1细菌脲酶的重要性、调节和分子特性显示文摘大量尿素通过生物代谢不断排入环境,人和其他哺乳动物一样,都从尿内排出解毒产物——尿素,一个成人一年可排出10公斤。鸟类、爬虫类也排泄尿酸,它降解而生成尿素。尿素进一步经脲酶催化水解成氨和碳酸盐,后者又自发水解为碳酸和氨,碳酸解离为H^+和HCO_3^-,NH_3与H_2O反应生成NH_4^+和OH^-,因此使pH升高,而植物和许多种细菌、酵母都有脲酶。Mobley HLT Hausinger RP 徐德芳 1989国外医学(微生物学分册)1989,12,5:2
