| 1 | 活化再生颗粒过滤器系统在柴油轿车中的批量应用显示文摘为了显著降低柴油轿车的颗粒排放,标致雪铁龙集团公司开发了一种颗粒过滤器系统,并于2000年6月起投入生产。投放市场的第一辆装备这种燃油添加剂辅助再生颗粒过滤器系统的汽车是用2.2L直喷式柴油机的标致607型轿车。标致雪铁龙集团公司打算把此系统推广到他们的大多数轿车系列上。这种颗粒过滤器系统与铈基燃油添加剂一起工作,后者可降低碳烟的最低氧化温度。为使颗粒过滤器在所有工况下都能可靠再生,必须把排气温度提高到碳烟的最低氧化温度以上。在膨胀行程进行第三次喷油(后喷油)使发动机排气温度提高。此外,由后喷油产生的HC和CO,经过放热的催化氧化,也可提高排气温度。为了在环境空气温度很低的情况下保证足以引发再生的排气温度,在进气系统中装了一个附加的预热器。本文除了概述颗粒过滤器系统外,还介绍了把这种系统应用于各种不同发动机和车辆所作的工作,进述了为提高颗粒过滤器再生时的排气温度而进行的后喷油参数的优化,以及决定过滤器何时必须再生的再生管理器的标定。 | Deckers R Follain L Herrmann H O 刘巽俊 | 2002 | 国外内燃机2002，34，2： | 2 |
