1沙棘木蠹蛾蛹的空间分布显示文摘沙棘木蠹蛾(Holcocerus hippophaecolus Hua, Chou , Fang et Chen)是近几年在内蒙古、辽宁、山西、宁夏和陕西等地大面积爆发的一种钻蛀性害虫,该虫约4a完成1代,主要以幼虫危害沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoidea)的根部和干部,老熟幼虫在土壤中化蛹.为了解种群的空间结构,从而有效控制其危害,应用生物学统计方法和地质统计学(Geostatistics)方法对沙棘木蠹蛾蛹的空间分布特性进行了分析研究.结果表明:约90%的蛹在6月初到7月末之间羽化,而7月份羽化的数量占总数的一半之多.在调查样地中,雌雄蛹的比例基本为1:1.每株沙棘树周围,蛹的数量为0~4个,有蛹株率仅为24.3%.蛹在距离根基部周围1.3m的范围内均有分布,不同分布区间内蛹的数量变化没有一定的规律性,但90%的蛹分布在距根基部1m的范围内.沙棘木蠹蛾蛹的种群呈现较明显的空间聚集状态,空间依赖范围大小为11.1m,局部空间连续性强度为90.7%,呈现较明显的斑块状分布,在整个区域内有很多聚集点.对不同样方大小的变异曲线图进行比较得知:样方边长分别为5、6、7m时,变程、空间局部连续性强度和基台值的变化幅度均很小,几乎相等,而样方边长为5m时的决定系数较大,此样方为最适样方大小.宗世祥 骆有庆 许志春 王涛 Kari Helivaara 2006生态学报2006,26,10:12
2不同配置模式林分中光肩星天牛空间格局的地统计研究显示文摘运用地统计学方法对光肩星天牛在新疆杨和复叶槭混交林(新复混交林)、合作杨纯林以及新疆杨与合作杨混交林(新合混交林)3种林分中的空间格局进行了研究。结果表明:刻槽、排粪孔和羽化孔在新复混交林和合作杨纯林中呈现较明显的空间聚集状态,而在新合混交林中则呈现完全的随机分布。新复混交林中,刻槽和排粪孔在林内的扩散趋势完全相反,即刻槽由林地周围向中心扩散,而排粪孔则由林地中心向四周扩散,这在一定程度上反映了光肩星天牛喜好产卵于刻槽较少,危害较轻的树上,而羽化孔在新复混交林中的分布数量较少,仅有几处聚集分布,由这些零星分布的聚集斑块向周围扩散;合作杨纯林中,由于林缘通风透光,合作杨生长状况较好,受害严重,从而导致枯死,最终失去对光肩星天牛的诱集作用,光肩星天牛刻槽、排粪孔和羽化孔由林地周围向中心扩散;而新合混交林中,刻槽、排粪孔和羽化孔在林内有多个聚集区域,并以此为中心向四周扩散,保持聚集和扩散平衡状态,从而表现为随机分布,这主要是由林内树种的配置情况所决定的。就不同配置树种的空间依赖性范围而言,刻槽和羽化孔在新复混交林内的空间依赖性范围要远远大于合作杨纯林,而排粪孔则远小于合作杨;就样方内的空间连续性强度而言,新复混交林中刻槽大于合作杨纯林,而排粪孔和羽化孔均小于合作杨纯林,这些均说明光肩星天牛危害在新复混交林内较集中,而在合作杨纯林内较分散。王涛 温俊宝 骆有庆 许志春 Kari Helivaara 2006生态学报2006,26,9:12
3Tribological behavior of coated spur gear pairs with tooth surface roughness显示文摘Coating is an effective way to reduce friction and wear and to improve the contact-fatigue lives of gear components, which further guarantees a longer service life and better reliability of industrial machinery. The fact that the influence coefficient linking the tractions and stress components could not be expressed explicitly increases the difficulty of coated solids contact analysis. The complicated tribological behavior between tooth surfaces influenced by lubrication and surface roughness further adds difficulty to the coated gear pair contact problems. A numerical elastohydrodynamic lubricated(EHL) contact model of a coated gear pair is proposed by considering the coupled effects of gear kinematics, coating properties, lubrication, and surface roughness. The frequency response function and the discrete convolute, fast Fourier transformation(DC-FFT) method are combined to calculate the surface deformation and the subsurface stress fields at each meshing position along the line of action(LOA). The Ree-Eyring fluid is assumed to incorporate the non-Newtonian effect, which is represented in the generalized Reynolds equation. Influences of the ratio between the Young's modulus of the coating and the substrate on the contact performance, such as pressure, film thickness, tooth friction coefficient, and subsurface stress field, are studied. 7Study on contact fatigue of a wind turbine gear pair considering surface roughness显示文摘Contact fatigue issues become more and more crucial in gear industry as they significantly affect the reliability and service life of associated mechanical systems such as wind turbine gearboxes.The contact fatigue behavior is mostly determined by the mechanical properties of materials and stress fields near the contact area,which is further influenced by the lubrication and surface roughness due to pressure fluctuations.In this study,a numerical model incorporating the lubrication state,tooth surface roughness,residual stress,and mechanical properties of the material is developed to determine the contact fatigue behavior of a megawatt level wind turbine carburized gear.The variations of the hardness and residual stress along the depth were characterized by the Vickers hardness measurement and X-ray diffraction test,respectively.The elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory was applied to predict the contact pressure distribution,highlighting the influence of the surface roughness that stemed from the original measurement through an optical profiler.The stress histories of the studied material points during a complete contact loading cycle were fast calculated using the discreteconcrete fast Fourier transformation(DC-FFT)method.Modified Dang Van diagrams under different working conditions were determined to estimate the contact fatigue failure risk.The effect of the root mean square(RMS)value of the surface roughness on the failure risk at critical material points were discussed in detail.Results revealed that the surface roughness significantly increases the contact fatigue failure risk within a shallow area,and the maximum risk appears near the surface.Heli LIU Huaiju LIU Caichao ZHU Zhangdong SUN Houyi BAI 2020Friction2020,8,3:7
8More than Carbon Stocks:A Case Study of Ecosystem-based Benefits of REDD+ in Indonesia显示文摘During the 15th Conference of the Parties(COP 15),Parties agreed that reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation and enhancing 'removals of greenhouse gas emission by forests'(REDD+) in developing countries through positive incentives under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(UNFCCC) was capable of dealing with global emissions.As REDD+ seeks to lower emissions by stopping deforestation and forest degradation with an international payment tier according to baseline scenarios,opportunities for ecosystem benefits such as slowing habitat fragmentation,conservation of forest biodiversity,soil conservation may be also part of this effort.The primary objective of this study is to evaluate ecosystem-based benefits of REDD+,and to identify the relationships with carbon stock changes.To achieve this goal,high resolution satellite images are combined with Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI) to identify historical deforestation in study area of Central Kalimantan,Indonesia.The carbon emissions for the period of 2000-2005 and 2005-2009 are 2.73 × 10 5 t CO 2 and 1.47 × 10 6 t CO 2 respectively,showing an increasing trend in recent years.Dring 2005-2009,number of patches(NP),patch density(PD),mean shape index distribution(SHAPE_MN) increased 30.8%,30.7% and 7.6%.Meanwhile,largest patch index(LPI),mean area(AREA_MN),area-weighted mean of shape index distribution(SHAPE_AM),neighbor distance(ENN_MN) and interspersion and juxtaposition index(IJI) decreased by 55.3%,29.7%,15.8%,53.4% and 21.5% respectively.The area regarding as positive correlation between carbon emissions and soil erosion was approximately 8.9 × 10 3 ha corresponding to 96.0% of the changing forest.These results support the view that there are strong synergies among carbon loss,forest fragmentation and soil erosion in tropical forests.Such mechanism of REDD+ is likely to present opportunities for multiple benefits that fall outside the scope of carbon stocks.LU Heli YAN Weiyang QINYaochen LIU Guifang 2012Chinese Geographical Science2012,22,4:6
9Physical and mental health conditions of young college students with different Traditional Chinese Medicine constitutions in Zhejiang Province of China显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) constitutions of youths in colleges,and their physical and mental health conditions of different TCM constitutions, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the TCM way to improve young people's physical and mental health.METHODS: The Standard TCM Constitutions' Classification and Determination Questionnaire was used to measure the body health condition, and the Symptom Checklist 90 Questionnaire and the Questionnaire of the National Student Physical Health Standards were used to determine mental and physical health conditions respectively in 1421 young participants validly answering the questionnaires in Zhejiang Province.RESULTS: The participants had a mean age of 19.96years(SD = 0.95 years) with the majority of females(55.10%). One fourth of the 1421 participants were the Ping-he constitution and others were the tendency constitutions. Participants with Ping-he module(which has characteristics of moderate posture,rosy, energetic and is a healthy condition in TCM)were healthier than those with tendency constitutions in physical and mental health, with 65.81 ±7.83(men) and 77.99 ± 7.24(women) scores in the physical test and around 1.25 scores in the mental health test. College students with combined biased constitutions were more likely suffer force, sensitive, depression and anxiety.CONCLUSION: Most of college students have a tendency or biased constitution which could be more likely to suffer suboptimal health status and diseases. 10Probiotic intervention has strain-specific anti-inflammatory effects in healthy adults显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the effects of three potentially anti- inflammatory probiotic bacteria from three different genera on immune variables in healthy adults in a clinical setting based on previous in vitro characterization of cytokine responses. METHODS: A total of 62 volunteers participated in this randomized, double-blind and placebo-controlled parallel group intervention study. The volunteers were randomized to receive a milk-based drink containing either Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG), Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis Bb12 (Bb12), or Propionibacterium freudenreichii ssp. shermanii JS (PJS) or a placebo drink for 3 wk. Venous blood and saliva samples were taken at baseline and on d 1, 7 and 21. Fecal samples were collected at baseline and at the end of intervention. RESULTS: The serum hsCRP expressed as the median AUC0-21 (minus baseline) was 0.018 mg/L in the placebo group, -0.240 mg/L in the LGG group, 0.090 mg/L in the Bb12 group and -0.085 mg/L in the PJS group (P = 0.014). In vitro production of TNF-α from in vitro cultured peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) was significantly lower in subjects receiving LGG vs placebo. IL-2 production from PBMC in the Bb12 group was significantly lower compared with the other groups. 12不同火灾强度下森林植被的自然恢复显示文摘按照与火灾发生区的方位将森林划分为火灾核心区、火灾边缘区、地下火发生以及对照(未发生火灾)等四类;同时,按照树种将其划分为兴安落叶松纯林、白桦纯林及兴安落叶松、白桦混交林等三类,对阿尔山地区1998年“5.13”雷击火发生迹地林下植被的自然恢复状况进行了调查。结果表明:提出的分级标准能够反映林分遭受不同强度火灾后植被恢复状况的差异。火灾核心区受害程度最重,在物种丰富度、物种多样性、灌草地上生物量等方面均居于最低水平;地下火发生区林受害部分多在地下,各项指标位居次要地位;火灾边缘区林分虽受到一定的危害,但各项指标在所有受害林分中居最高水平。不同程度受害区域内的乔灌木年轮数呈现随危害程度增加而减少的趋势。混交林的恢复力强于纯林,兴安落叶松也显示了比白桦更强的恢复力。通过林下阳性植物与阴性植物代表种相对盖度的比值变化,对林下植被的灾后演替进行了研究,结果表明,火灾核心区林位于林窗阶段,地下火发生林处于建立阶段,而火灾边缘区林与对照均处于成熟阶段。对火灾后的人工改善措施进行探讨。文章提出从年轮的宽度与分布规律、林分初级生产力与灌草地上生物量的关系及林分节肢动物群落等方面做深入分析。李菁 石娟 齐鹏 骆有庆 HELIVAARA Kari 2010生态科学2010,29,3:5
13The distribution and evolution of fluid pressure and its influence on natural gas accumulation in the Upper Paleozoic of Shenmu-Yulin area, Ordos Basin显示文摘On the basis of measuring the pressure distribution and analyzing its origin in the Carboniferous and Permian of Shenmu-Yulin area, the evolution history of ancient pressure is restored mainly by means of the basin numerical simulation technique, in which the paleo-pressure has been constrained by the compaction restoration and the examination of fluid inclusion temperature and pressure. Then the development and evolution history of abnormal pressure and its effect on gas migration and accumulation are investigated. Studies show that the pressure in southeastern and northwestern parts of studied area is near to hydrostatic pressure, whereas in the remainder vast area the pressure is lower than the hydrostatic pressure, which is caused by difficulty to measure pressure accurately in tight reservoir bed, the calculating error caused by in-coordinate between topography relief and surface of water potential, pressure lessening due to formation arising and erosion. There are geological factors beneficial to forming abnormal high pressure in the Upper Palaeozoic. On the distraction of measured pressure, paleo-pressure data from compaction restoration and fluid inclusion temperature and pressure exa- mining, the evolution history of ancient pressure is restored by the basin numerical simulation technique. It is pointed out that there are at least two high peaks of overpressure in which the highest value of excess pressure could be 5 to 25 MPa. Major gas accumulated in main producing bed of Shanxi Fm (P1s) and lower Shihezi Fm (P2x), because of two-fold control from capillary barrier and overpressure seal in upper Shihezi Fm (P2s). 14Norway spruce(Picea abies) laccases:Characterization of a laccase in a lignin-forming tissue culture显示文摘Secondarily thickened cell walls of water-conducting vessels and tracheids and support-giving sclerenchyma cells contain lignin that makes the cell wal s water impermeable and strong. To what extent laccases and peroxidases contribute to lignin biosynthesis in muro is under active evaluation. We performed an in silico study of Norway spruce(Picea abies(L.)Karst.) laccases utilizing available genomic data. As many as 292 laccase encoding sequences(genes, gene fragments, and pseudogenes) were detected in the spruce genome. Out of the 112 genes annotated as laccases, 79 are expressed at some level. We isolated five full-length laccase c DNAs from developing xylem and an extracellular lignin-forming cell culture of spruce. In addition, we purified and biochemically characterized one culture medium laccase from the lignin-forming cell culture.This laccase has an acidic p H optimum(p H 3.8–4.2) for coniferyl alcohol oxidation. It has a high af finity to coniferyl alcohol with an apparent K m value of 3.5 m M; however, the laccase has a lowe catalytic ef ficiency(V max/K m) for coniferyl alcohol oxidation compared with some purified culture medium peroxidases. 15The effects of diltiazem in renal transplantation patients treated with cyclosporine A显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effects of diltiazem and cyclosporine A(CsA)combination therapy on protecting the kidney,promoting graft functioning and improving post-transplanted kidney recovery.Methods:The blood concentrations of CsA,the condition of the post-transplant kidney,the rate of acute rejection(AR),as well as hepatic and renal toxicity in 636 cases of renal transplant recipients were determined after being treated by CsA,with or without diltiazem.Results:Compared with the control group which received CsA,mycophenolate mofetil(MMF) and prednisolone(Pred)but lacked diltiazem,the group receiving these agents together with diltiazem required reduced dosage of CsA(P<0.01),while blood concentrations of CsA were significantly increased(P<0.01);the recovery time of graft function was reduced from(6.2±1.5)d to(3.9±1.4)d(P<0.01),and the rate of AR was decreased from 13.2%to 7.9%(P<0.01).Conclusion:In renal transplantation patients treated with CsA and diltiazem,blood concentrations of CsA were increased while the dosage was decreased.This efficient combination therapy reduced patients'economic burden,at the same time retained kidney function,promoted graft function recovery and decreased hepatic and renal toxicity and the rate of AR.Wujun Xue Yong Song Puxun Tian Xiaoming Ding Xiaoming Pan Hang Yan Jun Hou Xinshun Feng Heli Xiang Xiaohui Tian 2010The Journal of Biomedical Research2010,24,4:4

17Sustainable recycling of titanium from TiO_(2) in spent SCR denitration catalyst via molten salt electrolysis显示文摘Spent catalyst used for denitration by selective catalytic reduction(spent SCR denitration catalysts) is one of the important urban mines due to the high content of TiO_(2)(~85 wt%) and the massive accumulation amount(over 100,000 tons),therefore,value-added reutilization of titanium in spent SCR catalysts is considerably meaningful.In this paper,a novel method is proposed for converting the titanium oxide in spent SCR denitration catalysts to metallic titanium.Specifically,titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)) was firstly obtained from spent SCR denitration catalysts after removing the impurities by hydrometallurgy process.Then,TiO_(2) is converted to Ti_(2)CO by carbothermic reduction method,and Ti_(2)CO was further purified by oleic acid capture.Finally,by utilizing the as-prepared Ti_(2)CO as the consumable anode in the NaCl-KCl molten salt,high-purity metallic titanium was deposited at cathode,all confirming the feasibility for the conversion of low-grade TiO_(2) in the spent catalysts,from 60 wt% to high-purity metallic Ti(99.5 wt%), furthermore,the energy consumption of this process is 3950 kWh tonne-1 Ti,which is lower than that of most traditional titanium metallurgy methods.The method herein can provide new insights for the value-added recycling of titanium resources in urban mines.Xuyang Bai Xiaojia Shang Heli Wan Yusi Che Bin Yang Jilin He Jianxun Song 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,7:3
18August–September Runoff Variation in the Kara Darya River Determined from Juniper(Juniperus turkestanica) Tree Rings in the Pamirs-Alai Mountains, Kyrgyzstan, Back to 1411 CE显示文摘A 606 year runoff reconstruction of the Kara Darya River was developed, based on the tree-ring width chronology of Turkestan juniper(Juniperus turkestanica) from the Pamir-Alai Mountains of Kyrgyzstan. Preliminary comparison between the snow cover variation and these climate/runoff reconstructions found that Central Asian snow cover may have strong associations with large-scale ocean-atmosphere-land circulations. The runoff reconstruction demonstrated that instrumental runoff was not representative of runoff over the past 606 years. The drought of the 1960 s-1990 s resulted in low runoff levels during the past 50 years;however, this probably does not represent a worst-case scenario for the Kara Darya because the runoff reconstruction showed additional extremely low runoff prior to the 20 th century.
