| 1 | 中文版护理谵妄筛查量表的信度和效度研究显示文摘目的考查中文版护理谵妄筛查量表在国内麻醉恢复室使用中的信度和效度。方法根据国际药物经济学与结果研究协会指南,对国际通用的护理谵妄筛查量表(Nu-DESC)进行编译,制定中文版并对228例手术后麻醉恢复室留观患者进行谵妄评估,测量其信效度。结果中文版Nu-DESC总分的组内相关系数值为0.91(P<0.01)。与金标准DSM-Ⅳ对照,应用3分作为分界值时,灵敏度为0.80(95%CI:0.63-0.91),特异度为0.92(95%CI:0.87-0.95),两者的临床诊断一致性的Kappa值为0.66(P<0.01)。结论中文版Nu-DESC具有满意的信度和效度,可作为麻醉恢复室谵妄筛查工具。 | 梅伟 刘尚昆 张治国 吴震 李永胜 Jean-David Gaudreau 罗爱林 田玉科 | 2010 | 中华护理杂志2010，45，2： | 62 |
