1非洲马里女性宫颈癌前病变联合筛查的调查分析显示文摘目的筛查西非马里女性宫颈癌前病变的流行病学特征,为制定相应的干预措施提供依据。方法筛查对象来自西非马里2015年1月-2017年11月年龄为(39. 85±14. 21)岁女性1 830例,进行妇科常规检查、醋酸肉眼观察(VIA)、碘液染色肉眼观察法(VILI)、宫颈细胞学、阴道镜检查及组织病理学筛查。结果 1 830例VIA/VILI检测的敏感度为87. 67%(128/146),特异度为71. 38%(1 202/1 684); 610例细胞学宫颈癌前病变阳性检出率为20. 98%,其中首次性交年龄为15岁~20岁患者的发生癌前病变阳性检出率为10. 49%;年龄为40岁~50岁的癌前病变阳性检出率为6. 39%; 125例女性组织学宫颈癌前病变阳性检出率为76. 19%,CINⅡ及以上级别病变阳性检出率为55. 56%。结论通过本次对子宫颈癌前病变的调查发现导致宫颈病变高发与一夫多妻、首次性交年龄、医疗卫生等因素有关。唐咏梅 王乐见 Boubacar Sidiki I.Dramé Halidou M koné Mohamed A Maiga 傅亚军 2018中国卫生检验杂志2018,28,21:1

4Compton profiles of NiO and TiO_2 obtained from first principles GWA spectral function显示文摘In this work,we first use momentum density studies to understand strongly correlated electron behavior,which is typically seen in transition metal oxides.We observe that correlated electron behavior as seen in bulk NiO is due to the Fermi break located in the middle of overlapping spectral functions obtained from a GW(G is Green's function and W is the screened Coulomb interaction) approximation(GWA) calculation while in the case of TiO_2 we can see that the origin of the constant momentum distribution in lower momenta is due to a pile up of spectra before the Fermi energy.These observations are then used to compare our calculated Compton profiles with previous experimental studies of Fukamachi and Limandri.Our calculations for NiO are observed to follow the same trend as the experimental profile but it is seen to have a wide difference in the case of TiO_2 before the Fermi break.The ground state momentum densities differ significantly from the quasiparticle momentum density,thus stressing the importance of the quasiparticle wave function as the input for the study of charge density and the electron localization function.Finally we perform a calculation of the quasiparticle renormalization function,giving a quantitative description of the discontinuity of the GWA momentum density.S M Khidzir M F M Halid W A T Wan Abdullah 2016Chinese Physics B2016,25,6:0
5Molecular identification of the potentially forensically relevant cluster flies Pollenia rudis (Fabricius) and Pollenia vagabunda (Meigen) (Diptera: Polleniidae) — non-recorded species in Algeria显示文摘Cluster flies are represented by the genus Pollenia Robineau-Desvoidy,1830 of the family Polleniidae Brauer and Bergenstamm,1889.Their larvae are known to be internal parasites or predators of earthworms.Herein,we report for the first time the occurrence of the cluster flies Pollenia rudis Fabricius,1794 and Pollenia vagabunda(Meigen,1826)(Diptera:Polleniidae)on carcasses in Algeria and identify them through DNA barcoding.A region of the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase I gene(COI)was amplified and sequenced.Genetic distances were determined.A phylogenetic tree was constructed with the maximum parsimony method using 10000 bootstrap replicates.A total number of 157 adults of P.rudis were collected together with 325 adults of Pollenia vagabunda.The occurrence of Pollenia on animal carcasses does not seem to be correlated with a particular stage of decomposition.All the sequences were correctly identified using the BLASTn tool from the GenBank database and the BOLD identification engine.Intra-and interspecific sequence divergence values were less than 1%and greater than 3%,respectively.COI barcodes obtained from this study were robust enough to identify and distinguish unambiguously between P.rudis and P.vagabunda.In the tree-based analysis,the cluster flies were all assigned to their respective species separately from each other confirming the morphological identification.These results provide DNA barcodes that contribute to the growth of reference databases and allow fast and accurate identification.Meriem Taleb Ghania Tail Halide Nihal Açıkgöz 2022Forensic Sciences Research2022,7,1:0
