1Evolution of Sedimentation and Tectonics of the Youjiang Composite Basin, South China显示文摘Located at the southern margin of the South China plate, the Youjiang basin is a closely related to the NW- and NE-trending syndepositional faults in respect to the configuration and structure of the basin. The evolution of the Youjiang basin progressed through two stages. In the Hercynian period, the opening of the Ailaoshan-Honghe ocean basin gave rise to a number of NW-trending rift belts in the Youjiang area. During this period, deep-water sediments were dominant and the basin was possesed of the characteristics of the rift system of passive continental margins. In the early Indosinian after the Dongwu movement, the circum - Pacific tectonism led to a major change in the configuration and structure of the basin. In the meantime, the Ailaoshan ocean basin began to be subducted towards the northeast, thus causing the basin to be split and expand again, and then the basin developed into the stage of the back -arc basin. 2Characterization of focal hepatic lesions with contrast-enhanced C-cube gray scale ultrasonography显示文摘AIM: To characterize enhancement patterns of focal hepatic lesions using C-cube gray scale sonography with a microbubble contrast agent and to evaluate its usefulness in differential diagnosis of hepatic lesions.METHODS: Fifty-four patients with 58 focal hepatic lesions were examined with Levovist-enhanced C-cube gray scale sonography. The final diagnosis of hepatic lesions was 29primary liver cancers, 4 metastases, 8 hemangiomas, 12focal nodular hyperplasias, 2 inflammatory pseudotumors of the liver and 3 angiomyolipomas. The initiation time of enhancement in various lesions and enhancement duration after administration of contrast agent were compared.Vascular findings in lesions were classified as peripheral enhancement, homogenous enhancement, mosaic enhancement and no enhancement depending on microbubble signals in the lesion relative to the liver parenchyma.RESULTS: The initiation time of enhancement in hemangioma (48±12 s) was significantly later compared to other lesions (P<0.05). The enhancement duration of malignancies (69±33 s in primary liver cancer, 61±23 s in metastasis) was significantly shorter compared to benign lesions (P<0.05).Intranodular enhancement appearing at arterial phase and decreasing at portal venous phase was considered characteristic for malignancy. Intranodular enhancement did not appear earlier than the liver parenchyma, and peripheral enhancement pattern was regarded as positive findings for hemangioma. Intranodular enhancement appeared in the arterial phase, and homogenous enhancement pattern sustained in the whole portal venous phase were regarded as positive findings for focal nodular hyperplasia. No microbubble signals appeared in two inflammatory pseudotumors of the liver.CONCLUSION: C-cube gray scale sonography can demonstrate dynamic intranodular enhancement in various focal hepatic lesions. 3Modulation of GdCl_3 and Angelica Sinensis polysaccharides on differentially expressed genes in liver of hepatic immunological injury mice by cDNA microarray显示文摘AIM: To study the modulating effect of GdCl3 and Angelica Sinensis polysaccharides (ASP) on differentially expressed genes in liver of hepatic immunological mice by cDNA microarray.METHODS: Hepatic immunological injury was induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS ip, 0.2 mg.kg-1) in bacillus calmetteguerin (BCG ip, 1 mg.kg-1) primed mice; A single dose of 20 mg.kg-1 GdCl3 was simultaneously pretreated and 30 mg.kg-1 ASP (ig, qd×7 d) was administrated when the BCG+LPS was primed. The mice were sacrificed at the end of the 7th day after ip LPS for 6 h and the liver was removed quickly. The PCR products of 512 genes were spotted onto a chemical material-coated glass plate in array. The DNAs were fixed to the glass plate after series of treatments. The total RNAs were isolated from the liver tissue, and were purified to mRNAs by Oligotex.Both mRNAs from the normal liver tissue and the liver tissue from the mice with hepatic immunological injury or that pretreated with GdCl3 or ASP were reversely transcribed to cDNAs with the incorporation of fluorescent dUTP to prepare the hybridization probes. The mixed probes were hybridized to the cDNA microarray. After highstringent washing, the cDNA microarray was scanned for fluorescent signals and showed differences between the two tissues.RESULTS: Among the 512 target genes, 18 differed in liver tissue of hepatic immunological injury mice, and 6 differed in those pretreated by ASP, 7 differed in those pretreated by GdCl3.CONCLUSION: cDNA microarray technique is effective in screening the differentially expressed genes between two different kinds of tissue. Further analysis of those obtained genes will be helpful to understand the molecular mechanism of hepatic immunological injury and to study the intervention of drug. 4Remaining useful life prediction based on variation coefficient consistency test of a Wiener process显示文摘High-cost equipment is often reused after maintenance, and whether the information before the maintenance can be used for the Remaining Useful Life(RUL) prediction after the maintenance is directly determined by the consistency of the degradation pattern before and after the maintenance.Aiming at this problem, an RUL prediction method based on the consistency test of a Wiener process is proposed.Firstly, the parameters of the Wiener process estimated by Maximum Likelihood Estimation(MLE) are proved to be biased, and a modified unbiased estimation method is proposed and verified by derivation and simulations.Then, the h statistic is constructed according to the reciprocal of the variation coefficient of the Wiener process, and the sampling distribution is derived.Meanwhile, a universal method for the consistency test is proposed based on the sampling distribution theorem, which is verified by simulation data and classical crack degradation data.Finally, based on the consistency test of the degradation model, a weighted fusion RUL prediction method is presented for the fuel pump of an airplane, and the validity of the presented method is verified by accurate computation results of real data, which provides a theoretical and practical guidance for engineers to predict the RUL of equipment after maintenance.Juan LI Bo JING Hongde DAI Xiaoxuan JIAO Xiaodong LIU 2018Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2018,31,1:5

7Microdisk lasers on an erbium-doped lithium-niobite chip显示文摘Lithium niobate on insulator(LNOI) provides a platform for the fundamental physics investigations and practical applications of integrated photonics. However, as an indispensable building block of integrated photonics, lasers are in short supply. In this paper, erbium-doped LNOI laser in the 1550-nm band was demonstrated in microdisk cavities with high quality factors fabricated in batches by UV exposure, inductively coupled plasma reactive ion etching, and chemomechanical polishing. The threshold and conversion efficiency of the erbium-doped LNOI microdisk laser were measured to be lower than 1 m W and 6.5×10^(-5)%, respectively. 8Genetic and Molecular Characterization of H9N2 Avian Influenza Viruses Isolated from Live Poultry Markets in Hubei Province, Central China, 2013–2017显示文摘H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus(AIV)is an influenza A virus that is widely spread throughout Asia,where it jeopardizes the poultry industry and provides genetic material for emerging human pathogens.To better understand the epidemicity and genetics of H9 subtype AIVs,we conducted active surveillance in live poultry markets(LPMs)in Hubei Province from 2013 to 2017.A total of 4798 samples were collected from apparent healthy poultry and environment.Realtime RT-PCR revealed that the positivity rate of influenza A was 26.6%(1275/4798),of which the H9 subtype accounted for 50.3%(641/1275)of the positive samples.Of the 132 H9N2 viral strains isolated,48 representative strains were subjected to evolutionary analysis and genotyping.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that all H9N2 viral genes had 91.1%–100%nucleotide homology,clustered with genotype 57,and had high homology with human H9N2 viruses isolated from2013 to 2017 in China.Using a nucleotide divergence cutoff of 95%,we identified ten distinct H9N2 genotypes that continued to change over time.Molecular analysis demonstrated that six H9N2 isolates had additional potential glycosylation sites at position 218 in the hemagglutinin protein,and all isolates had I155 T and Q226 L mutations.Moreover,44 strains had A558 V mutations in the PB2 protein and four had E627 V mutations,along with H9N2 human infection strains A/Beijing/1/2016 and A/Beijing/1/2017.These results emphasize that the H9N2 influenza virus in Hubei continues to mutate and undergo mammalian adaptation changes,indicating the necessity of strengthening the surveillance of the AIV H9N2 subtype in LPMs.Zhibin Hu Fuhu Peng Zhenghui Xiong Wanpo Zhang Tingting Li Yuejun Shi Jun Xie Xin Jin Jingjing Huang Hongde Xiao Dingren Bi Nianhua Song Zili Li 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,2:4
9The impact of genomic relatedness between populations on the genomic estimated breeding values显示文摘In genomic selection, prediction accuracy is highly driven by the size of animals in the reference population(RP).Combining related populations from different countries and regions or using a related population with large size of RP has been considered to be viable strategies in cattle breeding. The genetic relationship between related populations is important for improving the genomic predictive ability. In this study, we used 122 French bulls as test individuals. The genomic estimated breeding values(GEBVs) evaluated using French RP, America RP and Chinese RP were compared.The results showed that the GEBVs were in higher concordance using French RP and American RP compared with using Chinese population. The persistence analysis, kinship analysis and the principal component analysis(PCA) were performed for 270 French bulls, 270 American bulls and 270 Chinese bulls to interpret the results. All the analyses illustrated that the genetic relationship between French bulls and American bulls was closer compared with Chinese bulls. Another reason could be the size of RP in China was smaller than the other two RPs. 10Resistance index in differential diagnosis of liver lesions by color doppler ultrasonography显示文摘AIM: To investigate the specific value of resistance index (RI) in color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of focal hepatic lesions. METHODS: Eight hundred patients with 893 hepatic solid lesions were studied with color Doppler flow imagimg (CDFI) and pulsed Doppler, induding 644 malignant cases (596 primary malignant liver tumors, and 48 metastatic liver tumors), 156 benign cases. All were confirmed by operation and pathology. RESULTS: The detection rate of arterial flow in malignant tumors was 92%, and 52% in benign lesions. Doppler spectrum analysis showed that the resistance index in primary malignant tumors was 0.75±0.12, 0.73±0.09 in metastatic tumors, and was below 0.6 in benign lesions. The difference was significant (P<0.001). This difference was related with its histopathologic structure. CONCLUSION: The arterial flow with RI≥0.6 identified by CDFI within the liver lesion can be regarded as a criterion of malignant tumors, RI<0.6 can be regarded as benign disorders. 12The real-time dynamic holographic display of LN:Bi,Mg crystals and defect-related electron mobility显示文摘Holographic display has attracted widespread interest because of its ability to show the complete information of the object and bring people an unprecedented sense of presence. The absence of ideal recording materials has hampered the realization of their commercial applications. Here we report that the response time of a bismuth and magnesium codoped lithium niobate(LN:Bi,Mg) crystal is shortened to 7.2 ms and a sensitivity as high as 646 cm/J. The crystal was used to demonstrate a real-time holographic display with a refresh rate of 60 Hz, as that of the popular high-definition television. 13A Free Surface Frequency Domain Green Function with Viscous Dissipation and Partial Reflections from Side Walls显示文摘The free-surface Green function method is widely used in solving the radiation or diffraction problems caused by a ship or ocean structure oscillating on the waves. In the context of inviscid potential flow, hydrodynamic problems such as multi-body interaction and tank side wall effect cannot be properly dealt with based on the traditional free-surface frequency domain Green function method, in which the water viscosity is omitted and the energy dissipation effect is absent. In this paper, an open-sea Green function with viscous dissipation was presented within the theory of visco-potential flow. Then the tank Green function with a partial reflection from the side walls in wave tanks was formulated as a formal sum of open-sea Green functions representing the infinite images between two parallel side walls of the source in the tank. 14Influence of Kupffer cells on hepatic signal transduction as demonstrated by second messengers and nuclear transcription factors显示文摘AIM: To understand the influence of Kupffer cell (KC) on signal transduction pathways in the liver.METHODS: To decrease selectively the number and function of KC, Kunming mice were ip injected with a single dose of gadolinium chloride (GdCl3, 20 mg.kg-1), the time-effect relationship assessment was performed after 1 d, 3 d and 6 d. sALT, sGST, liver glycogen content, phagocytic index,and expression of CD68 were assessed as the indexes of hepatotoxicity and functions of KC respectively, and morphology of KC was observed with transmission electron microscopy. Furthermore, cAMP, PGE2 level, nitric oxide(NO)content, and mRNA expression of NFkappaBp65, Erk1, STAT1 were examined.RESULTS: GdCl3 could selectively cause apoptosis of KC and obvious reduction of KC's activity, but no hepatotoxicity was observed. One day after KC blockade, NO, PGE2, cAMP contents in the liver were reduced 21.0 %, 6.94-fold, 8.3 %,respectively, and mRNA expression of NFkappaBp65 was decreased 3.0-fold. The change tendency of NO, PGE2,and cAMP contents and mRNA expression of NFkappaBp65 were concomitant with recovery of the functions of KC.The contents of NO, PEG2, cAMP were increased when the functions of KC was recovered. However, all of the changes could not return to the normal level except NO content after 6 d Gdcl3 treatment. No obvious changes were found in STAT1 and Erk1 mRNA expression in the present study.CONCLUSION: Hepatic NO, PGE2, cAMP level and mRNA expression of NFkappaBp65 are closely related with the status of KC. 15Clinical evaluation of Technetium-99m sestamibi myocardial perfusion SPECT in diabetes with suspected coronary artery diseases显示文摘Objective:To study the clinical value of Technetium-99m sestamibi myocardial perfusion single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT) in diabetes with suspected coronary artery diseases.Methods:Seventy-eight diabetic patients complicated with cardiac symptoms or electrocardiogram(ECG) abnormalities and suspected coronary heart disease hospitalized in the department of endocrinology from January,2008 to December,2008 were investigated.Technetium-99m sestamibi myocardial perfusion SPECT was performed in all patients.Exercise stress test was done in 35 cases(group A).Adenosine stress test was done in 43 cases(group B).Results:The positive rates in the two groups were 54.29%(19/35) and 53.48%(23/43),respectively.There was no statistic difference between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The abnormality rates in male and female groups were 63.04% and 28.13%,respectively(P<0.01).Eighty-six segments of perfusion abnormality were detected in 38 positive patients.Four segments of fixed defect were found in 4 cases.Conclusion:As non-invasive method,myocardial perfusion SPECT can play an important role in the treatment of diabetes with suspected coronary artery disease.Deng Huixing Ma Aiqun Yang Aimin Cheng Hu Ran Hongde 2010Journal of Medical Colleges of PLA(China)2010,25,4:2
