2Radial Grip Rigidity of the Matching of Lengthened Shrink-fit Holder and Cutter in High-speed Milling显示文摘Though the lengthened shrink-fit holder (LSFH) is widely applied in high speed milling of the parts characterized by deep cavities at present,its design and selection mainly depends on the experience and lacks a correct theoretical guidance.In this paper,attention is focus on the radial grip rigidity of the matching of LSFH and cutter in high speed milling.Based on the experiment modal analysis (EMA) technique,an accurate finite element model of the matching of LSFH and cutter is established firstly.Subsequently,the influence of different interference,grip length and spindle speed on the grip rigidity of LSFH are analyzed.The analysis results show that there is a reasonable interference and grip length between the LSFH and cutter so that to have a steepless grip and have a good radial grip rigidity and at the same time to avoid the strength of LSFH to exceed it’s yield limit which will reduce the precision and service life of LSFH,besides when spindle speed reach a extension the weakening influence of the centrifugal force on the radial grip rigidity of the matching of LSFH and cutter should been taken into account.Finally,the finite element analysis results are verified based on the construction of measurement method of the grip rigidity and the results fit very well.The studies provide a theoretical basis for the design,selection and the serialization and standardization of the matching of LSFH and cutter.ZHOU Houming WANG Chengyong DENG Jianxin PENG Ruitao 2012Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,1:5
3中国杂交水稻在柬埔寨马德望省的生长及产量表现(英文)显示文摘【目的】研究中国杂交水稻品种在柬埔寨马德望省的种植长势和产量表现,为中国杂交水稻在柬埔寨马德望省的推广应用提供参考。【方法]2012年旱季(1~4月),将3个中国杂交水稻品种(早优362、特优362和桂源优362)与当地水稻品种(Senpidao)种植于柬埔寨马德望省,测定比较不同品种农艺性状和产量。【结果】不同水稻品种株高间差异显著。中国杂交水稻品种株高均显著高于当地对照品种(Senpidao),但分蘖数较低。中国杂交水稻品种的每穗粒数和穗长也显著高于当地对照品种,其中特优362的每穗粒数最多,桂源优362的穗最长。早优362的千粒重均高于其他3个品种,而特优362和桂源优362的产量显著高于其他两个品种。此外,每穗粒数、穗长和产量间表现出极显著的相关性。【结论】中国杂交水稻适合在柬埔寨种植,旱季在马德望省的Toul Sammng±壤种植可比当地品种增产23%。38%。SREAN Pao HOUM Savy TOUCH Bunna 周行 王威豪 石瑜敏 韦善富 刘百龙 2012南方农业学报2012,43,8:4
4Dynamic Scheduling and Path Planning of Automated Guided Vehicles in Automatic Container Terminal显示文摘The uninterrupted operation of the quay crane(QC)ensures that the large container ship can depart port within laytime,which effectively reduces the handling cost for the container terminal and ship owners.The QC waiting caused by automated guided vehicles(AGVs)delay in the uncertain environment can be alleviated by dynamic scheduling optimization.A dynamic scheduling process is introduced in this paper to solve the AGV scheduling and path planning problems,in which the scheduling scheme determines the starting and ending nodes of paths,and the choice of paths between nodes affects the scheduling of subsequent AGVs.This work proposes a two-stage mixed integer optimization model to minimize the transportation cost of AGVs under the constraint of laytime.A dynamic optimization algorithm,including the improved rule-based heuristic algorithm and the integration of the Dijkstra algorithm and the Q-Learning algorithm,is designed to solve the optimal AGV scheduling and path schemes.A new conflict avoidance strategy based on graph theory is also proposed to reduce the probability of path conflicts between AGVs.Numerical experiments are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm over existing methods.Lijun Yue Houming Fan 2022IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,11:3

13Study of a plugging microbial consortium using crude oil as sole carbon source显示文摘A microbial consortium named Y4 capable of producing biopolymers was isolated from petroleum-contaminated soil in the Dagang Oilfield,China.It includes four bacterial strains:Y4-1 (Paenibacillus sp.),Y4-2(Actinomadura sp.),Y4-3(Uncultured bacterium clone)and Y4-4(Brevibacillus sp.).The optimal conditions for the growth of the consortium Y4 were as follows:temperature about 46°C, pH about 7.0 and salinity about 20.0 g/L.The major metabolites were analyzed with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).A comparison was made between individual strains and the microbial consortium for biopolymer production in different treatment processes.The experimental results showed that the microbial consortium Y4 could produce more biopolymers than individual strains,and the reason might be attributed to the synergetic action of strains.The biopolymers were observed with optical and electron microscopes and analyzed by paper chromatography.It was found that the biopolymers produced by the microbial consortium Y4 were insoluble in water and were of reticular structure,and it was concluded that the biopolymers were cellulose.Through a series of simulation experiments with sand cores,it was found that the microbial consortium Y4 could reduce the permeability of reservoir beds,and improve the efficiency of water flooding by growing biomass and producing biopolymers.
