1Novel hydrophobic associated polymer based nano-silica composite with core–shell structure for intelligent drilling fluid under ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure显示文摘Micro-nano-based drilling fluid has attracted a strong interest due to its attractive properties, and micro-nano composite materials have great potential for developing intelligent drilling fluid. In this study a novel hydrophobic associated polymer based nano-silica composite with core–shell structure was prepared and characterized by PSD, SEM, TEM and ESEM. The results showed that the composite, as a micro-nano drilling fluid additive, possessed excellent properties such as thermal stability, rheology, fluid loss and lubricity. 2Design of PANDA ring-core fiber with 10 polarization-maintaining modes显示文摘We present a polarization-maintaining PANDA ring-core fiber(PM-PRCF) characterized by the combination of a ring-core structure with two stress-applying rods. This special fiber design separates the adjacent modes and avoids the cutoff of the higher-order modes, which is a common problem in elliptical core polarization-maintaining few-mode fibers. 3Ultra-sensitive Nanoprobe Modified with Tumor Cell Membrane for UCL/MRI/PET Multimodality Precise Imaging of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer显示文摘Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a subtype of breast cancer in which the estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor are not expressed,and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 is not amplified or overexpressed either,which make the clinical diagnosis and treatment very challenging.Molecular imaging can provide an effective way to diagnose TNBC.Upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs),are a promising new generation of molecular imaging probes.However,UCNPs still need to be improved for tumor-targeting ability and biocompatibility.This study describes a novel probe based on cancer cell membrane-coated upconversion nanoparticles(CCm-UCNPs),owing to the low immunogenicity and homologous-targeting ability of cancer cell membranes,and modified multifunctional UCNPs.This probe exhibits excellent performance in breast cancer molecular classification and TNBC diagnosis through UCL/MRI/PET tri-modality imaging in vivo.By using this probe,MDA-MB-231 was successfully differentiated between MCF-7 tumor models in vivo.Based on the tumor imaging and molecular classification results,the probe is also expected to be modified for drug delivery in the future,contributing to the treatment of TNBC.The combination of nanoparticles with biomimetic cell membranes has the potential for multiple clinical applications.Hanyi Fang Mengting Li Qingyao Liu Yongkang Gai Lujie Yuan Sheng Wang Xiao Zhang Min Ye Yongxue Zhang Mingyuan Gao Yi Hou Xiaoli Lan 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,5:5

5Oxidation Behaviour of Sputtered Ni-3Cr-20Al Alloy显示文摘The oxidation behavior of sputtered Ni-3Cr-20Al coating at 900℃ in air was investigated. A dense Al2O3 layer was formed on the sputtered Ni-3Cr-20Al coating after 200 h oxidation. However, owing to the segregation of Ni3Al during oxidation process at high temperature, the spinel NiAl2O4 was also formed in the Al2O3 layer. 6The velocity structure of the Yinggehai Basin and its hydrocarbon implication显示文摘Two profiles of refraction and wide_angle reflection were completed in the Yinggehai Basin using ocean bottom hydrophones (OBHs) as receiver. These profiles reveal a low velocity layer (LVL) to the west of No. 1 Fault in the basin, with velocity of 3.0-3.5 km/s. Its upper interface lies at 3.5 km below the sea bottom at the NE end of the profiles, and deepens southwestward to 4 6 km near the axis of the basin. It coincides with the top of a gas_bearing, high_pressure layer defined by well logging. This suggests that the LVL is a layer of less_compacted and gas_charged sediments. The lower interface of the LVL is about 9 km in depth. Sediments above the LVL have velocity varying from 2 0 to 4 1 km/s. The acoustic basement is found only east of No. 1 Fault, with velocity of 5 8-6 2 km/s. A NNW_SSE_running OBH seismic profile across the Xisha Trough was completed on the same cruise. 7Tailoring combinatorial lipid nanoparticles for intracellular delivery of nucleic acids, proteins,and drugs显示文摘Lipid nanoparticle(LNP)-based drug delivery systems have become the most clinically advanced non-viral delivery technology.LNPs can encapsulate and deliver a wide variety of bioactive agents,including the small molecule drugs,proteins and peptides,and nucleic acids.However,as the physicochemical properties of small-and macromolecular cargos can vary drastically,every LNP carrier system needs to be carefully tailored in order to deliver the cargo molecules in a safe and efficient manner.Our group applied the combinatorial library synthesis approach and in vitro and in vivo screening strategy for the development of LNP delivery systems for drug delivery.In this Review,we highlight our recent progress in the design,synthesis,characterization,evaluation,and optimization of combinatorial LNPs with novel structures and properties for the delivery of small-and macromolecular therapeutics both in vitro and in vivo.These delivery systems have enormous potentials for cancer therapy,antimicrobial applications,gene silencing,genome editing,and more.We also discuss the key challenges to the mechanistic study and clinical translation of new LNP-enabled therapeutics.Yamin Li Zhongfeng Ye Hanyi Yang Qiaobing Xu 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,6:3
8Anti-fatigue activity of Brassica rapa L.extract and correlation among biochemical changes in forced swimming mice显示文摘Brassica rapa L.is an edible and medical plant in China used for treating various diseases,especially in the Tibet region.In this study,the chemical constituents of Brassica rapa L.extract(BE)was clarified by UHPLC-MS and anti-fatigue ability of BE was assessed through the behavior test and weight-loaded forced swimming test in mice.Then we determined several biochemical parameters related to fatigue to explore possible reasons.Results indicate that BE could significantly enhance exercise performance in mice,and there was a significant improvement in both grip-strength and the time on rota-rods.Meanwhile,BE showed significant anti-fatigue effects by decreasing the blood lactic acid(BLA),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and creatine kinase(CK)levels and increasing the lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels.Increases in superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were observed and reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels was regulated.Liver and muscle glycogen levels and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)levels were also significantly increased.Pearson correlation analysis indicates that fatigue-related indexes including metabolites and energy-related indexes were significantly correlated with antioxidant levels.In conclusion,BE possesses remarkable anti-fatigue activity,thereby shows great potential for improving exercise performance and alleviating physical fatigue and can be considered as a functional food supplement for further development.Zilin Li Hongkang Zhu Hanyi Hua Chang Liu Yuliang Cheng Yahui Guo Peng Du He Qian 2022Food Bioscience2022,47,3:2
9Sources,dynamics in vivo,and application of astaxanthin and lutein in laying hens:A review显示文摘Astaxanthin(Ax)and lutein are important fat-soluble pigments and essential nutrients for human and animal health.Haematococcus pluvialis microalga and Phaffia rhodozyma yeast are ideal species for commercial Ax production.Marigold flowers are a main source of commercial lutein.Dynamics of dietary Ax and lutein in the gastrointestinal tract are similar to lipids,but their activities are tremendously challenged by many physiological and dietary factors;few data are available about these in poultry.Dietary Ax and lutein have insignificant effects on egg production and egg physical properties,but have pronounced effects on yolk color,nutrition,and functionality.The two pigments can also enhance antioxidative capacity and immune function of laying hens.A few studies have shown that Ax and lutein can improve fertilization and hatchability of laying hens.Considering the pigmentation and health benefits of Ax and lutein from hen feed to human food,the commercial availability,chicken yolk improvement,and immune function of Ax and lutein are the focuses of this review.The potential roles of carotenoids in the cytokine storm and gut microbiota are also briefly presented.The bioavailability,metabolism,and deposition of Ax and lutein in laying hens are suggested for future research.Hanyi Shi Xuejuan Deng Xiaoyu Ji Ning Liu Huiyi Cai 2023Animal Nutrition2023,,2:2

11Diphenyl cyclopropenone-centered polymers for site-specific CO-releasing and chain dissociation显示文摘The synthesis and stimuli-responsiveness of a diphenyl cyclopropenone(DPCP)-centered poly(methyl acrylate)(PMA)are presented.DPCP-centered PMA could release carbon monoxide(CO)upon UV light in a switched on-and-off manner.The CO-releasing process can be reported by the variations in photoluminescence spectra.In addition,DPCP moiety covalently embedded in the crosslinked polyurethane could also release CO under UV light.Of special,DPCP-centered PMA in solution was selectively dissociated at the phenol ester bond under the ultrasound,and a force-induced hydrolyzation reaction was revealed by D20 exchanging^1 H NMR spectra.The kinetic study reveals that small quantity of water could enhance the chain scission rate.This work provides a DPCP-centered polymer for sitespecific CO-releasing and chain dissociation.Chenchen Shao Hanyi Duan Yuqin Min Xinghong Zhang 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,1:2
