1Synthesis and evaluation of an oil-soluble viscosity reducer for heavy oil显示文摘To reduce the viscosity of highly-viscous oil of the Tahe oilfield (Xinjiang,China),an oilsoluble polybasic copolymer viscosity reducer for heavy oil was synthesized using the orthogonal method.The optimum reaction conditions are obtained as follows:under the protection of nitrogen,a reaction time of 9 h,monomer mole ratio of reaction materials of 3:2:2 (The monomers are 2-propenoic acid,docosyl ester,maleic anhydride and styrene,respectively),initiator amount of 0.8% (mass percent of the sum of all the monomers) and reaction temperature of 80 oC.This synthesized viscosity reducer is more effective than commercial viscosity reducers.The rate of viscosity reduction reached 95.5% at 50 oC.Infrared spectra (IR) and interfacial tensions of heavy oil with and without viscosity reducer were investigated to understand the viscosity reduction mechanism.When viscosity reducer is added,the molecules of the viscosity reducer are inserted amongst the molecules of crude oil,altering the original intermolecular structure of crude oil and weakening its ability to form hydrogen bonds with hydroxyl or carboxyl groups,so the viscosity of crude oil is reduced.Field tests of the newly developed oil-soluble viscosity reducer was carried out in the Tahe Oilfield,and the results showed that 44.5% less light oil was needed to dilute the heavy oil to achieve the needed viscosity.Guo Jixiang Wang Heyi Chen Chaogang Chen Yun Xie Xiaohai 2010Petroleum Science2010,7,4:24
2Diamond semiconductor and elastic strain engineering显示文摘Diamond,as an ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor,has become a promising candidate for next-generation microelec-tronics and optoelectronics due to its numerous advantages over conventional semiconductors,including ultrahigh carrier mo-bility and thermal conductivity,low thermal expansion coefficient,and ultra-high breakdown voltage,etc.Despite these ex-traordinary properties,diamond also faces various challenges before being practically used in the semiconductor industry.This review begins with a brief summary of previous efforts to model and construct diamond-based high-voltage switching diodes,high-power/high-frequency field-effect transistors,MEMS/NEMS,and devices operating at high temperatures.Following that,we will discuss recent developments to address scalable diamond device applications,emphasizing the synthesis of large-area,high-quality CVD diamond films and difficulties in diamond doping.Lastly,we show potential solutions to modulate diamond’s electronic properties by the“elastic strain engineering”strategy,which sheds light on the future development of diamond-based electronics,photonics and quantum systems.Chaoqun Dang Anliang Lu Heyi Wang Hongti Zhang Yang Lu 2022Journal of Semiconductors2022,43,2:2
3Pityriasis rubra pilaris (PRP) with preceding Epstein-Barr virus infection:a new type PRP with non-HIV virus infection?显示文摘To the editor:A 28-year-old Chinese man presented with multiple orange yellow papules and erythematous with fine scales and subtle follicular prominence on his face,scalp,trunk and extremities on February 1,2012.Four weeks earlier (December 30,2011),multiple orange yellow papules had appeared firstly on the face,along with a fever (Tmax 38.5℃) and pharyngalgia.Gradually the skin lesions extended to the head,trunk and extremities and developed scales.The palmoplantar surfaces displayed erythema and hyperkeratosis (Figure 1A).Histopathological examinations were consistent with pityriasis rubra pilaris (PRP) (Figure 1B).The laboratory tests revealed a white cell count of 11.33× 109/L (neutrophils 29.7%,lymphocytes 60.8%) decreased to 7.09× 109/L (neutrophils 41.2%,lymphocytes 49%) one month later (January 3,2012).Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) viral capsid antigen immune globulin G (IgG/VCA) antibody was positive (2.78 in enzyme immunoassay;normal range <0.80;results presented as arbitrary units) and increased to 4.33 one month later (January 3,2012).EBV IgM/VCA antibody levels were high (7.14;normal range <0.8) and decreased to 3.05.Detection of EBV-DNA copies was not done on December 30,2011.However,it showed a negative result on January 3,2012.EBER-in situ hybridization (EBER-ISH) showed a negative result in the skin biopsy slides.These results suggested that this patient suffered from primary EBV infection.Rest tests,such as other virus infections,malignances,autoimmune diseases were normal or negative.For treatment,the patient received 0.1% tarcrolimus ointment;the lesions generally disappeared and no new lesions have been observed during 3 months of follow-up.Wang Tao Liu Jie Liu Yuehua Zheng Heyi 2014Chinese Medical Journal2014,,12:2
4Different B-Type Methionine Sulfoxide Reductases in Chlamydomonas May Protect the Alga against High-Light, Sulfur-Depletion, or Oxidative Stress显示文摘The genome of unicellular green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii contains four genes encoding B-type methionine sulfoxide reductases,MSRB1.1,MSRB1.2,MSRB2.1,and MSRB2.2,with functions largely unknown.To understand the cell defense system mediated by the methionine sulfoxide reductases in Chlamydomonas,we analyzed expression and physiological roles of the MSRBs under different abiotic stress conditions using immunoblotting and quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR)analyses.We showed that the MSRB2.2 protein was accumulated in cells treated with high light(1,300 mE/m2per s),whereas MSRB1.1 was accumulated in the cells under 1 mmol/L H2O2treatment or sulfur depletion.We observed that the cells with the MSRB2.2 knockdown and overexpression displayed increased and decreased sensitivity to high light,respectively,based on in situ chlorophyll a fuorescence measures.We also observed that the cells with the MSRB1.1 knockdown and overexpression displayed decreased and increased tolerance to sulfur-depletion and oxidative stresses,respectively,based on growth and H2-producing performance.The physiological implications revealed from the experimental data highlight the importance of MSRB2.2 and MSRB1.1 in protecting Chlamydomonas cells against adverse conditions such as high-light,sulfur-depletion,and oxidative stresses.Lei Zhao Mei Chen Dongmei Cheng Haomeng Yang Yongle Sun Heyi Zhou Fang Huang 2013Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2013,55,11:2
5Recent progress on three-dimensional nanoarchitecture anode materials for lithium/sodium storage显示文摘High-performance batteries with high density and low cost are needed for the development of largescale energy storage fields such as electric vehicles and renewable energy systems.The anode with threedimensional(3D)nanoarchitecture is one of the most attractive candidates for high-performance lithiumion batteries(LIBs)and sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)due to its efficient electron/ion transport and high active material mass loading.Although some important breakthroughs have been made in 3D nanoarchitecture anode materials,more improvements are still needed for high cycling stability and high energy density.Herein,the latest research progress of 3D nanoarchitecture anode materials for LIBs and SIBs is reviewed,including nanoporous metal,nanoporous graphene,and their derived foams.Specifically,the storage properties of Li/Na ions,the kinetics of ion/electron transport,and specific chemical interactions are discussed based on the structure design.In addition,the research strategies and structural characteristics of 3D nanoarchitecture anode materials are summarized,providing a reference for the further development of LIBs and SIBs.Meanwhile,the future research directions of LIBs and SIBs have also prospected.Zhijia Zhang Yuefang Chen Shihao Sun Kai Sun Heyi Sun Hongwei Li Yuhe Yang Mengmeng Zhang Weijie Li Shulei Chou Huakun Liu Yong Jiang 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,24:2

15Gate-tunable large-scale flexible monolayer MoS_(2)devices for photodetectors and optoelectronic synapses显示文摘Photodetectors and optoelectronic synapses are vital for construction of artificial visual perception system.However,the hardware implementations of optoelectronic-neuromorphic devices based on conventional architecture usually suffer from poor scalability,light response range,and limited functionalities.Here,large-scale flexible monolayer MoS_(2)devices integrating photodetectors and optoelectronic synapses over the entire visible spectrum in one device have been realized,which can be used in photodetection,optical communication,artificial visual perception system,and optical artificial neural network.By modulating gate voltages,we enable MoS_(2)-based devices to be photodetectors and also optoelectronic synapses.Importantly,the MoS_(2)-based optoelectronic synapses could implement many synaptic functions and neuromorphic characteristics,such as short-term memory(STM),long-term memory(LTM),paired-pulse facilitation(PPF),long-term potentiation(LTP)/long-term depression(LTD),and“learning-experience”behavior.Furthermore,an associative learning behavior(the classical conditioning Pavlov’s dog experiment)was emulated using paired stimulation of optical and voltage pulses.These results facilitate the development of MoS_(2)-based multifunctional optoelectronic devices with a simple device structure,showing great potential for photodetection,optoelectronic neuromorphic computing,human visual systems mimicking,as well as wearable and implantable electronics.Na Li Congli He Qinqin Wang Jianshi Tang Qingtian Zhang Cheng Shen Jian Tang Heyi Huang Shuopei Wang Jiawei Li Biying Huang Zheng Wei Yutuo Guo Jiahao Yuan Wei Yang Rong Yang Dongxia Shi Guangyu Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,6:1
