1混合办公废纸漂白过程中DCS的生成机理显示文摘利用气-质联用技术研究了混合办公废纸漂白过程中溶解与胶体物质的生成机制。结果表明,过氧化氢漂白过程中释放出的糖基主要是葡萄糖,约占总糖基的50%;释放出的亲脂性物质主要是十六碳酸(又称软脂酸)、双(乙基己基)邻苯二甲酯,两者占总量的40%左右。FAS漂白过程中释放出的糖基主要是葡萄糖和木糖,但释放量较过氧化氢漂白低得多;释放出的亲脂性物质主要是十六碳酸、双(乙基己基)邻苯二甲酯、9-十八碳烯酸。张春辉 秦梦华 詹怀宇 Holmbom B 徐春林 2007中华纸业2007,28,7:3
2混合办公废纸碎浆过程中DCS的生成机制显示文摘利用气相色谱技术分析了混合办公废纸碎浆过程中DCS(溶解与胶体物质)的生成机制。研究结果表明:DCS中的糖基绝大部分是葡萄糖基。NaOH和H2O2都会使碳水化合物各糖基的浓度升高;脱墨剂对DCS中的碳水化合物的溶出影响很小。脂肪酸和树脂酸(统称RFAs)主要包括脱氢枞酸、十六碳酸、双(乙基己基)邻苯二甲酯等,其他组分的浓度很小。加入脱墨剂,这些亲脂性物质的浓度成倍增加;NaOH会促进RFAs的释放,而加入H2O2后,RFAs的浓度略有降低。张春辉 秦梦华 詹怀宇 Holmbom B 徐春林 2006中国造纸学报2006,21,2:3
3混合办公废纸回用中溶胶物成分及浓度变化显示文摘研究了溶解和胶体物质在整个混合办公废纸回用过程中的变化情况。碎浆段的DCS浓度最高,经过浮选以后DCS各参数变化不大,洗涤后各参数值大幅下降,总糖基、RFA的浓度分别约为碎浆段的10%和36%。经过过氧化氢漂白后,总糖基、RFA的浓度分别约为碎浆段的50%、26%。在宏观上表现为,碎浆段DCS的CODCr值、TOC值和浊度值明显高于洗涤段和漂白段,而与浮选段没有明显的差别。张春辉 秦梦华 詹怀宇 Holmbom B 徐春林 2006中华纸业2006,27,4:2
