10Thermochemical Evaluation of Combustion Synthesis of Al_2O_3/B_4C Composite显示文摘The equilibrium phase and adiabatic temperature for combustion synthesis of Al2O3/B4C employing Al, B2O3 and C as starting materials is analyzed by both conventional and CALPHAD method. The adiabatic temperature calculed by CALPHAD method is significantly lower than that obtained by conventional method. The CALPHAD calculation also reveals that the equilibrium phases presented at the adiabatic temperature are different to the desired composites. The adiabatic temperature in this system can be lowered by introducing Al2O3 as diluents. 11Effect of Heat Treatment on Structure and Properties of WC-Co Hardmetals显示文摘Heat treatment changes the structure of the cobalt binder phase and the properties of the WC-Co hardmetals. The higher the cobalt content in the alloy is, the more effective the heat treatment is. The present work has found that the transformation of α-Co to ε-Co can be depressed by quenching the specimens in oil from 1000℃ and hence the transverse rupture strength of these specimens can be increased. During tempering the quenched specimens, new precipitated phases which have dispersion hardening effect on the cobalt binder phase have been observed.Yang Jinhui Lai Hoyi 1991北京科技大学学报1991,13,S2:0
