| 3 | AA5754铝合金电阻点焊接头的微观组织和力学性能显示文摘以汽车车身用AA5754铝合金板材制备的电阻点焊接头为研究对象,通过金相观察、显微硬度矩阵测试和拉伸试验对焊接接头的微观组织、工艺缺陷与力学性能进行表征与分析。结果表明:根据组织和性能的差异,接头可分为3个典型区域:焊核区、热机械影响区和母材区。接头焊核心部为等轴枝晶组织,焊核边部为柱状枝晶组织,焊核周边的热机械影响区内的材料发生部分熔化,产生了晶内及晶界枝晶。接头中主要缺陷为喷溅、焊核区气孔、缩孔和沿晶裂纹、液化裂纹。母材区硬度沿厚度方向渐变,边部呈现最大值,心部呈现最小值;焊核硬度与母材硬度相近;焊核两侧的热机械影响区中,在接头的压痕边缘和板材接触面缝隙尖端处存在1~2 mm宽的硬化区。接头的强度与焊点直径呈正相关关系,拉剪试验的失效模式为焊点熔核界面断裂,剥离试验的失效模式为纽扣剥离断裂。 | 吴赛楠 贾志宏 GHAFFARI Bita 刘庆 | 2018 | 中国有色金属学报2018，28，4： | 4 |
| 4 | A novel hybrid algorithm based on a harmony search and artificial bee colony for solving a portfolio optimization problem using a mean-semi variance approach显示文摘Portfolio selection is one of the major capital allocation and budgeting issues in financial management, and a variety of models have been presented for optimal selection. Semi-variance is usually considered as a risk factor in drawing up an efficient frontier and the optimal portfolio. Since semi-variance offers a better estimation of the actual risk portfolio, it was used as a measure to approximate the risk of investment in this work. The optimal portfolio selection is one of the non-deterministic polynomial(NP)-hard problems that have not been presented in an exact algorithm, which can solve this problem in a polynomial time. Meta-heuristic algorithms are usually used to solve such problems. A novel hybrid harmony search and artificial bee colony algorithm and its application were introduced in order to draw efficient frontier portfolios. Computational results show that this algorithm is more successful than the harmony search method and genetic algorithm. | 5 | 固溶处理对可生物降解Mg-6Zn合金腐蚀性能的影响(英文)显示文摘对可生物降解二元Mg-6Zn合金进行固溶处理,来评价获得的显微组织变化对合金降解速率的影响及其相关机理。在350°C条件下固溶处理6-48 h。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能量色散X射线光谱仪和X射线衍射仪分析铸态和固溶处理后试样。在37°C的模拟体液中进行浸泡和电化学测试,评价其抗腐蚀性。为保证腐蚀测试的结果,对p H值进行测试。结果发现,大于24 h的固溶处理,金属间化合物相溶解于基体中,并产生了近单晶相组织。金属间化合物相的减少导致阴极区/阳极区比减小且腐蚀率降低。电化学和失重测试结果表明,延长固溶处理时间可提高合金的抗腐蚀性。经350°C固溶处理24 h后,铸态合金的抗腐蚀性提高了60%以上。另外,逐渐减少的金属间化合物相和伴随的低p H值上升,降低了腐蚀速率。对于Mg-Zn合金作为生物可降解移植材料的应用,固溶处理是一种可以提高腐蚀性的工艺。 | Seyed Morteza Ghaffari SHAHRI Mohd Hasbullah IDRIS Hassan JAFARI Babak GHOLAMPOUR Mahtab ASSADIAN | 2015 | Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2015，25，5： | 3 |
| 6 | Cutaneous leishmaniasis in Iran: Results from an epidemiological study in urban and rural provinces显示文摘Objective: To examine the prevalence and clinical manifestations of cutaneous leishmaniasis(CL) in Iran.Methods: This study was conducted in Iran between 2011 and 2013. Sampling, preparing, developing, and fixing of suspicious skin lesions were completed in healthcare centers in 31 Iranian provinces as well as in the Academic Reference Laboratory and the National Reference Laboratory. The information was then analyzed at the Ministry of Health's Information Management Center of Contagious Diseases.Results: Over a three-year period, the number of people identified with CL was 56 546.The highest incidence was reported in 2011(27.5 per 100 000). Wet CL accounted for 43.7% of cases while 43.3% resulted from sporotrichoid leishmaniasis. The results showed that there was a higher incidence of CL due to Leishmania major(50.2%) than to Leishmania tropica. The results of this study found that the highest incidence of CL had happened respectively in Ilam, Fars and, Khorasan Razavi Provinces between 2011 and 2013.Conclusions: Although the incidence of the disease is declining, CL is still a public health concern and disease control protocols need to be established. | 7 | Studying the physiological and yield responses of sunflower inbred lines to full and limited irrigation显示文摘In order to study the physiological and yield responses of sunflower inbred lines to full and limited irrigation, an experiment was conducted in the growing season of 2014–2015 in the research field of the Agricultural Research Station in Khoi, Iran. Water withholding was imposed in the flowering stages from R4 (initial flowering) to R6 (full flowering). The results showed that the main effect of irrigation and inbred lines and the interaction effect between irrigation and inbred lines in terms of the proline and protein contents, the catalase, peroxidase, and polyphenol oxidase activities, and seed yield in all inbred lines, and relative water content(RWC) were significant at 1% level. Water withholding in the flowering stage increased the proline content and the catalase, peroxidase, and polyphenol oxidase activities, whereas limited irrigation decreased the protein content and seed yield in all inbred lines and RWC. The lowest protein content and the highest catalase, peroxidase, and polyphenol oxidase activities were observed in BGK 39 under limited irrigation condition, while BGK 37 revealed the highest proline content in such circumstances. The highest seed yield was seen in BGK 1 and BGK 375 in full irrigation condition. | 11 | Mitigation of cholestasis-associated hepatic and renal injury by edaravone treatment: Evaluation of its effects on oxidative stress and mitochondrial function显示文摘Background and aim:The liver is the primary organ affected by cholestasis,and complications such as renal injury,renal failure,and the need for renal transplantation are associated with cholestatic liver disease.There is substantial evidence indicating that reactive oxygen species(ROS)and mitochondrial impairment are fundamental mechanisms underlying cholestasis-induced hepatic and renal injury.Edaravone(EDV)is a potent radical scavenger and antioxidant that may prevent oxidative stress and improve impaired mitochondrial function in various diseases.This study was performed to evaluate the effects and mechanisms of action of EDV on hepatic and renal injury in an animal model of cholestasis.Methods:Rats subjected to bile duct ligation(BDL)were treated with EDV 1 or 10 mg/kg/day intraper-itoneally for 14 consecutive days.Biomarkers of oxidative stress and mitochondrial impairment in the liver and kidney were assessed in EDV-treated and untreated rats with cholestasis.Results:Significant increases in tissue ROS level,lipid peroxidation,protein carbonylation,and oxidized glutathione level were detected in rats subjected to BDL.Additionally,significant decreases in tissue glutathione level and antioxidant capacity were observed in the hepatic and renal tissues of rats with cholestasis.Markers of mitochondrial impairment,including mitochondrial depolarization,lipid perox-idation,mitochondrial permeabilization,depleted adenosine triphosphate content,and decreased de-hydrogenase activity,were also detected in rats subjected to BDL.Furthermore,portal inflammation,necrosis,and tissue fibrosis were detected in the liver and significant tubular atrophy and interstitial inflammation,as well as fibrotic lesions,were detected in the kidneys of rats with cholestasis.EDV treatment significantly mitigated cholestasis-associated hepatic and renal injury.Conclusions:The antioxidative properties of EDV and its positive effects on the indices of mitochondrial function may be critical factors contributing to protection against cholestasis-associated hepatic and renal injury. | Mohammad Mehdi Ommati Hanie Attari Asma Siavashpour Marzieh Shafaghat Negar Azarpira Hasti Ghaffari Leila Moezi Reza Heidari | 2021 | Liver Research2021，5，3： | 2 |
