| 1 | Endoscopic management of esophageal varices显示文摘The rupture of gastric varices results in variceal hemorrhage, which is one the most lethal complications of cirrhosis. Endoscopic therapies for varices aim to reduce variceal wall tension by obliteration of the varix. The two principal methods available for esophageal varices are endoscopic sclerotherapy (EST) and band ligation (EBL). The advantages of EST are that it is cheap and easy to use, and the injection catheter fits through the working channel of a diagnostic gastroscope. Endoscopic variceal ligation obliterates varices by causing mechanical strangulation with rubber bands. | 2 | What Do We Really Know about Cellulose Biosynthesis in Higher Plants?显示文摘Cellulose biosynthesis is one of the most important biochemical processes in plant biology. Despite the considerable progress made during the last decade, numerous fundamental questions related to this key process in plant development are outstanding. Numerous models have been proposed through the years to explain the detailed molecular events of cellulose biosynthesis. Almost all models integrate solid experimental data with hypotheses on several of the steps involved in the process. Speculative models are most useful to stimulate further research investigations and bring new exciting ideas to the field. However, it is important to keep their hypothetical nature in mind and be aware of the risk that some undemonstrated hypotheses may progressively become admitted. | 6 | 基于Stochastic Kriging模型的不确定性序贯试验设计方法显示文摘不确定性研究中需要计算大量重复样本,这无疑对计算量较大的数值模拟提出了巨大的挑战.通过试验设计方法可以有效地减少不确定性研究中的计算量,然而,目前考虑不确定性的试验设计方法研究大多仍专注于传统试验设计方法.针对这一问题,为了通过更为合理的计算资源分配得到更精准的不确定性评估,基于有限样本的Stochastic Kriging模型提出了针对不确定性问题的三阶段序贯试验设计方法.首先,通过特定位置的采样对IMSE进行简化,构建了预选步进信息选取策略,通过预选增量样本总个数以及各取样位置处的分布信息,达到随机代理模型目标精度要求;同时,基于IMSE构建了基于步进信息的单轮选点试验设计准则,以同时考虑设计变量的取样位置及其分布信息.由算例与传统方法的对比分析可知,所建立方法通过等量的采样得到了精度更高的随机代理模型,验证了其在不确定性问题中的可行性和优势. | 王波 GEA Haechang 白俊强 张玉东 宫建 张卫民 | 2016 | 工程设计学报2016,23,6: | 2 |
| 7 | Software Project Management Approaches for Global Software Development: A Systematic Mapping Study显示文摘Global Software Development(GSD) is a well established field of software engineering with the benefits of a global environment. Software Project Management(SPM) plays a key role in the success of GSD. As a result, the need has arisen to study and evaluate the downsides of SPM for GSD, to thereby pave the way for the development of new methods, techniques, and tools with which to tackle them. This paper aims to identify and classify research on SPM approaches for GSD that are available in the literature, to identify their current weaknesses and strengths, and to analyze their applications in industry. We performed a Systematic Mapping Study(SMS) based on six classification criteria. Eighty-four papers were selected and analyzed. The results indicate that interest in SPM for GSD has been increasing since 2006. As a class of approaches, the most frequently reported methods(40%) are those used for coordination, planning, and monitoring, along with estimation techniques that can be used to better match a distributed project. SPM for GSD requires further investigation by researchers and practitioners, particularly with respect to cost and time estimations.
