The PI3K/AKT Pathway and Renal Cell Carcinoma显示文摘The phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase(PI3K)/AKT pathway is genetically targeted in more pathway components and in more tumor types than any other growth factor signaling pathway, and thus is frequently activated as a cancer driver.More importantly, the PI3K/AKT pathway is composed of multiple bifurcating and converging kinase cascades, providing many potential targets for cancer therapy.Renal cell carcinoma(RCC) is a high-risk and high-mortality cancer that is notoriously resistant to traditional chemotherapies or radiotherapies. The PI3K/AKT pathway is modestly mutated but highly activated in RCC,representing a promising drug target.Indeed,PI3 K pathway inhibitors of the rapalog family are approved for use in RCC.Recent large-scale integrated analyses of a large number of patients have provided a molecular basis for RCC,reiterating the critical role of the PI3K/AKT pathway in this cancer. In this review,we summarize the genetic alterations of the PI3K/AKT pathway in RCC as indicated in the latest large-scale genome sequencing data,as well as treatments for RCC that target the aberrant activated PI3K/AKT pathway.Huifang Guo Peter German Shanshan Bai Sean Barnes Wei Guo Xiangjie Qi Hongxiang Lou Jiyong Liang Eric Jonasch Gordon B.Mills Zhiyong Ding 2015Journal of Genetics and Genomics2015,42,7:39
An energy-efficient geographic routing based on cooperative transmission in wireless sensor networks显示文摘In this paper, we propose an energy-efficient cooperative geographic routing (ECGR) to reach energy-efficient routing in wireless sensor networks (WSN). ECGR takes full advantage of cooperative diversity and geographic routing. At physical layer, cooperative nodes transmit the same packet in a cooperative way to achieve farther transmission distance of each hop without more energy consumption. While at the network layer, ECGR adaptively selects the appropriate cooperative nodes to form forwarding clusters to forward the packet to the destination when we consider energy consumption and geographic information of the sensor nodes. Meanwhile, in order to fully assess the energy consumption, we take circuit energy consumption of the sensor nodes into consideration. According to the description above, we increase the transmit distance of each hop; and thereby reducing and balancing the overall network energy consumption among nodes to extend the lifetime of the network.LI Bin WANG WenJie YIN QinYe LI HongXiang YANG Rong 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,7:26
Effect mechanisms of micro-alloying element La on microstructure and mechanical properties of hypoeutectic Al-Si alloys显示文摘The rare earth influence on the as-cast micro structures and mechanical properties of aluminum alloys attracted great attentions in the last decades. But up to date no reports can be found on the effect of microalloying element La(La addition is below 0.1 wt.%) on the solidification of hypoeutectic Al-Si alloys. This study carried out solidification experiments with Al-6 Si alloys micro-alloyed by element La.The α-Al grain refinement, the eutectic Si modification and the tensile properties improvement caused by microalloying element La were investigated. The effect mechanisms of La were discussed. It is demonstrated that the addition of La as low as 100 ppm can deprave the more effective heterogeneous nucleation conditions for the eutectic Si caused by the impurity P.The addition of 0.06 wt.% La is sufficient to achieve an ideal α-Al grain refinement, eutectic Si modification and ductility improvement of the alloys.LaAlSi phase forms in the Al-Si alloy with the additive amount of La higher than 0.06 wt.%.It has a tetragonal structure.Micro-alloying element La refines the α-Al grains by working as a surfactant and modifies the eutectic Si by promoting the formation of the significant multiple Si twins.Qiuju Zheng Lili Zhang Hongxiang Jiang Jiuzhou Zhao Jie He 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,12:18

Ginsenoside Rg3 inhibits colon cancer cell migration by suppressing nuclear factor kappa B activity显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To study the mechanism of the inhibitory effect of ginsenoside Rg3 on colon cancer cell migration.METHODS: Transwell migration assays were performed to investigate the inhibitory effect of ginsenoside Rg3 on SW480 cell migration. Electrophoretic mobility shift assays(EMSAs) and dual luciferase reporter assays were used to study the suppression capability of Rg3 on nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB) activity. Western blotting was adopted to determine protein levels.RESULTS: Two-hundred micromolar ginsenoside Rg3 significantly inhibited SW480 cell migration(P < 0.05). EMSA showed that Rg3 suppressed the DNA binding ability of NF-κB. Dual luciferase reporter assay showed that Rg3 decreased NF-κB-regulated gene transcription(P < 0.01). Western blots indicated that Rg3 down-regulated expression of the NF-κB-regulated matrix metalloproteinase 9,cyclooxygenase-2 and C-Myc. An NF-κB inhibitor, pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate, enhanced the inhibitory effect of Rg3 on SW480 cell migration.CONCLUSION: Ginsenoside Rg3 has a strong antitumor migration capability by suppressing NF-κB activity and expression of NF-κB-regulated gene products. It could be a good adjuvant for colon cancer patients during the course of chemotherapy.Song Junmin Liu Hongxiang Li Zhen Yang Chao Wang Chaojie 2015Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2015,35,4:13
Effects of vegetation height and density on soil temperature variations显示文摘Reduction in vegetation cover caused by human activities has a great impact on soil temperature. It is important to assess how soil temperature responds to reduction of vegetation height and density. In this paper we first report the trends of mean annual soil surface and air temperatures recorded at the meteorological stations near the Ecological Research Station for Grassland Farming (ERSGF) from 1961 to 2007, then we setup an experiment using reed (Phragmites australis) stalks with different heights and densities to simulate effects of different vegetation height and density on soil and air temperatures. The warming rates of the mean annual soil and air temperatures were 0.043 and 0.041C a 1 , respectively. Changes of soil temperature were characterized by both increased mean annual maximum and minimum soil temperatures. At the experimental site, mean daily temperature, mean daily maximum soil and air temperatures increased significantly. In contrast, mean daily minimum soil temperature increased significantly while mean daily minimum air temperature decreased significantly as the height and density of reed stalks reduced during the experimental period. Mean diurnal soil temperature ranges were smaller than mean diurnal air temperature ranges. These results highlight that the importance of vegetation cover on soil and air temperatures.SONG YanTao ZHOU DaoWei ZHANG HongXiang LI GuangDi JIN YingHua LI Qiang 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,8:12
A 2-kb Mycovirus Converts a Pathogenic Fungus into a Beneficial Endophyte for Brassica Protection and Yield Enhancement显示文摘Mycoviruses are viruses that infect fungi, and hypovirulence-associated mycoviruses have the potential to control fungal diseases. However,it is unclear how mycovirus-mediated hypovirulent strains live and survive in the field, and no mycovirus has been applied for field crop protection. In this study,we found that a previously identified small DNA mycovirus(SsHADV-1)can convert its host,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, from a typical necrotrophic pathogen to a beneficial endophytic fungus.SsHADV-1 downregulates the expression of key pathogenicity factor genes in S.sclerotiorum during infection. When growing in rapeseed, the SsHADV-1-infected strain DT-8 significantly regulates the expression of rapeseed genes involved in defense, hormone signaling, and circadian rhythm pathways. As a result, plant growth is promoted and disease resistance is enhanced.Field experiments showed that spraying DT-8 at the early flowering stage can reduce the disease severity of rapeseed stem rot by 67.6%and improve yield by 14.9%.Moreover,we discovered that SsHADV-1 could also infect other S.sclerotiorum strains on DT-8-inoculated plants and that DT-8 could be recovered from dead plants. These findings suggest that the mycoviruses may have the ability to shape the origin of endophytism. Our discoveries suggest that mycoviruses may influence the origin of endophytism and may also offer a novel strategy for disease control in which mycovirus-infected strains are used to improve crop health and release mycoviruses into the field.Hongxiang Zhang Jiatao Xie Yanping Fu Jiasen Cheng Zheng Qu Zhenzhen Zhao Shufen Cheng Tao Chen Bo Li Qianqian Wang Xinqiang Liu Binnian Tian David B.Collinge Daohong Jiang 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,10:9
SURFACE ROUGHNESS PREDICTION MODEL FOR ULTRAPRECISION TURNING ALUMINIUM ALLOY WITH A SINGLE CRYSTAL DIAMOND TOOL显示文摘A surface roughness model utilizing regression analysis method is developed for predicting roughness of ultraprecision machined surface with a single crystal diamond tool. The effects of the main variables, such as cutting speed, feed, and depth of cut on surface roughness are also analyzed in diamond turning aluminum alloy. In order to predict and control the surface roughness before ultraprecision machining, constrained variable metric method is used to select the optimum cutting conditions during process planning. A lot of experimental results show that the model can predict the surface roughness effectively under a certain cutting conditions .Wang Hongxiang Li Dan Dong shen Precision Engineering Research Institute, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150001, China 2002Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2002,15,2:8
Mechanisms underlying attenuation of apoptosis of cortical neurons in the hypoxic brain by flavonoids from the stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi显示文摘Flavonoids from the stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, an antioxidant, markedly improve memory impairments and neuronal injuries. In the present study, primary cortical neurons of rats were exposed to potassium cyanide to establish a model of in vitro neural cell apoptosis. Inhibition of apoptosis by flavonoids from the stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi at concentrations of 18.98, 37.36, and 75.92 μg/mL was detected using this model. These flavonoids dramatically increased cell survival, inhibited cell apoptosis and excessive production of malondialdehyde, and increased the activities of superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, and Na+-K+-ATPase in primary cortical neurons exposed to potassium cyanide. The flavonoids from the stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were originally found to have a polyhydric structure and to protect against cerebral hypoxia in in vitro and in vivo models, including hypoxia induced by potassium cyanide or cerebral ischemia. The present study suggests that flavonoids from the stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi exert neuroprotective effects via modulation of oxidative stress, such as malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase and Na+-K+-ATPase disorders induced by potassium cyanide.Guangxin Miao Hongxiang Zhao Ke Guo Jianjun Cheng Shufeng Zhang Xiaofeng Zhang Zhenling Cai Hong Miao Yazhen Shang 2014Neural Regeneration Research2014,9,17:8
Breeding for the resistance to Fusarium head blight of wheat in China显示文摘With the changes of climate and cultivation systems, the Fusarium head blight(FHB) epidemic area in China has extended since 2000 from the reaches of the Yangtze River to the north and west winter wheat region.Breeding for FHB resistance in wheat is an effective way to control the disease.Chinese wheat breeders commenced research on FHB in the 1950 s.Sumai 3, Ning 7840,Yangmai 158, Ningmai 9 and other cultivars with improved FHB resistance were developed through standard breeding methods and widely applied in production or breeding programs. In addition to intervarietal crosses, alien germplasm was used to improve FHB resistance of wheat.Addition, substitution and translocation lines with alien chromosomes or chromosome fragments were created to enhance FHB resistance.Somaclonal variation was also used to develop a FHB resistant cv.Shengxuan 3 and other cultivars with moderate resistance to FHB were released by such methods.QTL(quantitative trait loci) for FHB resistance were characterized in cultivars originating from China. The major QTL, Fhb1, was identified on chromosome 3 BS in Sumai 3, Ning 894037, Wangshuibai and other Chinese resistant sources.Diagnostic molecular markers for Fhb1 have been applied in wheat breeding and breeding lines with improved FHB resistance and desirable agronomic traits have been obtained. However, breeding for FHB resistance is a long-term task, new technologies are likely to increase the efficiency of this process and better FHB resistance of new cultivars is expected to be achieved within the next decade.Hongxiang MA Xu ZHANG Jinbao YAO Shunhe CHENG 2019Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2019,6,3:8
Quantitative trait loci for Fusarium head blight resistance in wheat cultivars Yangmai 158 and Zhengmai 9023显示文摘Fusarium head blight(FHB)is one of the prevalent fungal diseases of wheat worldwide.Exploring new FHB resistance quantitative trait loci(QTL)in adapted wheat cultivars is a critical step for breeding new FHB-resistant cultivars. In this study,we developed a population of 236 F5:7 recombinant inbred lines(RILs)using two popular Chinese wheat cultivars,Yangmai 158 and Zhengmai 9023,with moderate FHB resistance to identify the QTL for FHB type II resistance. This population was evaluated for percentage of symptomatic spikelets per spike(PSS)using single floret injection in repeated greenhouse experiments.Mean PSSs were 33.2%for Yangmai 158 and 30.3%for Zhengmai 9023.A genetic linkage map of 1002 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)generated by genotyping-by-sequencing(GBS)was constructed for the RIL population.Six QTL were identified for FHB resistance, and three of them were repeatable in the both experiments.Zhengmai 9023 contributed the resistance allele at one repeatable QTL,designated as Qfhb.7D,whereas Yangmai 158 contributed the resistance alleles at the other two repeatable QTL,Qfhb.3AL and Qfhb.2DS.The additional QTL,Qfhb.4AS was significant in the mean PSS,and Qfhb.2DL and Qfhb.7AS were significant in only one experiment.Replacement of each allele individually at the three repeatable QTL significantly changed PSSs.Qfhb.3AL,Qfhb.2DS,and Qfhb.7D explained 8.35%to 9.89%,5.13%to 7.43%,and 6.15%to 9.32%of the phenotypic variations, respectively. The three repeatable QTL contributed by the two parents were additive and stacking the resistance alleles from all the three repeatable QTL showed the highest level of resistance in the current RIL population.Ten SNPs in the QTL regions of Qfhb.3AL,Qfhb.2DS,and Qfhb.7D were converted into KBioscience competitive allele-specific PCR(KASP)assays. One KASP marker for Qfhb.3AL was validated in a panel of wheat cultivars from China. Some of these KASP markers could be useful for marker-assisted selection to stack these QTL.Pingping Zhang Chenjin Guo Zhao Liu Amy Bernardo Hongxiang Maa Hongxiang Ma Peng Jiang Guicheng Song Guihua Bai 2021The Crop Journal2021,9,1:8
Analysis of Dynamic Tensile Process of Fiber Reinforced Concrete by Acoustic Emission Technique显示文摘The fiber reinforced concrete has good dynamic mechanical properties. But corresponding research lacks the dynamic damage characteristics of the polypropylene fiber(fiber of low elastic modulus) and steel fiber(fiber of high elastic modulus) reinforced concrete under medium strain rate(10-6 s-1-10-4 s-1). In order to study the effect of strain rate on the damage characteristics of fiber reinforced concrete during the full curve damage process, the real time dynamic acoustic emission(AE) technique was applied to monitor the damage process of fiber reinforced concrete at three strain rates. The AE wavelet energy spectrum in ca8 frequency band and average AE peak frequency at three strain rates were analyzed. With the accumulation of damage, the AE wavelet energy spectrum in ca8 frequency band increased first and then decreased, and the average AE peak frequency increased gradually. With the increase of strain rate, the AE wavelet energy spectrum in ca8 frequency band and average AE peak frequency decreased gradually. The polypropylene fiber content has more obvious effect on the Dynamic increase factor(DIF) of the peak stress than the steel fiber content. The theoretical basis was provided for the monitoring of dynamic damage of fiber reinforced concrete based on the AE technique.王岩 CHEN Shijie GE Lu ZHOU Li HU Hongxiang 2018Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2018,33,5:7
Cyclonic separation process intensification oil removal based on microbubble flotation显示文摘The cyclonic-static microbubble flotation column has dual effects including the cyclonic separation and floatation separation with the characteristics of the small lower limit of the effective separation size, short separation time, large handling capacity, and low operation cost. It shows significant advantages in the oily wastewater treatment field, especially the polymer flooding oily wastewater treatment aspect. In this paper, the cyclonic separation function mechanism of the cyclonic-static microbubble flotation column was studied, the impact of the parameters including the feeding rate, aeration rate, circulating pressure, and underflow split ratio on the cyclonic separation efficiency was investigated, and the cyclonic separation efficiency model was established as well. In addition, by applying the Doppler Laser Velocimeter (LDV) and Fluent simulation software, the test and simulation to the single-phase flow velocity field of the cyclonic separation section of the cyclonic-static microbubble flotation column were carried out, and the velocity distribution rule of the cyclonic separation section was analyzed under the singlephase flow conditions.Liu Jiongtian Xu Hongxiang Li Xiaobing 2013International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,3:7
Developing an interatomic potential for martensitic phase transformations in zirconium by machine learning显示文摘Atomic simulations provide an effective means to understand the underlying physics of structural phase transformations. However, this remains a challenge for certain allotropic metals due to the failure of classical interatomic potentials to represent the multitude of bonding.Based on machine-learning(ML)techniques,we develop a hybrid method in which interatomic potentials describing martensitic transformations can be learned with a high degree of fidelity from ab initio molecular dynamics simulations(AIMD).Using zirconium as a model system, for which an adequate semiempirical potential describing the phase transformation process is lacking,we demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our approach.Specifically, the ML-AIMD interatomic potential correctly captures the energetics and structural transformation properties of zirconium as compared to experimental and density-functional data for phonons, elastic constants,as well as stacking fault energies.Molecular dynamics simulations successfully reproduce the transformation mechanisms and reasonably map out the pressure–temperature phase diagram of zirconium.Hongxiang Zong Ghanshyam Pilania Xiangdong Ding Graeme J.Ackland Turab Lookman 2018npj Computational Materials2018,,1:7
Grey-matter volume as a potential feature for the classification of Alzheimer's disease and mild cognitive impairment: an exploratory study显示文摘Specific patterns of brain atrophy may be helpful in the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease(AD). In the present study, we set out to evaluate the utility of grey-matter volume in the classification of AD and amnestic mild cognitive impairment(aMCI) compared to normal control(NC) individuals. Voxel-based morphometric analyses were performed on structural MRIs from 35 AD patients, 27 aMCI patients, and 27 NC participants. A two-sample two-tailed t-test was computed between the NC and AD groups to create a map of abnormal grey matter in AD. The brain areas with significant differences were extracted as regions of interest(ROIs), and the grey-matter volumes in the ROIs of the aMCI patients were included to evaluate the patterns of change across different disease severities. Next, correlation analyses between the grey-matter volumes in the ROIs and all clinical variables were performed in aMCI and AD patients to determine whether they varied with disease progression. The results revealed significantly decreased grey matter in the bilateral hippocampus/parahippocampus, the bilateral superior/middle temporal gyri, and the right precuneus in AD patients. The grey-matter volumes were positively correlated with clinical variables. Finally, we performed exploratory linear discriminative analyses to assess the classifying capacity of grey-matter volumes in the bilateral hippocampus and parahippocampus among AD, aMCI, and NC. Leave-one-out crossvalidation analyses demonstrated that grey-matter volumes in hippocampus and parahippocampus accurately distinguished AD from NC. These findings indicate that grey-matter volumes are useful in the classification of AD.Yane Guo Zengqiang Zhang Bo Zhou Pan Wang Hongxiang Yao Minshao Yuan Ningyu An Haitao Dai Luning Wang Xi Zhang Yong Liu 2014Neuroscience Bulletin2014,30,3:7
THE GLASS TRANSITION TEMPERATURE AND MICROSTRUCTURE OF POLYURETHANE/EPOXY RESIN INTERPENETRATING POLYMER NETWORKS NANOCOMPOSITES显示文摘Nanocomposites with various contents of organophilic montmorillonite (oMMT) have been prepared by adding oMMT to interpenetrating poly- mer networks (IPNs) of polyurethane and epoxy resin (PU/EP) which had been prepared by a sequential polymeric technique. DSC experiment indicates a novel phenomenon that the glass transition tem- perature (Tg) of the nanocomposites increases with the oMMT content up to 3 %, then decreases with further increasing oMMT content. In order to explain this phenomenon, crosslink density, hydrogen bond- ing in the hard segments, crystallization of the nanocomposites and the exfoliation degree of oMMT in the nanocomposites have been investigated by swelling method, FT-IR, XRD, SEM and TEM, re- spectively. The results indicate that the crosslink density and the hydrogen bonding index of the nanocomposites increase, but the crystallization de- gree of the nanocomposites decreases with increas- ing oMMT content. In addition, oMMT improves the network structure of PU/EP.JIA Qingming ZHENG Maosheng SHEN Renjie CHEN Hongxiang 2006Chinese Science Bulletin2006,51,3:7
Bio-inspired polygonal skeleton structure for vibration isolation:Design, modelling, and experiment显示文摘Inspired by the safe landing of a cat falling from a high altitude,a bio-inspired polygonal skeleton(BIPS) structure is proposed, and its nonlinear characteristics are systematically studied to explore its potential application in the suppression of vibration. The polygon is formed by the skeleton structure of the cat’s entire body and the ground. The BIPS system consists of two symmetrical bionic legs with three robs(as skeleton) and four horizontal springs(as muscle). Two bionic legs are connected through the bearing platform(as spine),which could adjust the distance between the two bionic legs. A theoretical model is developed to characterize its stiffness nonlinearity through geometrical and mechanical analysis. Parameter analysis reveals that the BIPS structure has diverse stiffness, including nonlinear positive stiffness and negative stiffness. By imitating adjustment of leg posture and telescopic function of the spine(control the distance between legs),these flexible stiffness properties can be adjusted by structure parameters. In addition, the load capacity and working range can also be designed by the length of the bars, the initial angle, the mounting position, and the spring stiffness. The experimental setup is established, and the vibration isolation performance under various excitation is tested. The experimental results verify the accuracy of the dynamic model and also show that the proposed BIPS structure can suppress the vibration effectively under a variety of excitations. These peculiarities may provide potential possibility of an innovative approach to passive vibration control and isolation.YAN Ge WANG Sen ZOU HongXiang ZHAO LinChuan GAO QiuHua ZHANG WenMing 2020Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,12:5
Microstructure formation and electrical resistivity behavior of rapidly solidified Cu-Fe-Zr immiscible alloys显示文摘The immiscible Cu-Fe alloy was characterized by a metastable miscibility gap. With the addition element Zr,the miscibility gap can be extended into the Cu-Fe-Zr ternary system. The effect of the atomic ratio of Cu to Fe and Zr content on the behavior of liquid-liquid phase separation was studied. The results show that liquid-liquid phase separation into Cu-rich and Fe-rich liquids took place in the as-quenched Cu-Fe-Zr alloy.A glassy structure with nanoscale phase separation was obtained in the as-quenched(Cu0.5Fe0.5)40Zr60 alloy sample, exhibiting a homogeneous distribution of glassy Cu-rich nanoparticles in glassy Fe-rich matrix. The microstructural evolution and the competitive mechanism of phase formation in the rapidly solidified Cu-Fe-Zr system were discussed in detail. Moreover, the electrical property of the as-quenched Cu-Fe-Zr alloy samples was examined. It displays an abnormal change of electrical resistivity upon temperature in the nanoscale-phase-separation metallic glass. The crystallization behavior of such metallic glass has been discussed.Xiaojun Sun Jie He Bin Chen Lili Zhang Hongxiang Jiang Jiuzhou Zhao Hongri Hao 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,44,9:5
Design, modeling and experimental investigation of a magnetically modulated rotational energy harvester for low frequency and irregular vibration显示文摘Vibration energy harvesting is a promising approach for sustainable energy generation from ambience to meet the development of self-powered systems. Here,we propose a novel compact non-resonant magnetically modulated rotational energy harvester(MMR-EH)for low frequency and irregular vibration.Through the rational arrangement of multiple magnetic fields in space,a ring route with low potential energy is established.A movable magnet can be non-contact modulated by the magnetic force to move along the ring route under irregular vibration, which is instrumental in electromechanical energy conversion.A dynamic model of the MMR-EH is developed based on the energy method and verified experimentally. The effects of key parameters on the magnetically modulated route are analysed. The simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the MMR-EH can effectively harvest the energy from ultra-low frequency(3 Hz)and irregular vibration. At a reciprocating vibration frequency of 10 Hz and an amplitude of 20 mm,the harvester can produce an average power of 0.29 mW.ZHAO LinChuan ZOU HongXiang GAO QiuHua YAN Ge WU ZhiYuan LIU FengRui WEI KeXiang YANG Bin ZHANG WenMing 2020Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,10:5
