorithm adopts markov chain model,improves the utilization of cache space and reduces the content transmission delay.The hierarchical caching strategy is adopted and the secondary cache stores slides of contents to expand the coverage of cached content and to reduce user waiting time.Regional node cooperation is adopted to expand the cache space and to support the regional preference of cache content.Compared with the classical substitution algorithm,simulation results show that the algorithm in this paper has higher cache hit ratio and higher space utilization. | Hongman Wang Yingxue Li Xiaoqi Zhao Fangchun Yang | 2020 | China Communications2020，17，9： | 9 |
| 4 | Matrilineal History of the Rana longicrus Species Group(Rana,Ranidae,Anura) and the Description of a New Species from Hunan,southern China显示文摘Fieldwork in Jiemuxi National Nature Reserve,Hunan,China,discovered morphologically indistinguishable groups of brown frogs that bred at different,exclusive times of the year.A principal components analysis of morphometric data,molecular analyses,and the exclusive breeding season suggested the occurrence of two species.The population that breeds during the winter was found to be an undescribed species and was subsequently described as Rana jiemuxiensis sp.nov.The new cryptic species can be identified from its congeners at the same locality by having a different breeding season and a divergent DNA barcode.Six major lineages of brown frogs were resolved with high nodal support.Rana japonica,R.chaochiaoensis,R.omeimontis,and R.jiemuxiensis have independent maternal lineages.Rana hanlunica and R.maoershanensis have essentially identical maternal lineages and they appear to represent the same species.The validity of the species R.longicrus,R.zhenhaiensis,and R.culaiensis and their genealogical relationships are not resolved and deserve further study.The genealogy indicates that sympatric cryptic lineages probably widely exist in the R.longicrus group.This highlights the importance of future more fine-scaled samplings and the inclusion of nuclear genes. | Fang YAN Ke JIANG Hongman CHEN Ping FANG Jieqiong JIN Yi LI Shaoneng WANG Robert W.MURPHY Jing CHE Yaping ZHANG | 2011 | Asian Herpetological Research2011，2，2： | 8 |
| 5 | Gastric choriocarcinoma admixed with an α-fetoprotein-producing adenocarcinoma and separated adenocarcinoma显示文摘We report a case of gastric choriocarcinoma admixed with an α-fetoprotein (AFP)-producing adeno-carcinoma. A 70-year-old man was hospitalized for gastric cancer that was detected during screening by esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD). Initial laboratory data showed the increased serum level of AFP and EGD revealed a 5-cm ulcerofungating mass in the greater curvature of the gastric antrum. The patient underwent radical subtotal gastrectomywith D2 lymph node dissection and Billroth gastrojejunostomy. Histopathological evaluation confirmed double primary gastric cancer: gastric choriocarcinoma admixed with an AFP-producing adenocarcinoma and separated adenocarcinoma. At 2 wk postoperatively, his human chorionic gonadotropin and AFP levels had reduced and six cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy were initiated.
