1Characterization and recycling of nickel- and chromium-contained pickling sludge generated in production of stainless steel显示文摘Pickling sludge generated during the neutralization of pickling wastewater with calcium hydroxide in stainless steel pickling process was characterized using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,X-ray diffractometry,scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry,etc.The major compositions of pickling sludge are CaF2,CaSO4,Me(OH)n(M: Fe,Cr,Ni),and the content of CaF2 is high in the sludge.The melting point of pickling sludge is about 1350 °C and the viscosity is about 0.14 Pa·s at 1450 °C,which are comparatively lower than those of normal refining slag.After heat treatment,the contents of sulfur and fluorine in the pickling sludge were reduced,confirming the thermal decomposition of sulfate in the sludge.Fluorine in the sludge is reduced by the gaseous SiF4 and AlF3 generated through the reactions of CaF2 with SiO2 and Al2O3.The preliminary results from the reduction test indicate that the sulfur content in the steel is not affected by the presence of sulfur in the sludge.The recovery of nickel is about 40%,and the chromium content changes marginally due to the protective atmosphere under the reduction condition of chromic oxide.The pickling sludge is a potential auxiliary material for the production of stainless steel.李小明 谢庚 HOJAMBERDIEV Mirabbos 崔雅茹 赵俊学 2014Journal of Central South University2014,21,8:9
2热处理温度对多元醇合成Li2MnSiO4/C电化学性能的影响(英文)显示文摘采用多元醇法合成Li2MnSiO4/C复合材料:将Si(OC2H5)4、LiAc.2H2O、Mn(Ac)2.4H2O在乙二醇中196℃回流16h,沉淀物过滤、干燥以后与蔗糖混合并在500、600和700℃分别加热10h,自然冷却到室温.利用X射线衍射、元素分析、场发射扫描电镜、高分辨透射电镜等手段对合成样品进行表征.Rietveld精修表明,合成样品中存在两种Li2MnSiO4相,空间群分别为Pmn21和P121/n1,还有Li2SiO3杂相.FESEM观察显示当热处理温度从500℃升高至700℃时,样品的颗粒粒径从5~20nm提高到20~40nm.Li2MnSiO4/C复合材料中的碳分布是均匀的.HRTEM分析表明在Li2MnSiO4颗粒上包覆有一层无定型的碳薄膜.电化学性能测试表明,在600℃保温10h得到的样品具有最佳的电化学性能,首次放电容量达到132.4mAh/g,10次循环后容量保持率为80%.刘文刚 许云华 杨蓉 HOJAMBERDIEV Mirabbos 周志斌 2010无机材料学报2010,25,3:6
3Oxalate-assisted morphological effect of NaYF4:Yb3+,Er3+on photoelectrochemical performance for dye-sensitized solar cells显示文摘In this study. we have employed a facile oxalate-assisted hydrothermal approach to tailor the morphology of β-NaYF_4:Er^(3+),Yb^(3+)(NYFEY) powders through the variation of the molar ratio of oxalate ions(Oxa^(2-)) and rare earth ions(RE^(3+)) in the range of 0.5:1.1:1.2:1, 5:1. and 10:1. The obtained results show that the crystallinity, particle size and upconversion luminescence intensity of the as-synthesized NYFEY particles are gradually decreased as the Oxa^(2-):RE^(3+) molar ratio increases from 0.5:1 to 10:1. For the purpose of photoelectrochemical performance evaluation,the as-synthesized NYFEY particles with different morphologies are incorporated into the nanocrystalline TiO2 films to form the multifunctional nano-and sub-micro meter composite photoanodes of dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs). A short-circuit current density(Jsc) of 14.26 mA/cm^2 and power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 7.31% are obtained for DSSCs prepared with hexagonal rod-like NYFEY crystals,evidencing an increase of 29.8% compared with DSSCs prepared with only TiO_2 nanoparticles. 4Processing of refractory materials using various magnesium sources derived from Zinelbulak talc-magnesite显示文摘Magnesia(MgO) is widely used in the production of refractory materials due to its high melting point,high thermal shock,and excellent slag resistance.The properties of refractory materials depend upon magnesia sources and processing parameters.In this work,three different magnesium sources,namely,magnesium hydroxide concentrate,magnesium carbonate concentrate,and intermediate flotation concentrate,were obtained from the Zinelbulak talc-magnesite,Uzbekistan,by causticization-hydration and flotation processes,respectively.A series of refractory materials were prepared on the basis of these magnesium sources,and their effects on physico-mechanical properties and microstructures were investigated as a function of sintering temperature,molding pressure,and the particle size of magnesium sources.The experimental results showed that a refractory material obtained from the magnesium hydroxide concentrate at 1600℃ for 4 h demonstrated favorable parameters due mainly to a higher degree of contact among fine particles.The results obtained from X-ray diffraction and optical microscopy confirmed the presence of periclase and forsterite as the predominant phases in refractory specimens.The prepared refractory materials meet the requirements of the State Standards(Nos.4689-94 and 14832-96) for magnesia and forsterite refractories,respectively.It is,therefore,suggested herein that the use of different magnesium sources derived from the Zinelbulak talc-magnesite will offer the potential to provide economic benefits in the refractory industry.Mirabbos Hojamberdiev Pulat Arifov Kamil Tadjiev Yun-hua Xu 2011International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2011,18,1:3
5Characterization and processing of talc-magnesite from the Zinelbulak deposit显示文摘The characteristics of talc-magnesite from the Zinelbulak deposit(Uzbekistan) were investigated via X-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis,infrared spectroscopy and optical microscopy.The mineralogical composition of the Zinelbulak talc-magnesite consists of 52 wt.%talc,43 wt.%carbonates and 5 wt.%of the iron-containing minerals magnetite,siderite and chlorite.Petrographic analysis confirmed the presence of carbonates in two forms:magnesite and breunnerite.Grindability tests revealed that talc and magnesite particles are completely separated after a grinding process carried out for 10~12 min.The distribution of the yield of talc and magnesite,as a function of the particle size,shows an irregular feature in that a comparatively coarser sample(>0.1 mm) is richer in magnesite and poor in talc while a comparatively finer sample(<0.1 mm) has a composition poorer in magnesite.The dressability of the Zinelbulak talc-magnesite was tested using conventional gravity concentration,flotation and electromagnetic separation.Gravity concentration was found to be the most economic initial process for the complete separation of magnesium carbonate and talc.Subsequent flotation and magnetic separation techniques could further increase the yield of high quality magnesite and talc.Refractory samples prepared by heating the separated magnesite at 1600℃for 2 h met the State Standards for refractory materials.HOJAMBERDIEV Mirabbos ARIFOV Pulat TADJIEV Kamil XU Yunhua 2010Mining Science and Technology2010,20,3:2
6花型Bi^0/CeO2-δ等离子体光催化剂增强可见光光催化去除NO显示文摘本文利用溶剂热法合成了Bi^0纳米颗粒修饰的富氧空位(OVs)花型CeO2-δ(Bi^0/CeO2-δ)光催化剂.OVs不仅能够加速电子-空穴对的分离,而且有利于气体分子(NO/O2)的吸附和活化.此外,Bi^0纳米颗粒具有表面等离子体共振效应,它能够提高催化剂的可见光响应、减少光生载流子的复合.Bi^0/CeO2-δ光催化剂在可见光下具有优异的一氧化氮(NO)去除活性,并可有效抑制NO2生成.密度泛函理论(DFT)计算证实,Bi^0与CeO2-δ界面处的肖特基势垒以及OVs的存在促进了载流子的分离,进而参与NO的光催化去除.通过捕获实验和原位红外光谱分析了Bi^0/CeO2-δ催化剂光催化去除NO的机理,研究表明丰富的OVs和金属纳米颗粒负载能够显著提高材料光催化去除NO的性能.聂俊丽 高健智 申茜 张伟斌 饶斐 Mirabbos Hojamberdiev 朱刚强 2020Science China Materials2020,63,11:1

16Au nanoparticles loaded on hollow BiOCl microstructures boosting CO_(2)photoreduction显示文摘The BiOCl(BOC)synthesized by the water bath heating method was treated with sodium borohydride(NaBH_(4))to introduce oxygen vacancies(OVs).At the same time,Au nanoparticles were loaded to prepare a series of Au/BiOCl samples with different ratios.OVs and Au nanoparticles can promote the light absorption of host photocatalyst in the visible region.The calculated work function of BiOCl and Au can verify the existence of Ohmic contact between the interface of them,which is conducive to the separation of charge carriers.Through a series of photoelectric tests,it was verified experimentally that the separation of charge carriers is indeed enhanced.The high-energy hot electrons produced by Au under the surface plasmon resonance(SPR)effect can increase the counts of electrons to participate in the CO_(2)reduction reaction.Especially for 1.0%-Au/BOC,the yields of CO can reach 43.16μmol g^(−1)h^(−1),which is 6.6 times more than that of BOC.Therefore,loading precious metal on semiconductors is an effective strategy to promote the photocatalytic performance of CO_(2)reduction reactions.Siwen Gong Fei Rao Weibin Zhang Qadeer-Ul Hassan Zhaoqing Liu Jianzhi Gao Jiangbo Lu Mirabbos Hojamberdiev Gangqiang Zhu 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,9:0
17Synthesis and visible-light-induced sacrificial photocatalytic water oxidation of quinary oxynitride BaNb_(0.5)Ta_(0.5)O_2N crystals显示文摘Quinary oxynitride BaNb_(0.5)Ta_(0.5)O_2N crystals were fabricated through the partial nitridation and acidification of the KCl flux grown Ba_5Nb_2Ta_2O_(15)crystals.The parameters of both the solute concentrations and cooling rates are optimized for the KCl flux growth of the larger Ba_5Nb_2Ta_2O_(15)crystals with clearer crystal habits.Here,the optimal Ba_5Nb_2Ta_2O_(15)crystals mainly have a hexagonal plate-like shape.After the partial nitridation and acidification,the porous Ba Nb_(0.5)Ta_(0.5)O_2N crystals maintained the crystal shape of the oxide precursor and had a single-crystalline nature.For the Ba_5Nb_2Ta_2O_(15)crystals,the wavelength of the absorption edge was about 707 nm.Especially,the CoO_x-loaded Ba Nb_(0.5)Ta_(0.5)O_2N photocatalyst demonstrated the comparatively high amount of O_2gas(150.7μmol)during the 5 h visible-light-induced sacrificial water oxidation half-reaction,which might be achieved due to the high crystallinity and visible-light absorption property.Kenta Kawashima Mirabbos Hojamberdiev Kunio Yubuta Kazunari Domen Katsuya Teshima 2018Journal of Energy Chemistry2018,27,5:0
