| 1 | Influence of temperature and solution composition on the formation of calcium sulfates显示文摘Calcium sulfates (anhydrite and hydrates) were synthesized by mixing CaCl 2 and Na 2 SO 4 solutions at room temperature followed by aging the resulting slurries at elevated temperatures. The variation of the morphology and structure of the calcium sulfates with aging temperature was investigated. Experimental results indicated that CaSO 4 ·2H 2 O plates, CaSO 4 ·0.5H 2 O whiskers and CaSO 4 spindles were formed at ≤100 °C, 130–160 °C and ≥170 °C, respectively. The formation and conversion of the calcium sulfates were discussed on the basis of characterization of the products and chemical analysis of the solutions. | 2 | Influence of disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate on hydrothermal formation of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers显示文摘The influence of Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O on the hydrothermal formation of hemihydrate calcium sulfate(CaSO_4·0.5H_2O) whiskers from dihydrate calcium sulfate(CaSO_4·2H_2O)at 135 ℃ was investigated.Experimental results indicate that the addition of phosphorus accelerates the hydrothermal conversion of CaSO_4·2H_2O to CaSO_4·0.5H_2O via the formation of Ca_3(PO_4)_2 and produces CaSO_4-0.5H_2O whiskers with thinner diameters and shorter lengths.Compared with the blank experiment without Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O,the existence of minor amounts(8.65 ×10^(-4)-4.36 × 10^(-3) mol/L) of Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O led to a decrease in the diameter of CaSO_4·0.5H_2O whiskers from 1.0-10.0 to 0.5-2.0 μm and lengths from 70-300 to50-200 μm. | Qing Han Kangbi Luo Huping Li Lan Xiang | 2014 | Particuology2014，12，6： | 13 |
| 3 | Baicalin extracted from Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae Baicalensis) induces apoptosis in gastric cancer cells by regulating B cell lymphoma(Bcl-2)/Bcl-2-associated X protein and activating caspase-3 and caspase-9显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effects of baicalin in human gastric cancer cells, including apoptosis-inducing effects, and to investigate its underlying mechanisms of action.METHODS:Cell proliferation and apoptosis assays were performed to investigate the anti-proliferation effects of baicalin in human gastric cancer BGC-823 and MGC-803 cells.Real time-quantitative polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting analysis were performed to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the anti-tumor properties of baicalin.RESULTS:In BGC-823 and MGC-803 gastric cancer cells treated with 80, 120, and 160 μmol/L baicalin for 48 h, a 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide assay showed that baicalin significantly inhibited cell proliferation in a dose-dependent manner, while flow cytometric analysis demonstrated that baicalin could induce apoptosis, also in a dose-dependent manner.Moreover, baicalin up-regulated the expression of caspase-3, caspase-9, and B cell lymphoma(Bcl-2)-associated X protein and down-regulated the expression of Bcl-2 at both the m RNA and protein level.CONCLUSION:Baicalin has potential as a therapeutic agent for gastric cancer by inducing apoptosis in cancer cells. | Wang Hongwei Li Hailong Chen Fengqin Luo Jun Gu Jing Wang Huping Wu Hongyan Xu Yan | 2017 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2017，37，2： | 13 |

| 5 | 论香港国际机场起飞着陆滑行区域气象回避路线的识别(英文)显示文摘空中交通的安全和效率明显受恶劣天气的影响,在机场起飞着陆滑行区域(TMA)尤其如此。在此区域,除了受天气影响之外,潜在的气象回避路线还受到空中交通管制的严格限制。因此气象回避模型DIVMET被开发出来。该模型给出一条建议路线,可以通过正在形成雷暴但尚未在里面实施任何空中交通管制的场地。DIVMET被应用到香港国际机场的TMA区域,因为此处的空中交通管制(ATC)单位有兴趣通过模拟回避路线来提高管制员的工作量,尤其是用于管理进场飞机交通。ATC单位对模拟的回避路线进行目视检查,其结果令人满意,但是商定了用实际观察到的路线对模拟情况进行定量验证。本文选择了香港TMA区域内有雷暴且交通严重扭曲时的两种真实恶劣天气情况。但是,进行任何验证之前的主要目标是识别仅仅受到天气影响但并未显示任何管制标志的路线。在飞行位置数据的基础上完成路线选择,选择若干着陆航班,并分析与标准进场路线的偏差。结果显示,272架航班中大多数同时受到天气和管制的影响(60%),这突出表明空中交通管制员在恶劣天气下要安全有效地管理着陆交通是存在挑战的。只有少数受天气影响的航班(7%)未受到管制,可以用于验证。DIVMET模拟路线被传给当地空中交通管制员,证明了这些路线是潜在切实的回避路线。在TMA区域内的DIVMET气象回避路线模拟有一定参考价值,但是进一步的模型开发必须将管制纳入考虑,至少要考虑停候、近道和减速。 | Manuela SAUER Thomas HAUF Ludmila SAKIEW Pak Wai CHAN Shuk-Mei TSE Patrick HUPE | 2016 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2016，17，3： | 3 |
| 6 | Variation of b value with hypocentral depth in Beijing area: Implications for earthquake nucleation显示文摘We relocated 2098 earthquakes that occurred in Beijing area between 1980 and 2000 using a double-dif- ference (DD) earthquake location algorithm, and obtained the high-precision relative locations of 1825 events. b values versus depth were investigated with the relocated hypocen- ters. The results show that the b values decrease with the increasing hypocentral depth systematically. A dramatic variation in b is observed around the depth of 8 km. It indi- cates that there are more smaller earthquakes at shallow depth (0―8 km), while more larger earthquakes at greater depth (8―25 km). The physical mechanism behind this phe- nomenon can be explained by the variations in material het- erogeneity and lithostatic stress condition. Large earth- quakes are more likely to nucleate at greater depth with more homogenous material and higher lithostatic stress. | 8 | Iterative construction of low-altitude UAV air route network in urban areas:Case planning and assessment显示文摘With the rapid increase of Unmanned Aircraft Vehicle(UAV) numbers,the contradiction between extensive flight demands and limited low-altitude airspace resources has become increasingly prominent.To ensure the safety and efficiency of low-altitude UAV operations,the low-altitude UAV public air route creatively proposed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS) and supported by the Civil Aviation Administration of China(CAAC) has been gradually recognized.However,present planning research on UAV low-altitude air route is not enough to explore how to use the ground transportation infrastructure,how to closely combine the surface pattern characteristics,and how to form the mechanism of 'network'.Based on the solution proposed in the early stage and related researches,this paper further deepens the exploration of the low-altitude public air route network and the implementation of key technologies and steps with an actual case study in Tianjin,China.Firstly,a path-planning environment consisting of favorable spaces,obstacle spaces,and mobile communication spaces for UAV flights was pre-constructed.Subsequently,air routes were planned by using the conflict detection and path re-planning algorithm.Our study also assessed the network by computing the population exposure risk index(PERI) and found that the index value was greatly reduced after the construction of the network,indicating that the network can effectively reduce the operational risk.In this study,a low-altitude UAV air route network in an actual region was constructed using multidisciplinary approaches such as remote sensing,geographic information,aviation,and transportation;it indirectly verified the rationality of the outcomes.This can provide practical solutions to low-altitude traffic problems in urban areas. | XU Chenchen LIAO Xiaohan YE Huping YUE Huanyin | 2020 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2020，30，9： | 2 |
