| 1 | 中外公共管理教育比较分析显示文摘最近10多年来,公共管理教育作为培育未来领导人和提高公务员素质的有效手段,受到了政府和国际社会的高度重视。为满足社会发展需要,许多大学纷纷开发公共管理教育项目。本文分析全球12个国家29所大学英文网站的公共管理教育项目的相关信息发现:各国公共管理教育既表现出一些共同的发展倾向,也存在比较明显的差异。这些差异不仅反映了不同国家和大学的历史文化传统,而且显示了它们对公共管理人才知识、素质和技能的不同预期。本文旨在了解不同国家的公共管理教育项目的特征,以便为中国公共管理教育的进一步发展提供借鉴。 | 郭红玲 Geoff Gallop | 2012 | 公共管理评论2012，，2： | 3 |
