1Rhizospheric microbial communities are driven by Panax ginseng at different growth stages and biocontrol bacteria alleviates replanting mortality显示文摘The cultivation of Panax plants is hindered by replanting problems, which may be caused by plantdriven changes in the soil microbial community. Inoculation with microbial antagonists may efficiently alleviate replanting issues. Through high-throughput sequencing, this study revealed that bacterial diversity decreased,whereas fungal diversity increased, in the rhizosphere soils of adult ginseng plants at the root growth stage under different ages. Few microbial community, such as Luteolibacter, Cytophagaceae, Luteibacter, Sphingomonas,Sphingomonadaceae, and Zygomycota, were observed; the relative abundance of microorganisms, namely,Brevundimonas, Enterobacteriaceae, Pandoraea, Cantharellales, Dendryphion, Fusarium, and Chytridiomycota,increased in the soils of adult ginseng plants compared with those in the soils of 2-year-old seedlings. Bacillus subtilis 50-1, a microbial antagonist against the pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum, was isolated through a dual culture technique. These bacteria acted with a biocontrol efficacy of 67.8%. The ginseng death rate and Fusarium abundance decreased by 63.3% and 46.1%, respectively, after inoculation with B. subtilis 50-1. Data revealed that microecological degradation could result from ginseng-driven changes in rhizospheric microbial communities;these changes are associated with the different ages and developmental stages of ginseng plants. 2A Review of Rotating Stall in Vaneless Diffuser of Centrifugal Compressor显示文摘At present, off-design centrifugal compressor suffers from great instabilities, such as rotating stall and surge, which lead to work failure, strong pressure fluctuations, and violent vibrations of the entire system. One cause of these instabilities is the rotating stall occurring in vaneless diffuser. In this review, recent researches on rotating stall of vaneless diffuser in centrifugal compressor are reviewed, and its inductive mechanism and characteristic description are emphatically introduced. In vaneless diffuser, the rotating stall starts up and fully develops under non-design conditions with the characteristic of increasing pressure fluctuation amplitude. The negative effects of rotating stall include reverse flow and vortex, both of which have significant effects on the instability of centrifugal compressors. Some improvement methods of rotating stall are also introduced, and a lot of examples are given. 5A branch and price algorithm for the robust WSOS scheduling problem显示文摘To analyze and optimize the weapon system of systems(WSOS)scheduling process,a new method based on robust capabilities for WSOS scheduling optimization is proposed.First,we present an activity network to represent the military mission.The member systems need to be reasonably assigned to perform different activities in the mission.Then we express the problem as a set partitioning formulation with novel columns(activity flows).A heuristic branch-and-price algorithm is designed based on the model of the WSOS scheduling problem(WSOSSP).The algorithm uses the shortest resource-constrained path planning to generate robust activity flows that meet the capability requirements.Finally,we discuss this method in several test cases.The results show that the solution can reduce the makespan of the mission remarkably.LI Ruiyang HE Ming HE Hongyue WANG Zhixue YANG Cheng 2021Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2021,32,3:0
