1N-doped-carbon coated Ni2P-Ni sheets anchored on graphene with superior energy storage behavior显示文摘Transition metal phosphides (TMPs) have been widely studied as electrode materials for supercapacitors and lithium-ion batteries due to their high electrochemical reacti on activities. The practical applicati on of TMPs was gen erally hampered by their low con ductivity and large volume changes during electrochemical reactions. In this work, nitrogen-doped-carbon (NC) coated Ni2P-Ni hybrid sheets were fabricated and loaded into highly con ductive graphe ne n etwork, forming a Ni2P ?Ni@NC@G composite. The highly con ductive g raphe ne, the NC coati ng layer, and the decorated Ni nano particles in combi nation offer continu ous electro n tran sport cha nnels in the composite, resulti ng with facilitated electrode reaction kinetics and superior rate performance. Besides, the flexible graphene sheets and well-decorated Ni particles among Ni2P can effectively buffer the harmful stress during electrochemical reactions to maintain an integrated electrode structure. With these favorable features, the composite dem on strated superior capacitive and lithium storage behavior. As an electrode material for supercapacitors, the composite shows a remarkable capacitance of 2,335.5 F·g^-1 at 1 A·g^-1 and high capacitance retention of 86.4% after 2,000 cycles. Asymmetrical supercapacitors (ASCs) were also prepared with remarkable energy density of 53.125 Whk·g^-1 and power density of 3,750 Whk·g^-1. As an anode for lithium ion batteries, a high reversible capacity of 1,410 mAh·g^-1 can be delivered at 0.2 A·g^-1 after 200 cycles. Promising high rate capability was also demonstrated with a high discharge capacity of 750 mAh·g^-1 at 8 A·g^-1. 2Evaluation of allergenic protein profiles in three Chinese high-oleic acid peanut cultivars using NanoLC-Orbitrap mass spectrometry显示文摘High oleic-acid peanuts are known for their pre-longed shelf-life and health benefit due to high content of oleic fatty acid.However,the allergenicity and allergenic protein profiles in Chinese high-oleic peanuts have yet to be studied.For this purpose,an Orbitrap Fusion mass spectrometry(MS)-based method that is feasible for identification of putative allergenic protein as well as semi-quantitation of five major allergen protein in three different Chinese high-oleic peanut cultivars(JH 13,JH 16 and JH 18)have been reported.Results show that three Chinese high-oleic acid peanut cultivars selected all contained highly allergenic proteins Ara h1,Ara h 2,Ara h 3 and Ara h 6.The allergenic protein profiles of Chinese high-oleic acid peanut cultivars were very similar to that of conventional peanuts,but the allergenic protein subunits varied greatly among higholeic peanuts.Additionally,a comprehensive peptide-filtering pipeline had been developed for identification of potential peptide markers in peanut allergen proteins.Through the peptide-filtering pipeline,three novel peptide markers,IVQIEAKPNTLVLPK,SSNPDIYNPQAGSLR and AQSENYEYLAFK surrogate to Ara h 1,Ara h 3 with high abundance,good MS response and highly reliability were identified,which can be used as candidate peptide markers for the detection of peanut allergens in different food matrices.Xinke Yang Haochen Bai Lijun Yin Jin Wang Wentong Xue Xin Jia 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,3:1
3Effect of calcination temperature on the pozzolanic activity of maize straw stem ash treated with portlandite solution显示文摘The effect of calcination temperature on the pozzolanic activity of maize straw stem ash(MSSA)was evaluated.The MSSA samples calcined at temperature values of 500,700,and 850℃ were dissolved in portlandite solution for 6 h,thereby obtaining residual samples.The MSSA and MSSA residual samples were analyzed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray powder diffraction scanning electron microscopy,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy to determine vibration bonds,minerals,microstructures,and Si 2p transformation behavior.The conductivity,pH value,and loss of conductivity with dissolving time of the MSSA-portlandite mixed solution were also determined.The main oxide composition of MSSA was silica and potassium oxide.The dissolution of the Si^(4+) content of MSSA at 500℃ was higher than those of the other calcination temperatures.The conductivity and loss of conductivity of MSSA at 700℃ were higher than those of the other calcination temperatures at a particular dissolving time due to the higher KCl content in MSSA at 700℃.C-S-H was easily identified in MSSA samples using X-ray powder diffraction,and small cubic and nearly spherical particles of C-S-H were found in the MSSA residual samples.In conclusion,the optimum calcination temperature of MSSA having the best pozzolanic activity is 500℃,but excessive agglomeration must be prevented.Tingye Qi Haochen Wang Guorui Feng Yujiang Zhang Jinwen Bai Yanna Han 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,6:0
