1Integral Recrystallization Modelling显示文摘We present models designed to represent the evolution of microstructure and crystallographic texture during recrystallization. For engineering applications the models are tied to a finite element approach. A connection to the deformed microstructure is established by dislocation theory of work hardening and Taylor type texture simulations. For temporal and spatial resolution a modified cellular automaton model was developed. A fast statistical approach for prediction of recrystallization kinetics and texture development discrete in time is presented. Predictions of the models are compared with experimental data.G. 2Relationships between deformation mechanisms and initial textures in polycrystalline magnesium alloys AZ31显示文摘Microscopy, X ray diffractometry and EBSD analysis were applied to inspect the relationships between deformation mechanisms and initial textures in polycrystalline magnesium alloys AZ31. It is found that different deformation mechanisms proceed according to theoretic prediction. Basal slips occur when basal planes of grains are tilted toward normal direction(ND) around transverse direction(TD); prism slips dominate when basal planes are perpendicular to TD. {1012} twinning was favored when basal planes are normal to rolling direction(RD) and {1011} twinning is analyzed to be related to the basal orientation of grains.杨平 崔凤娥 边建华 G Gottstein 2003中国有色金属学会会刊:英文版2003,13,2:4
