3Alveolar echinococcosis-spreading disease challenging clinicians: A case report and literature review显示文摘Human alveolar echinococcosis (AE) is a potentially deadly disease; recent studies have shown that the endemic area of Echinococcus multilocularis , its causative agent, is larger than previously known. This disease has low prevalence and remains underreported in Europe. Emerging clinical data show that diagnostic difficulties are still common. We report on a 76-year old patient suffering from AE lesions restricted to the left lobe of the liver who underwent a curative extended left hemihepatectomy. Prior to the resection a liver biopsy under the suspicion of an atypical malignancy was performed. After the intervention he developed a pseudoaneurysm of the hepatic artery that was successfully coiled. Surprisingly, during surgery, the macroscopic appearance of the tumour revealed a growth pattern that was rather typical for cystic echinococcosis (CE), i.e. , a gross tumour composed of multiple large vesicles with several centimeters in diameter. In addition, there were neither extensive adhesions nor infiltrations of the neighboring pancreas and diaphragm as was expected from previous imaging results. The unexpected diagnosis of AE was confirmed by definite histopathology, specific polymerase chain reaction and serology results. This is a rare case of unusual macroscopic presentation of AE that posed immense diagnostic challenges and had an eventful course. To our knowledge this is the first case of an autochthonous infection in this particular geographic area of Germany, the federal state of Saxony. 6Effect of Electro-acupuncture on Vasomotor Symptoms in Rats with Acute Cerebral Infarction Based on Phosphatidylinositol System显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of electro-acupuncture(EA)on vasomotor symptoms in rats with acute cerebral infarction,by observing the changes in the expression of factors related to the phosphatidylinositol(PI)system.Methods:Forty-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups by a random number table:the control group(n=6),the model group(n=18)and the EA group(n=18).The EA group was given EA treatment at Shuigou(GV 26)instantly after modeling with middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)method,while the model and control groups were not given any treatment.The degrees of neurological deficiency were evaluated using neurological severity scores(NSS)and the brain blood flow was evaluated by a laser scanning confocal microscope.Western blot analysis was conducted to detect the expression levels of G-protein subtype(Gq)and calmodulin(CaM).Competition for protein binding was conducted to detect the expression level of inositol triphosphate(IP3).Thin layer quantitative analysis was conducted to detect the expression level of diacylglycerol(DAG).The expression level of intracellular concentration of free calcium ion([Ca^(2+)]i)was detected by flow cytometry.Results:The NSS of the model group was significantly higher than the control group at 3 and 6 h after MCAO(P<0.01),while the EA group was significantly lower than the model group at 6 h(P<0.01).The cerebral blood flow in the model group was significantly lower than the control group at 1,3 and 6 h after MCAO(P<0.01),while for the EA group it was remarkably higher than the model group at the same time points(P<0.01).The expressions of Gq,CaM,IP3,DAG and[Ca^(2+)]i in the model group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and those in the EA group were significantly lower than the model group at the same time points(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:EA treatment at GV 26 can effectively decrease the over-expression of related factors of PI system in rats with acute cerebral infarction,improve cerebral autonomy movement,and alleviate cerebral vascular spasm.LI Jing HE Ying DU Yuan-hao ZHANG Min Rainer Georgi Bernhard Kolberg SUN Dong-wei MA Kun LI Yong-feng ZHANG Xue-zhu 2022Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2022,28,2:7

11Molecular-Genetic Characterization of Human Rotavirus A Strains Circulating in Moscow, Russia(2009–2014)显示文摘Enteric viruses are the most common cause of acute gastroenteritis(AGE) in young children and a significant public health problem globally. Hospital admissions of children under 5 years of age with diarrhea are primarily associated with group A rotavirus(RVA) infection. In this retrospective study, the population structure of viruses linked to AGE etiology in young children hospitalized with AGE in Moscow was evaluated, and molecular characterization of RVA strains was performed.Fecal specimens were collected from children under 5 years old hospitalized with AGE between 2009 and 2014 in Moscow, Russia. Multiplex real-time reverse transcription PCR was used to detect enteric viruses and for G/[P]-genotyping of isolated RVAs. Sequencing of RVA VP7 and VP4 cDNA fragments was used to validate the data obtained by PCRgenotyping. The main causes for hospitalization of children with AGE were RVA(40.1%), followed by noroviruses(11.4%), while adenoviruses, astroviruses, sapoviruses, enteroviruses, and orthoreoviruses were detected in 4.7%, 1.9%,1.4%, 1.2%, and 0.2% of samples tested, respectively. Nosocomial infections, predominantly associated with RVAs and noroviruses, were detected in 24.8% of cases and occurred significantly more frequently in younger infants. The predominant RVA genotype was G4 P[8], detected in 38.7% of RVA-positive cases, whereas genotypes G1 P[8], G9 P[8],G3 P[8], and G2P[4] were found in 11.8%, 6.6%, 4.2%, and 3.3% of cases, respectively. 12Expression of auxin synthesis gene tms1 under control of tuber-specific promoter enhances potato tuberization in vitro显示文摘Phytohormones, auxins in particular, play an important role in plant development and productivity.Earlier data showed positive impact of exogenous auxin on potato(Solanum tuberosum L.) tuberization. The aim of this study was to generate potato plants with increased auxin level predominantly in tubers. To this end, a p Bin B33-tms1 vector was constructed harboring the Agrobacterium auxin biosynthesis gene tms1 fused to tuber-speci fi c promoter of the class I patatin gene(B33-promoter) of potato. Among numerous independently generated B33:tms1 lines, those without visible differences from control were selected for detailed studies. In the majority of transgenic lines, tms1 gene transcription was detected, mostly in tubers rather than in shoots. Indoleacetic acid(IAA) content in tubers and the auxin tuber-to-shoot ratio were increased in tms1-expressing transformants. The organ-speci fi c increase in auxin synthesis in B33:tms1-transformants accelerated and intensi fi ed the process of tuber formation, reduced the dose of carbohydrate supply required for in vitro tuberRization, and decreased the photoperiodic dependence of tuber initiation. Overall, a positive correlation was observed between tms1 expression, IAA content in tubers,and stimulation of tuber formation. 13H∞ Tracking Control for Switched LPV Systems With an Application to Aero-Engines显示文摘This paper focuses on the H_∞ model reference tracking control for a switched linear parameter-varying(LPV)model representing an aero-engine. The switched LPV aeroengine model is built based on a family of linearized models.Multiple parameter-dependent Lyapunov functions technique is used to design a tracking control law for the desirable H_∞ tracking performance. 15基于铁基载氧体的污泥化学结构热解分子动力学模拟显示文摘市政污泥的低碳资源化利用,是“无废城市”建设、应对全球气候变化的重要保障。化学链燃烧/气化技术是通过载氧体在污泥燃料和空气之间的循环反应实现污泥热解继而燃烧和碳捕集。采用廉价易得的铁基载氧体开展市政污泥化学链燃烧研究,为探究市政污泥基于铁基载氧体的化学链燃烧初始阶段的热解机理,采用X射线光电子能谱、^(13)C固体核磁等表征手段结合工业分析、元素分析,确定了典型市政污泥所含元素种类、化学价态以及成键方式,从而确定其分子团化学结构;以AlFeO_(3)的载氧体形式,构建了污泥独立热解和载氧体表面热解2种结构模型。通过反应力场分子动力学模拟(ReaxFF MD),主要针对升温速率和热解温度2个影响因素进行模拟。结果表明:不同升温速率下,污泥独立热解的产物主要为有机气体,升温速率过高不利于污泥分子团热解,选取16 K/ps较为合适;热解温度的升高和载氧体的存在均促进了污泥化学结构的热解,减少了焦油生成;无载氧体作用时,N元素在不同升温速率下,主要迁移至重质焦油中参与后续的燃烧反应;热解温度对含氮产物的生成影响不大。而载氧体的存在促使含氮活性基团的生成,进而产生NO并部分还原为N_(2);S元素主要迁移至小分子量碎片中,或以H_(2) S形式析出。因此,铁基载氧体提升了固体燃料的热解速率,可减少焦油产生,降低了NO_(x)生成,但对SO_(2)排放影响不大。王翠苹 梁文政 王坤 GEORGY Ryabov 赵荣洋 单明玄 岳光溪 2022洁净煤技术2022,28,3:3

17Molecular Mechanism of Electroacupuncture Regulating Cerebral Arterial Contractile Protein in Rats with Cerebral Infarction Based on MLCK Pathway显示文摘Objective To explore the effect of electroacupuncture(EA)intervention on the vasoconstriction of cerebral artery smooth muscle cells after cerebral infarction.Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups by a random number table:the model group(n=24),the EA group(n=24),and the normal group(n=6).The model and the EA groups were divided into different time subgroups at 0.5,1,3,and 6 h after middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO),with 6 rats in each subgroup.MCAO model was established using intraluminal suture occlusion method.The EA group was given EA treatment at acupoint Shuigou(GV 26)instantly after MCAO for 20 min.The contents of cerebrovascular smooth muscle MLCK,the 3 subunits of myosin light chain phosphatase(MLCP)MYPT1,PP1c-δand M20,as well as myosin-ATPase activity were detected using immunohistochemistry and Western blotting.Results The overall expression level of the MYPT1 and PP1c-δin the model group was significantly higher(P<0.01).After EA intervention,the 0.5 h group expression level was close to that of the normal group(P>0.05),and the other subgroups were still significantly higher than the normal group(P<0.01).After EA intervention,the expression level of each subgroup was significantly lower than the corresponding model group.There was a significant difference between the 0.5 and 1 h subgroups(P<0.01),while a difference was also observed between the 3 and 6 h subgroups(P<0.05).The dynamic change rule gradually increased with the prolongation of infarction time within 6 h after infarction.Conclusion EA intervention can inhibit contraction of cerebral vascular smooth muscle cells and regulate smooth muscle relaxation by regulating MLCK pathway.LI Jing ZHANG Min HE Ying DU Yuan-hao ZHANG Xue-zhu Rainer Georgi Bernhard Kolberg Xu Yan-long 2023Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2023,29,1:2

20Correction of source-rock permeability measurements owing to slip flow and Knudsen diffusion: a method and its evaluation显示文摘Source-rock permeability is a key parameter that controls the gas production rate from unconventional reservoirs. Measured source-rock permeability in the laboratory, however, is not an intrinsic property of a rock sample, but depends on pore pressure and temperature as a result of the relative importance of slip flow and diffusion in gas flow in lowpermeability media. To estimate the intrinsic permeability which is required to determine effective permeability values for the reservoir conditions, this study presents a simple approach to correct the laboratory permeability measurements based on the theory of gas flow in a micro/nano-tube that includes effects of viscous flow, slip flow and Knudsen diffusion under different pore pressure and temperature conditions. The approach has been verified using published shale laboratory data.The ‘‘corrected''(or intrinsic) permeability is considerably smaller than the measured permeability. A larger measured permeability generally corresponds to a smaller relative difference between measured and corrected permeability values. A plot based on our approach is presented to describe the relationships between measured and corrected permeability for typical Gas Research Institute permeability test conditions.
