1中国土地利用多功能性动态的区域分析显示文摘当前,国际学术界针对土地利用的研究正由土地利用格局变化向土地空间多功能变化及其可持续性的方向发展,其宗旨是确定和度量土地多元化利用所提供的产品、服务和功能,及其带来的环境和社会经济效应,实现对土地利用的科学管理。基于可持续发展三维度的理念及其指标体系,界定并定量评价了我国区域土地利用的10项功能,深入研究了在经济快速发展、生态环境保护紧密相随的过去20a间,各项功能的时空变化特征。研究表明,我国土地多功能性的10项功能中,就业支持功能表现出区域增减不一的特点,生态过程维持功能具有高度的稳定性。健康保障、交通功能、居住家园、生物性土地生产、人工化土地生产、资源供给与维持、污染接收器、景观与文化支持功能在各个区域得到了不断改善与提高,但各个功能变化的强势区和弱势区在时空分布上表现出了很强的区域性特点。区域自然条件禀赋、社会经济条件以及土地利用政策在功能变化中起着关键作用。研究结果揭出中国区域土地多功能性尚存在巨大的提升空间;土地政策应具有系统性、功能针对性和时空针对性,并应关注土地利用功能变化的链发效应。甄霖 魏云洁 谢高地 HELMING Katharina 曹淑艳 杨莉 潘影 KOENIG Hannes 2010生态学报2010,30,24:95
2脆弱生态区生态系统服务消费与生态补偿研究:进展与挑战显示文摘人类社会对生态系统服务的需求和消费日益增加,对生态系统状态和生态系统服务的可持续供给产生了深刻影响。人类采取了一系列响应措施来维持生态系统的健康,其中通过生态补偿的途径来保护生态系统成为当前学术界关注的热点。本文的目的是结合脆弱生态区的研究结果,对近年学术界在生态系统服务消费和生态补偿研究领域实质性进展进行论述,提出相关研究面临的挑战。分析表明,生态系统服务消费在理论研究的基础上,正在向消费行为、消费方式、消费效用,以及对环境和社会经济综合影响的定量化研究发展;生态补偿研究在补偿标准厘定方面有了重要进展,利益相关者分析方法的应用使得补偿主客体界定更具科学性。但是,应当充分重视相关研究面临的挑战和亟待解决的问题,为生态系统保护和满足人类福祉需求提供保障。甄霖 刘雪林 李芬 魏云洁 Hannes Koenig 2010资源科学2010,32,5:28
3中国土地利用多功能性度量(英文)显示文摘人类活动驱动着土地利用的时空变化,进而导致土地利用功能的变化。中国的土地利用具有高度的动态性,对全球可持续发展具有特别重要的意义。对于决策者来说,要准确预见一项发展政策对土地利用及其功能的复杂影响是非常困难的。本文构建了中国土地利用多功能性的度量框架模型,模拟了2010-2025年期间土地利用变化对国家退耕还林还草政策的响应,并确定了相应的土地利用功能的变化。结果表明,国家退耕还林还草政策显著影响着中国土地利用格局,其特征是随着林地面积的扩大,耕地和草地面积在不断减少。在所度量的所有土地利用功能中,经济功能、社会功能显著增强,调节功能略有增强,而环境净化功能、支持功能明显减弱。通过应用表明,本文构建的中国土地利用多功能性度量框架模型有助于各级政府评价土地利用政策的影响。谢高地 甄霖 张彩霞 邓祥征 Hannes Jochen KOENIG Karen TSCHERNING Katharina HELMING 2010Journal of Resources and Ecology2010,1,4:22

5Baseline HBV DNA level is the most important factor associated with virologic breakthrough in chronic hepatitis B treated with lamivudine显示文摘AIM: To identify the factors associated with virologic breakthrough and to select a subgroup of patients who respond well to lamivudine without developing virologic breakthrough (VBT). METHODS: Of 79 patients who had received lamivudine therapy for 9-57 mo, 34 were HBeAg-positive and 45 were HBeAg-negative, 24 developed virologic breakthrough and 55 did not. Clinical and virologic factors were compared between the two groups. RESULTS: The median duration of therapy was 25 (9-57) mo. Virologic breakthrough was defined as a > 1 log HBV DNA increase following initial suppression. When several factors, including gender, duration of infection, baseline HBV DNA, and baseline ALT in HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis patients were analyzed by logistic regression, the most important predictor of virologic breakthrough was the baseline HBV DNA (r2 = 0.12, P < 0.05). When HBeAg-postitive chronic hepatitis patients were divided into two groups by a point of 6.6 log HBV DNA, the incidence of virologic breakthough between two groups was significantly different. 6脊柱手术后患者外科手术部位感染及相关危险因素(英文)显示文摘目的外科手术部位感染(SSI)是脊柱手术后常见的并发症之一,与感染发病率增高,治疗时间延长,医疗费用增加,患者预后效果不良有着密不可分的关系。本研究的目的是探索某教学医院患者进行脊柱手术后发生SSI的现状与其相关危险因素。方法采用前瞻性队列研究方法,对2014年6月26日-11月30日该院所有脊柱手术患者进行目标性监测,以美国疾病控制与预防中心(CDC)颁布的指南作为SSI的诊断依据,通过床旁调查与出院后的检查发现SSI病例,使用标准化的数据收集脊柱手术患者术前,术中及术后资料。结果 2014年6月26日—11月30日共监测192例脊柱手术患者,其中7例(3.6%)发生了SSI。通过双变量分析的方法发现切口类型(污染/感染切口)、外科引流、输血与增加SSI风险的密切相关。在192例脊柱手术患者中,120例(62.5%)给予静脉使用预防性抗菌药物,使用周期为2.2(1~9)d,139例(72.4%)使用中成药。结论该研究有助于了解该教学医院脊柱手术后患者SSI发病率,亦为今后进行脊柱手术后患者发生SSI的研究提供有价值的信息。王建聪 卢晓燕 Gunnar Aksel Bjune Hanne Merete Eriksen 2017中国感染控制杂志2017,16,1:18

8基于土壤-环境关系的更新传统土壤图研究显示文摘传统土壤图是流域管理、生态水文模型所需土壤空间分布信息的主要数据源。然而,受传统制图技术和基础数据质量所限,传统土壤图的空间详细度和属性精确度并不高。随着地理信息技术的发展,如何利用可获取的高质量空间数据和现代空间分析技术来更新传统土壤图显得十分必要。基于传统土壤图中的土壤多边形与通过模糊聚类所得环境因子组合之间存在着对应关系这一假设,本文提出了一种从传统土壤图中提取土壤-环境关系知识并利用该知识更新传统土壤图的方法。该方法包括四个步骤:对环境数据进行模糊c均值聚类获取环境因子组合;利用传统土壤图建立环境因子组合与土壤类型间的对应关系;提取土壤-环境关系知识;进行土壤推理制图。将该方法应用于加拿大New B runsw ick省的W akefield研究区,以更新该区现有的1∶20 000的传统土壤图。应用结果表明:更新后的数字土壤图显示了更详细的空间分布信息;经野外独立验证点验证,所得土壤图(制图单元为土壤组合-排水等级)精度高出原土壤图约20%。因此,该方法是一种有效的更新传统土壤图的方法,可增加土壤图的空间详细度、提高土壤图的属性精确度。杨琳 Fahmy Sherif Jiao You Hann Sheldon 朱阿兴 秦承志 徐志刚 2010土壤学报2010,47,6:16

12Outcomes of the national programme on prevention of mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B virus in China,2016-2017显示文摘Background:In addition to providing free hepatitis B vaccine(HBvacc)series to all infants in China since 2005,the national programme on prevention of mother-to-child transmission(PMTCT)of hepatitis B virus(HBV)started providing free hepatitis B immunoglobulin for all new-borns born to hepatitis B surface-antigen(HBsAg)positive mothers in 2010.However,few studies have evaluated the effectiveness of the PMTCT programme.Therefore,we aimed to investigate the outcomes of the programme and identify associated factors.Method:Using a cross-sectional study design,we collected data on 4112 pairs of HBsAg-positive mothers and their children aged 7-22 months in four representative provinces through interviews and medical record review.We tested HBsAg and hepatitis B surface antibody(anti-HBs)of children by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay at designated maternal and child hospital laboratories.We used logistic regression to analyse factors associated with child HBsAg and anti-HBs positivity.Results:Thirty-five children were HBsAg positive,indicating the mother-to-child transmission(MTCT)rate was 0.9%(0.6-1.1%).The anti-HBs positive rate was 96.8%(96.3-97.4%).Children receiving HBvacc between 12 and 24h of birth were 2.9 times more likely to be infected than those vaccinated in less than 12 h(adjusted odds ratio[aOR]=2.9,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.4-63,P=0.01).Maternal hepatitis B e-antigen(HBeAg)positivity was associated with higher MTCT rate(aOR=79.1,95%Cl:10.8-580.2,P<0.001)and lower anti-HBs positive rate(aOR=0.4,95%CI:03-0.6,P<0.001).Children with low birth weight(LBW)were 60%less likely to be anti-HBs positive than those with normal birth weight(aOR=0A,95%CI:02-0.8,P=0.01).Conclusions:The MTCT rate was lower than the 2030 WHO elimination goal,which implies the programme is on track to achieve this target.As earlier HBvacc birth dose(HBvcc-BD)was associated with lower MTCT rate,we suggest that the PMTCT programme work with the Expanded Programme on Immunization(EPI)to modify the current recommendation for early HBvcc-BD to a requirement Our finding that LBW was associated with lower anti-HBs positivity points to the need for further studies to understand factors associated with these risks and opportunities for program strengthening.The programme needs to ensure providing essential test to identify HBeAg-positive mothers and their infants and provide them with appropriate medical care and follow-up.Ya-Ping Qiao Min Su Yao Song Xiao-Yan Wang Zhen Li Yan-Lin Li Li-Xia Dou Qian Wang Katrina Hann Guo-Min Zhang Xiao-Na Huang Yu-Ning Yang Xi Jin Ai-Ling Wang 2019Infectious Diseases of Poverty2019,8,4:10

14Visceral hypersensitivity in inflammatory bowel diseases and irritable bowel syndrome: The role of proteases显示文摘Proteases, enzymes catalyzing the hydrolysis of peptide bonds, are present at high concentrations in the gastrointestinal tract. Besides their well-known role in the digestive process, they also function as signaling molecules through the activation of protease-activated receptors(PARs). Based on their chemical mechanism for catalysis, proteases can be classified into several classes: serine, cysteine, aspartic, metallo- and threonine proteases represent the mammalian protease families. In particular, the class of serine proteases will play a significant role in this review. In the last decades, proteases have been suggested to play a key role in the pathogenesis of visceral hypersensitivity, which is a major factor contributing to abdominal pain in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases and/or irritable bowel syndrome. So far, only a few preclinical animal studies have investigated the effect of protease inhibitors specifically on visceral sensitivity while their effect on inflammation is described in more detail. In our accompanying review we describe their effect on gastrointestinal permeability. On account of their promising results in the field of visceral hypersensitivity, further research is warranted. 16Regulation of intestinal permeability: The role of proteases显示文摘The gastrointestinal barrier is-with approximately 400 m^2-the human body's largest surface separating the external environment from the internal milieu. This barrier serves a dual function: permitting the absorption of nutrients, water and electrolytes on the one hand, while limiting host contact with noxious luminal antigens on the other hand. To maintain this selective barrier, junction protein complexes seal the intercellular space between adjacent epithelial cells and regulate the paracellular transport. Increased intestinal permeability is associated with and suggested as a player in the pathophysiology of various gastrointestinal and extraintestinal diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease and type 1 diabetes. The gastrointestinal tract is exposed to high levels of endogenous and exogenous proteases, both in the lumen and in the mucosa. There is increasing evidence to suggest that a dysregulation of the protease/antiprotease balance in the gut contributes to epithelial damage and increased permeability. Excessive proteolysis leads to direct cleavage of intercellular junction proteins, or to opening of the junction proteins via activation of protease activated receptors. In addition, proteases regulate the activity and availability of cytokines and growth factors, which are also known modulators of intestinal permeability. This review aims at outlining the mechanisms by which proteases alter the intestinal permeability. 18抗磁悬浮研究综述显示文摘抗磁悬浮技术利用物质的抗磁特性,无需外界能量输入即可实现常温被动静态稳定悬浮,获得众多学者的关注。尤其是近30年来,随着微细制造与强磁场技术的发展,抗磁悬浮相关研究持续增加。目前,国外众多研究机构基于抗磁悬浮原理已经开展了较为丰富的相关研究工作,但国内在该领域的研究成果相对较少,研究内容较为单一。针对国内该领域这一研究现状,从抗磁悬浮机理、抗磁悬浮特点及抗磁悬浮相关应用研究成果进行全面的综述。提出抗磁悬浮不仅具备无磨损、无需润滑、低能耗等优点外,还具有常温被动静态稳定悬浮、微纳米尺度应用、低刚度等特点;指出该技术在微纳旋转机械、振动能量捕获、高灵敏度传感器、生物细胞/微粒子操纵等领域具有非常广阔的应用前景。为国内学者开展相关抗磁悬浮研究提供了综述资料。徐园平 周瑾 金超武 BLEULER Hannes 2019机械工程学报2019,55,2:5
19Correlation of lumbar lateral recess stenosis in magnetic resonance imaging and clinical symptoms显示文摘AIM To assess the correlation of lateral recess stenosis(LRS) of lumbar segments L4/5 and L5/S1 and the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI).METHODS Nine hundred and twenty-seven patients with history of low back pain were included in this uncontrolled study.On magnetic resonance images(MRI) the lateral recesses(LR) at lumbar levels L4/5 and L5/S1 were evaluated and each nerve root was classified into a 4-point grading scale(Grade 0-3) as normal,not deviated,deviated or compressed.Patient symptoms and disability were assessed using ODI.The Spearman's rank correlation coefficient was used for statistical analysis(P < 0.05).RESULTS Approximately half of the LR revealed stenosis(grade 1-3;52% at level L4/5 and 42% at level L5/S1) with 2.2% and 1.9% respectively reveal a nerve root compression.The ODI score ranged from 0%-91.11% with an arithmetic mean of 34.06% ± 16.89%.We observed a very weak statistically significant positive correlation between ODI and LRS at lumbar levels L4/5 and L5/S1,each bilaterally(L4/5 left:rho < 0.105,P < 0.01;L4/5 right:rho < 0.111,P < 0.01;L5/S1 left:rho 0.128,P < 0.01;L5/S1 right:rho < 0.157,P < 0.001).CONCLUSION Although MRI is the standard imaging tool for diagnosing lumbar spinal stenosis,this study showed only a weak correlation of LRS on MRI and clinical findings.This can be attributed to a number of reasons outlined in this study,underlining that imaging findings alone are not sufficient to establish a reliable diagnosis for patients with LRS.Annina SplettstoBer M Fawad Khan Bernd Zimmermann Thomas J Vogl Hanns Ackermann Marcus Middendorp Adel Maataoui 2017World Journal of Radiology2017,9,5:4
