| 1 | Five New MVL Current Mode Differential Absolute Value Circuits Based on Carbon Nano-tube Field Effect Transistors(CNTFETs)显示文摘Carbon Nano-Tube Field Effect Transistors(CNTFETs) are being widely studied as possible successors to silicon MOSFETs.Using current mode has many advantages such as performing sum operation by means of a simple wired connection.Also,direction of the current can be used to exhibit the sign of digits.It is expected that the advantages of current mode approaches will become even more important with increased speed requirements and decreased supply voltage.In this paper,we present five new circuit designs for differential absolute value in current mode logic which have been simulated by CNTFET model.The considered base current for this model is 2 μA and supply voltage is 0.9 V.In all of our designs we used N-type CNTFET current mirrors which operate as truncated difference circuits.The operation of Differential Absolute Value circuit calculates the difference between two input currents and our circuit designs are operate in 8 logic levels. | Mojtaba Jamalizadeh Fazel Sharifi Mohammad Hossein Moaiyeri Keivan Navi Omid Hashemipour | 2010 | Nano-Micro Letters2010，2，4： | 2 |

| 8 | Numerical solution of particle size distribution equation:Rapid expansion of supercritical solution(RESS)process显示文摘The present study aimed to numerically simulate the rapid expansion of the supercritical solution(RESS)process including particle generation,hydrodynamics,and solving the population balance equation(PBE)to predict the particle-size distribution(PSD)of solid-supercritical carbon dioxide binary systems.Energy,momentum,and mass equations,in addition to the extended generalized Bender equation of state(EoS),were applied to predict the hydrodynamic behavior of a supercritical solution under several operating conditions using a nozzle and expansion vessel.The tetraphenylporphyrin(TBTPP)solubility in supercritical carbon dioxide was calculated using the Peng-Robinson EoS/Kwak-Mansoori as a mixing rule.Subsequently,TBTPP,aspirin,ibuprofen,and salicylic acid nucleation as well as the supersaturation rate were calculated.Finally,we solved the time dependence of the parameters of the size distribution numerically.The established models are compared over a wide parameter range using a reference model that refers to the method of moment log-normal size distribution functions through the RESS process to predict a solid PSD.The results obtained are presented with and without coagulation phenomena.The average absolute percent deviation of solubility of TBTPP was 3.98,and the hydrodynamic behavior of supercritical carbon dioxide showed a similar trend as the results presented in the published research work.Furthermore,a particle size distribution prediction using coagulation showed acceptable agreement with the experimental PSDs. | Hamidreza Bagheri Hassan Hashemipour Vahab Ghalandari Sattar Ghader | 2021 | Particuology2021，19，4： | 1 |

| 10 | Efficient CNTFET-based Ternary Full Adder Cells for Nanoelectronics显示文摘This paper presents two new efficient ternary Full Adder cells for nanoelectronics. These CNTFETbased ternary Full Adders are designed based on the unique characteristics of the CNTFET device, such as the capability of setting the desired threshold voltages by adopting proper diameters for the nanotubes as well as the same carrier mobilities for the N-type and P-type devices. These characteristics of CNTFETs make them very suitable for designing high-performance multiple-Vth structures. The proposed structures reduce the number of the transistors considerably and have very high driving capability.
